“Nice location. Modern decor. Helpful concierges.Uncomfortable beds for a 5 star hotel. No flat sheet. The tv was slow and delayed. No shower door was odd and made for cool showers and steamy bathroom. No shower pressure at all.The ladies at the front desk were lovely. The men seemed indifferent. The doormen were always friendly.We waited for 30-45 mins minimum for check in because protocol is for someone from the front desk to personally check room before they give us a key.... It was very very inefficient.The first time we were informed about the $35 usd credit per day was upon check out when we were reminded of the daily resort fee. The resort fee isn't unusual and was fine but it would have been nice to be notified about the credit at check in. Even if it's noted at the time of booking most people lead busy lives and a friendly reminder would have been nice and would have encouraged us to eat/drink at the hotel or use the spa.Not a bad hotel...just not worth the price/points... Or the 5 star rating in my opinion..”

“Se você vai ficar em Nova York, este é o hotel para se hospedar. Embora os quartos sejam pequenos (mas não para os padrões de Nova York), eles são confortáveis, modernos, limpos e com excelentes vistas. Os funcionários do hotel foram simpáticos e o lounge do bar tinha uma grande vibração. Ele está localizado perto do metrô da rua 23 e eu não tive dificuldade em navegar pela cidade de lá. O parque Madison foi ótimo para tomar café, relaxar ou observar as pessoas. Se algum dia estiver em Nova York, é aqui que ficarei.”
