“Rude staff who get angry when you ask for a food menu, everything is an inconvenience! Shower goes cold every 10 seconds, which, after a week of living on a bus, is the 1 thing I was relying on, door doesn't close properly or lock”

“Hotel agradável embora com um atendimento a nível da restauração que deixa bastante a desejar. Comida com pouca qualidade e atendimento muito fraco. No caso de refeição de grupos os alimentos são deixados na local e as águas nas mesas sem que o empregado volte às mesas pergntar se mais alguma coisa é preciso.”
