“Una pena, para la categoría reclamada... Un buffet con comida descubierta todavía en el lugar a las 3:30 pm en medio de una ola de calor, un tapón para los oídos con cancelación de ruido del cliente anterior encontrado en el piso de la habitación, una ducha con grifo monomando sin poder regular la temperatura del agua, sin cepillo para limpiar la cisterna del wc, supuestamente, según el vigilante nocturno por cuestiones de higiene.....la mantequilla del desayuno en barquillo de 250g o todo el que cada uno va con su propio cuchillo ......etc la lista es larga, en este nivel hay que bajar de categoría o reducir los precios de las pernoctaciones y desayunos.”
