Comida excepcional. Lugar muito limpo, agradável. Os colaboradores são muito educados, sempre cordiais. Os quartos são ótimos, modernos, tudo muito lindo e limpo. Serviço de quarto 24hr, mesmo de madrugada, com comida nova e feita na hora!!! É um resort 5 estrelas perfeito! Vale a pena se hospedar, principalmente na modalidade all inclusive. As bebidas servidas são ótimas, com bebidas do mundo todo disponíveis, de qualidade!!!

I'm really excited to be staying here next week (Dec 7-14)!!! I'm staying in the Altitude building and chose an All Inclusive plan through Air Canada Vacations. The reviews are amazing and the resort looks incredible. I can't wait!!! I'll update my review and video blog when I return. What I'll be looking for is ease of check-in/check-out, cleanliness of room, service from staff, how easy it is to make dinner reservations, and the quality of food. I still have a feeling this will be the best vacation I've ever had in Mexico and it's all because of what I hope this hotel can offer. See you in a week!!!

Nice facilities that are well kept and clean. Also a great location close to the strip where Coco Bongo night club and a few other restaurant, bars and shops are located. The beach is absolutely beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food however left much to be desired. The best place to eat was on premise was the grill over in the far side of the pool opposite of La Vela Italian restaurant.

La atencion no fue tan buena nos dieron hirarios en recepcion de los restaurantes y bares pero los restaurantes abrian hasta 15 minutos despues de lo publicado y los bares como el del lobby ya jo te servian nada hasta 15 minutos antes de cerrar horario, la limpieza y todos los muebles tanto de la habitacion muy pesima! Y solo 2 Elevadores para no recuerdo si eran 8 pisos o 9 era frustrante esperar elevador!

Todo el tiempo que estuve hospedado en el hotel la pasé de maravilla! La atención es inmejorable, todo el personal hace un trabajo formidable, desde el bell boy, recepcionistas, camareras, meseros, personal de mantenimiento, ejecutivos vendedores, etc. Todos te hacen sentir como en casa. Sin duda alguna, volveré.

If it was possible to put a 0 star I would, everything about this hotel is absolutely awful as I wouldn't not even compare it to a resort. Don't waste your time or money coming here, go anywhere else and you will be much happier. Horrible experience all around and will never come back.

So this place had a beautiful beach and the rooms were nice, which is why I’m leaving two stars. Everything else wasn’t great at all. When we arrived things were mildly explained, weren’t even sure where our rooms were, restaurants, etc. the check in process was rushed and things weren’t explained thoroughly. We tried booking a restaurant and we were told we had to book only early in the morning if we wanted to eat anywhere other than the buffet, then every time we went to book and went to a restaurant it was empty. This also wasn’t done due to Covid as all tables were social distanced. They didn’t explain the bar closed at 11, and I ordered two glasses of champagne each night they told me they had no champagne left in the hotel after two glasses. They also told us 2 days after being here about a welcome package of 50% off couples massage, after booking and paying for a couples massage a day earlier for full price. Rather than reimbursing us the 50% discount, they said well you can book another one! The service and food was bad. Pay the extra money to get your relaxation, don’t come here.

Unfortunately our experience at this hotel was poor overall, the food, customer service, room cleanliness. We spent 5 days at the hotel and paid extra to have all inclusive upon arrival. Although they handed us a sheet with restaurant details it wasn’t explained or apparent that everything was closing just 30 minutes later, and so we paid the full all day fee of all inclusive that evening to have 30 minutes to eat, drink etc. We also had no assistance with carrying bags to our room, direction to our room, welcome package, or a stocked mini fridge. In the 5 days all inclusive we paid for they did not stock our mini fridge even though we asked at the front desk multiple times. It was a beautiful beach and resort so it was disappointing that the customer service wasn’t on par, we wouldn’t stay here again.

Comida do restaurante principal com boa vontade é razoável, garçons carrancudos e mal humorados em todo hotel, quando não mal educados, com raríssimas exceções. Um par de óculos escuros sumiu de dentro do meu apartamento e outro caiu na piscina mas disseram que não acharam. Restaurante mediterrâneo é muito bom e os garçons diferenciados. Tb fomos bem tratados no restaurante mexicano, comida boa e bom atendimento. Se voltaria? Nem de graça.

Hotel muito bom. Quem fecha o pacote all inclusive vale muito a pena. Mas se você marcar para jantar em um dos restaurantes, se prepare para passar raiva e ser mal atendido. No geral o hotel é top.

Acomodações com mobiliário antigo mas de boa qualidade. Fomos super bem atendidos o tempo inteiro, em todos espaços, os 4 restaurantes, os bares internos e externos, recepção,etc.A única reclamação seria do elevador da torre B, muito lento e estava com problema no botão de acionamento do nosso andar (6°) reclamamos no primeiro dia e ficamos lá 10 dias com o mesmo problema, apenas no último dia deu uma melhorada, mas como é terceira que faz o reparo, da para entender a demora.

Recomendo. Estive com minha esposa no Krystal Gran no sistema de all inclusive. Atendimento excelente comida muito boa. Somente a cama do hotel que já está na hora de trocar o colchão e essa cultura mexicana de mendigar gorjetas para tudo por fundiários do hotel, ainda mais quando já pagamos tudo incluso éum tanto desconfortável....Mas no demais excelente...

