We staid here the day before and after our cruise. Everybody was welcoming an helpful in every way. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good and the selection was plentiful. Excellent experience from first step in the door. Clean…fun decor. Staff was amazing. Viery at the front desk knows what true hospitality is. She made us feel welcomed and like family. Five star all the way. Cannot wait to come back to the hotel.

This is a residential neighborhood with a few local restaurants, gas station, liquor store, etc within walking distance.Hotel is brand new with spotless, well designed rooms. The hotel is a bit more modern in concept so some things will be a bit different for road warriors like no closet (hooks and hangers on wall), dispenser soaps and conditioners only, small rolling desk, etc. One notable positive difference is the 24 hour Lavazza coffee in the lobby which is excellent and free!Staff friendly, helpful, and personal.highly recommend and will be back! I checked in for a few days before heading out on a vacation the hotel was very clean and the room itself felt airy and open. We were able to walk to the Brickell area with relative ease from the hotel as well. Considering the location the hotel itself was relatively quite and I was not wakened by any traffic or other guests during the night.In terms of driving the streets around the hotel were not constantly busy and provided a good location to drive to several of the locations in the area. From the hotel we were able to drive to Key Biscayne with relative ease.The staff were courteous and helpful.The provided breakfast was decent and had several different options. Estupendo hotel: nuevo, limpio y con un personal muy amable. Unas habitaciones amplias y bien pensadas, con amplio baño y amenities. El servicio de TV muy bueno, cuenta con piscina y gimnasio en la tercera planta. En algunos sitios pone que tiene parking gratis, no es así, cuenta col Valet por $35 que funciona muy bien, y creo que es recomentable por la zona. No creo que sea ideal para recorrer andando el centro queda un poco lejos pero a tiro de pieda de un uber o lyft.

This was the third time I booked at a Tru by Hilton location, and again I was not disappointed. I love their room layout, complimentary breakfast, pool, etc! Mostly everything is standardized across their locations, so I know what I’m getting when I choose to stay. I’m not sure why Google has their parking listed as free, but it’s $35 for only valet with in-and-out privileges (which is amazing). The breakfast chef is very nice and helpful! The staff regularly checked the area to make sure it was well stocked. 10/10!

Found this hotel after canceling another one within the chain. Brand new location is only been open for a few weeks. The place is very clean and very nice modern with a nice front lobby with a pool table plenty of areas to sit and watch TV and enjoy time with friends. They have a small pantry that is open 24 hours with drinks and small snacks. They do offer complimentary breakfast. There is no liquor on site but there is a gas station across the street that has a nice selection. the room was very nice and the air conditioner was cold One thing we noticed was no safe within the room . They have a small gym and a nice pool area with many loungers. Some things to be noted. There is only an ice machine on the third floor by the pool area. If you want iced coffee in the morning, you have to go up and get your own ice. No safes in the room which for some travelers may be a challenge. If you leave your bathroom door open at night. You may hear water running due to the clean out for the water pipes within the bathroom. So as water flows down you may hear it. I also in the bathroom there's only one light switch. So in the middle of the night if you get up to use it, you're going to be blinded by the light. Elevators were simple to use. Must scan your card every time. The breakfast area is very nice. Just simple on-the-go food. Everybody from the staff was good. Smiling, enjoying their new location. We will return to this location hopefully soon.

Was a little concerned when we came back to the hotel from a night out. We went to the front desk because the Wi-Fi wasn’t working when we got into the room. Front desk girl checked into it and then said that we haven’t checked in. We told her that we did at around 2:45pm and that we were in room 610. She then told us that someone else’s name was under that room. Needless to say, this has all been really weird. They told us that everything should be good now. Will update if needed.Also, the breakfast that they serve is really good. Just be careful, there is a bowl labeled traditional salsa, but it has sweet Thai Chile sauce in it. I told the chef guy, but he wasn’t understanding me.

This hotel is an absolute delight. Everything from the rooms, the lobby, the breakfast, the staff, the recreation room, the decoration... All of it was top notch and I'm pretty happy that my experience with Hilton was great after the fiasco I had with my stay in Chicago a couple of years back. My stay was solo and the room was perfect. It's one of those small, practical ones that I love. You have your essentials (as you would only use a place like that to rest) and everything was clean and charming. The AC and the water temperature were working like a charm and never did I feel too cold or too hot as I had full control over it. I also want to give compliments to whoever is cooking the breakfast eggs over there. What an absolute legend: The quality of those scrambled eggs was way above those of a hotel, so people in the kitchen? You guys are the real MVP HOWEVER, I want to mention that when I went there the hotel was sparking new. I don't think it has even two months by the time of this review (the first week of June 2022). Why do I mention this? Because I hope (and I have faith that that's the case) that the staff will maintain the level of quality I experienced on my stay for years to come. So far the first impression has been great but the real challenge is to keep up. There will be maintenance issues, repairs, wear, tear, staff tiredness and other stuff that time will bring so you guys better be ready for it I believe in you folks. 100% would stay here again
