“Caution! The “Best rate guarantee” is only at the moment you book ! 7 days after we booked the hotel offered a sale and the price dropped by over $100.00 (for a better room than we booked) I called 3 times before the trip with no response from the hotel. I assumed that when we checked in the manager would honor the rate guarantee. But I was wrong. The check in person went through a rehearsed story about how the airlines also charge different rated if you book at different times, and so does the hotel . He also told me the hotel was “very full anyway”. This experience was creepy and weird. There is no way this place was full. But that’s not the point. I assume that this is how they handle all customer problems (blame the customer).
I filled out an questionnaire after the fact, but still no response about why they don’t honor the rate guarantee.
There are other nice hotel options in San Jose del Cabo, look elsewhere. Buyer BEWARE!”

“It is so calm, serene, peaceful. As a couple you will experience the ultimate relaxation. It's very new, and they are still doing minor updates but nothing that will disrupt your stay at all. Views of the ocean, crashing wave sounds, trickling water...oh and the bathroom!!! Is BY FAR the most relaxing and enjoyable experience you can have that is like living in a high class top of the line mansion without the huge price. I love this Nobu. Will come back again for an anniversary if we ever get the chance. :)”