The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. Many speak English well enough to give a great service and even if they are not proficient, they make sure to help and get the service you need. If you are looking for authentic Mexican food this is not really the place for you. The food is good enough to get you through and there are good cuisines but it is not 5 star quality. Make sure you ensure your booking is all inclusive as we thought ours was but then we were charged over 1000 more at the counter or we would have had to pay for everything. Pools are good and the beach is very nice. Overall a great place for families but not the highest quality food.

4 start which is the average between 3 starsfor the amenities and cleanliness of the rooms and 5 stars for the location, the beach and the overall value/price.The hotel is near all the major bars/restaurants and clubs in the hotel zone. You can easily walk to all the bars in the area and you will not need a cab.The staff is friendly, but maintenance andhousekeeping can be improved. Out of 5 nights, I had to walk down to the lobby twice to ask for towels because they forgot to leave them in the room (not a big deal overall though).The bar service on the beach is good, the resort features a pool with a pool bar. The all inclusive package is $60/day. I didn't do all inclusive due to the large amount of bars and restaurants in the area. I preferred to explore rather than being stuck in the resort for 5 nights.As I said, the overall cost/value is pretty good and I would go back and suggest to my friends.

Buena ubicación. Me entregaron el baño sin preparación (sin toallas, sin cortina, se escurrió el agua por todos lados). Dos días no pude entrar a mi habitación, la puerta no servia y el soporte tardo en darse. Falta de atención en la comida, no había quien atendiera, se nos negó una taza para poder servirnos café (nos dieron la opción de tomar un cono de cartón).

Love this resort, the view is amazing. The staff is attentive and great. If you get an all inclusive deal, it really does mean all inclusive. You will have a nice time here. Some of the breakfast food hasn't been too great but there are many other options to choose from. The beach is literally a stone throw away, they also have pools. Haven't seen any nightly entertainment like they do at other resorts but there's plenty to do in town and it's not far to get to shopping centers, pubs etc

Me hospedé con mi familia (niños de 6 y 13). Excelente ubicación, área de piscina, playa, y esparcimiento excelentes con un muy buen bufete de desayuno. Nos toco una habitación con vista a la playa por un costo extra razonable, valió la pena lo recomiendo. Las habitaciones están muy descuidadas es un hotel de 30 años, si piensas quedarte en la habitación consigue otro hotel, si vas a disfrutar de la playa, piscinas y otras actividades fuera del hotel es una de las mejores opciones. Personal muy amable y servicial.

A água é muito salgada e com cloro, leve seu condicionador! Resseca demais os cabelos. Os restaurantes abrem as 13h e para janta é por reserva ou filas e pode demorar. Fica bem na praia e tem várias piscinas. Tem bar na piscina, cafeteria e pelo menos 4 tipos de restaurantes e café da manhã. Pode ser plano tudo incluso ou pagamento a parte. Os valores são Ok. Tudo é pago em pesos na cidade. Pode se usar dólar mas verifique o câmbio antes de pagar, seu troco será dado em pesos mexicanos. O dólar estava 21 pesos e estavam com câmbio de 19. Para ônibus recomendo trocar e pagar em peso pois vão cobrar 1 dólar por pessoa se for pago em dólar. As bebidas não são geladas como no Brasil! São frescas. Tudo que vai pimenta é forte. Faz muito calor. Tem wifi com velocidade ok. Deu para trabalhar. Bastante gente fala inglês.

The staff here are amazing! That being said, the first night they put you in a room without air conditioning (this happened to everyone at spoke to). It was 83° with the windows wide open. After the first night they move you to an air conditioned room. The hotel itself is not well maintained, but the outside spaces are amazing. I will definitely book at another resort next time.

View and staff were all fantastic. Took stars off because the shower and bathroom sink smelled like sewerage. They need to fix their water system. Should have read the other reviews before booking. Luckily this was our last place, booked for only one night, before flying back home. Staff made it easy to check in and out and to hail a cab to the airport. Would not stay again solely due to the water stench.

Excellent location. Close to shops and night life. The all inclusive package was excellent there's also a doctor available in the hotel in cases of emergency. The front desk ladies need to be a bit friendlier and they should install a few more elevators or maybe put an air conditioner in the elevator. The staff are really friendly though and if you take care of them they will take of you.

Altitude was excellent rooms great .. own bar with free drinks 5 till 7 and breakfast area plus pool well worth extra

I will after we leave ...... on trip advisor. Yesterday was complete joke with the elevators, the wife and climb 9 flights of stairs all day long. Check in was the worst and we have traveled all over never been treated like that. It is what it is we are looking forward to Friday when we return home thank god. Cheers you all have a great day as for us only the good lord knows what the hell we are up to today. Every night guests are playing on the soccer table so all we hear is that stupid ball bouncing on the tile floor. Don't worry about us it far to late.

Clean, comfortable, and pretty much an ocean view from most rooms. We went all inclusive on United Vacations, about 2 grand for 2 people for 3 nights. They had nights when vendors set up in and around the hotel. Go to Selector if you have the means for grocery items and food even alcohol. Keep your head down, and trouble won't find you, very safe.
