“No final, quando se descobre que o hotel, além de ser criação do chef Nobu Matsuhisa, é também do ator Robert de Niro, o conceito de requinte e sofisticação traz uma experiência única nas margens do Cabo San Lucas. A localização em frente à praia do Pacífico entrega a experiência Nobu com uma vista notável. O resort dispõe de uma variedade de instalações, com amplos espaços para reuniões e eventos, luxuoso spa, pista de atletismo, lojas, piscinas de borda infinita, cabanas privativas e uma variedade de bares e restaurante, incluindo o famoso e sofisticado restaurante Nobu. “Caution! The “Best rate guarantee” is only at the moment you book ! 7 days after we booked the hotel offered a sale and the price dropped by over $100.00 (for a better room than we booked) I called 3 times before the trip with no response from the hotel. I assumed that when we checked in the manager would honor the rate guarantee. But I was wrong. The check in person went through a rehearsed story about how the airlines also charge different rated if you book at different times, and so does the hotel . He also told me the hotel was “very full anyway”. This experience was creepy and weird. There is no way this place was full. But that’s not the point. I assume that this is how they handle all customer problems (blame the customer).
I filled out an questionnaire after the fact, but still no response about why they don’t honor the rate guarantee.
There are other nice hotel options in San Jose del Cabo, look elsewhere. Buyer BEWARE!”
