“Estou totalmente decepcionado com o padrão de limpeza, considerando que é um hotel 5 estrelas de primeira e os comentários são na sua maioria positivos, eu não podia acreditar no tipo de quarto que recebi. Havia sujeira em toda a mobília, também encontrei uma garrafa d'água usada dentro do armário da tv, um balão velho estava atrás da cortina, o chão não estava nem um pouco limpo, dava para sentir a sujeira andando descalço. Eu estava ansioso para esta estadia, mas se tornou uma experiência ruim para mim. Este não é o que se espera ao se hospedar em um hotel 5 estrelas.”
