“I am totally disappointed by the standard of their cleanliness, considering it's a top 5 star hotel and the reviews are mostly positive I couldn't believe the kind of room I got. There was dirt all over the furniture, also found a used water bottle lying inside the tv cabinet, an old balloon was lying behind the curtain, the floor wasn't clean at all, I could feel the dirt when I walked barefoot. I was looking forward to this stay but it has turned into a bad experience for me. This is not one expects when staying at a 5 star hotel.”
