“The location was wonderful, but the room itself was outdated, dirty, and nothing like the pictures online. Carpets were stained, the shower was dirty, and the air conditioning did not work well. This was an expensive stay for a poor room. I do not recommend this hotel in Nice”

“Excellent location, kind staff, great breakfast restaurant with amazing view. However, the interior of the rooms is very tired and used. Despite, everything was clean. Great panorama from the sea view rooms (but noisy due to the street)”
