“Modo de canhão! Mas uma equipe descomprometida. Para dizer o mínimo, café da manhã medíocre - primeiro com longas filas para a sala de café da manhã, depois longas filas para o próprio buffet. Se você quiser limpar o quarto, isso deve ser relatado na noite anterior - perdemos isso. Nos detalhes, a ausência de hospitalidade é perceptível e o objetivo é dar o mínimo possível com o máximo (dinheiro) possível.”
