“Although it’s in a great location and amazing landscape with river, the quality of room and service were really poor. Even I wrote a direct message while I was booking a junior suite room to do a romantic wedding anniversary surprise to my wife, they gave me the one of the worst rooms, with no river and city views. And if you check what they promise to give you in booking.com or their web page, normally they have 3 junior suite rooms on top floor with amazing view. Nevertheless instead of apologizing for this issue, they offered us lower quality room to stay. It was a big mistake and disappointing to choose nhow hotel!”
