Excelente opção de hotel, localizado muito próximo aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade, com excelente opção de compras muito próximo. Quarto confortável com frigobar, micro-ondas e pia(útil para refeições rápidas)OBS. Frigobar bem pequeno(aproximadamente 48 litros de capacidade) Cama Confortável e banheiro bem espaçoso, e o mais importante(no meu ponto de vista) não é banheira dentro do BOX, é BOX convencional. Recepção bem agradável e piscinas grandes, uma principal bem grande, e uma menor na lateral para curtir em família. Garagem cobertas nas torres(embaixo da torre dos quartos). Opção de um mini mercado no próprio hotel para compras emergenciais. Limpeza diária nos quartos, e trocas de toalhas diariamente(digo isso, pois já ficamos em alguns Hotéis Resorts, e não tinha limpeza diária). Só não merece 5 estrelas porque não é um hotel resort 5 estrelas.

Bom hotel . Piscinas aquecidas e 4 hot tubs. O quarto nada de sofisticado, muito bom, alguns móveis necessitando reforma .Bom , funcional e eficiente. Sabonetes especiais e shampoo bom. Cama poderia acompanhar as dos hoteis bons dos Eua. Preço alto. Serviço de limpeza ñ é diário.Custo benefício neste nível , tem hoteis mais novos e melhores. Os atendentes da piscina fazem um péssimo trabalho. Eu estava com roupa de piscina no bar externo ao lado da piscina e a atendente me pergunta se sentei e queria ser atendido, ou se eu estava ali por si só. Anteriormente perguntei se tinha cerveja para um atendente, ficou de verificar.Sumiu, veio outro pedi então por whiski, passou para a ultima, que deixou o cardápio e sumiu. Péssimo.

Estrutura do hotel boa, porém o quarto estava infestado por percevejos. Quando pedimos para a gerência para trocar de quarto eles dizeram que verificaram e que não havia percevejos e não nos trocaram de quarto, apesar de termos mostrado as marcas de picadas por todo o corpo. O colchão estava infestado deles e voltamos com mais de 20 picadas.

This is by far was the best place to stay. The staff Bobby and others were super nice and helpful. I had a 1 bed suite. The room was super clean, super big, a big water tub, brand new appliances, full kitchen with everything you need to cook (not that I needed to cook), you can barbecue there, they even give you barbecue utensils! The pool was nice with 4 hot Jacuzzis and a big water slide. The Hilton Orlando had a bigger pool and a lazy river 😉. Overall the stay was amazing. Must check!

This resort is absolutely amazing! It is a little off the beaten path, however the area is being built up. But the resort still feels like it's quiet and yet close enough to all that Orlando has to offer. They have beautiful pools. They allow floats, which is wonderful for the kiddos in the big pool. But as an adult I prefer the "adult" pool with my chair float and a good book! I don't want to really share this amazing post because I'm afraid it will become too popular. But it's really a wonderful spot. We don't do the parks, we do Disney Springs and the airport for our "Disney/Universal" fixes.

Muy buen y bonito resort

Very nice and clean hotel, Love the kids playground, there are like 4 hot tubs, and the pool is amazing. Couple things I would like to point out: ➡️It shouldn't be called a resort when there are not food options here. Just snacks. You have to meet Delivered food at the front desk. Also, ➡️We stayed 4 days, 3 nights. They never cleaned our room. It looks the business is up and running very well. Can't keep justifying this on the pandemic. It's just not acceptable. ➡️Bring your personal cleaning supplies. Nothing is provided aside from a tiny shampoo.Other than that. Beds are amazing, kitchens have it all. Utensils you need, like plates, cups, and more. I love that everything looks clean and new.

Lovely property. Close to lots of restaurants and groceries stores. We have a one bedroom with full kitchen so very spacious! Large dining table to fit a family of 4. Large patio to relax and enjoy the scenery. Two large pools to accommodate lots of people. Staff is friendly, room is nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Excellent resort. I'm truly impressed with the Hilton properties. This one in particular looks brand new. I don't how old it is but it's beautiful. Service was exceptional and the property is well kept. Heated pool, a little market and a pool bar. We had a 2 bedroom lockout with a great view of icon park. If I get a chance again I would definitely stay here.

