“Registrado em uma sala que estava um passo acima da sala original. Na sala, parecia um vagão de trem saindo da porta do banheiro. Tive que manter essa porta aberta para evitar o som. Cama dura, pequeno travesseiro e pequeno edredom duplo. Não durmo bem. Quando colocamos a água na pia pela manhã ela estava amarela !! Mesmo no chuveiro !! Então, nós check-out e não temos nenhum comentário sobre isso, embora tenhamos reservado duas noites. Quando apontamos os erros, eles disseram que nunca tinham ouvido isso antes. Nenhuma compensação também. Muito ruim e chato! Pegamos a última noite no Hotel Nimb, que era realmente de alta classe.”