I would give it 3.5 stars honestly. FYI - I have done a good amount of sales. My perspective could be completely different than that of someone else who might think it's the greatest thing ever. 1. The specials they offer are only available the same day as the presentation. Once you leave it's normal pricing without incentives. This is called a "burning platform" where the sales pressure is applied by limited time offer. This doesn't work for me as it relies almost entirely on information presented by their sales team. Any large purchase I prefer to give thoughtful consideration. Any purchase decision that is rushed for any reason often leads to buyer's remorse. 2. All indications are the sales team are commission based. This means they are extremely focused on the sale and only the sale instead of the person. I prefer salaried sales staff who have bonus incentives as opposed to a percentage of every sale they make. 3. They present you with the idea of ownership as a time share at various locations, but without an actual physical building with shared ownership rights what it really boils down to is the idea of ownership, not real ownership. Hence it's not real estate as much as it is virtual. 4. If you love to travel and do family trips it could really work for you, but I estimate you would not see any real return on your investment for at least 10 years. Assuming we're still alive and healthy enough to travel then it might start to pay for itself on money spent vs. money saved. The realized value is definitely proportionate to how extensively you plan to travel. 5. One thing I couldn't really agree with is an annual charge for cost of upkeep and maintenance. On a traditional time share the actual costs should be divided by the amount of time of use ownership of the actual share holders. Any fee that goes into perpetuity is not really for me, especially if it's a flat rate and not based on actual costs. Overall the presentation was very good and this timeshare at many different locations might work well for some people, but it just wasn't for me. It only covers the cost of accommodations, not airfare, food and rental car so in essence you have to spend money to travel before you can save on the cost of the accommodations.

Está é a quarta vez que me hospedo nele. Estamos hospedados neste momento e o serviço de quarto está péssimo, disponívelsomente duas vezes por semana, sendo que ontem esqueceram de limpar nosso apartamento. Estamos sem telefone para contato com a recepção e a explicação é que estão fazendo uma mudança no sistema e caso tenhamos alguma necessidade devemos ir pessoalmente à recepção. No quarto ao lado do nosso está hospedada uma família extremamente barulhenta, não há possibilidade de descanso!

Siempre conforme luego de hospedarme en el HGVC , durante el primer día hubo problemaspara conectarse al WiFi .

Me encantó este lugar.. realmente lo esperado. Lo recomiendo. Lugar muy pulcro y con excelente atención.

We checked in after being bribed by the Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare company. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were well sized and very comfortable. I highly recommend getting a high up room facing Disney world so you can see the fireworks in the evening as we did. The front desk staff was very helpful and even though I was dreading the timeshare presentation, it ended up being very pleasant! Very low pressure and entertaining. The salesmen are not on commission based on what he told us so the pressure was minimal.We went in there with a firm no but they did make us think a little bit from the presentation. We gave them a friendly no thank you. At the end of the sales presentation and that was the end of it. I highly recommend hearing what they have to say and taking advantage of this resort! I know it was because of COVID but the restaurant could have used a lot more work in getting better options for food. We will be back!

Excellent hotel. Clean rooms, extremely friendly service and great amenities make for an amazing experience. Only downside is no inherent EV charging stations. The pool has a slide that is not the best in the Orlando hotel area, but certainly up there. The pool is spacious especially considering the relatively limited capacity of the resort. The cafe is limited during Covid, but having tables by the pool to bring take out is just simple for families. Starbucks coffee on site and opened early in the morning is a huge plus, and the baristas are good. The staff are so polite and friendly, it is the type of place you can be walking around and they will actually stop to talk to you, even if to simply ask how your stay is going. My only critique is the lack of EV charging options. The staff definitely didn't understand my questions about charging, which is fair for non-EV drivers, but did offer that there are individual electric plugs near most garage spots. We will definitely be staying here again.

Just checked in and from the start, a perfect stay. We have stayed here over a dozen times, (during the summer's we would stay 5 weeks at a time) and there is a reason we keep returning. It is always fabulous! The staff are so welcoming. The property is well maintained. It is the perfect place to enjoy the Orlando area. Just to be clear, we do not own here, have stayed at multiple resorts in the area and have decided that this is the place that we will spend our vacation time and money. Yes the added daily resort fee is excessive. Yes there are less amenities than in the past (live music poolside, Sea World bringing animals pool side etc) but it is still the standard of what a vacation resort should be. Kudos to you Parc soleil! You have ruined me to the point we bought a house 10 minutes from you because we have come to love the area.

Relaxing location, not walking distance to any restaurant or shopping. My favorite is the concrete walking trail around small lake. Wide balcony has table set and lawn chair. Clean spacious one BR king suite with full kitchen. Good views in the evening watching Disney fireworks. Nice pool area next to small coffee gift shop and restaurant where we had a delicious fish & chips by the pool. Ramps and outdoor parking.

Las facilidades de Parc Soleil no me impresionaron para nada. El cuarto es muy pequeño, el edificio no tiene actividades excepto restaurante y piscina. Trataron de vendernos un pase a Sea World carísimo. Finalizamos la estadía antes de tiempo.

Excelentes instalaciones, a 15min de todos los parques más grandes, de Walmart y Ross. Una vista excelente. La suite con una cocina muy útil y de muy buena calidad. Con todos los accesorios para poder cocinar sin mayor problema. (no incluye nada de alimentos). Tratarán de venderte en tiempo compartido, todos los hoteles lo hacen. Necesitarás rentar auto para moverte. El personal muy amable. Camas cómodas y electrónicos de primera clase Es un Hitlton.!!! Muy recomendado.

Buena ubicación, cerca de los estudios de universal y los parques Disney. El autobús del hotel a los parques cuesta demasiado, no lo recomiendo. Las piscinas son buenas y relajantes, y la cantidad de gente no es demasiada
