El hotel es hermoso y todo está pensado para que la estadía sea perfecta y no tengas que moverte del predio a no ser que uno lo desee. Incluso ahí adentro se pueden contactar excursiones, hay farmacia, médico. Todo está pensado para la máxima comodidad. Los restaurantes a la carta son bastante pobres si el comensal es exigente. Es decir, nada se destaca demasiado, la comida es sosa. Por otro lado, la comida del bufet y el desayuno son muy superiores. De todos modos, elegiría siempre a Grand Palladium, ya que todo es estupendo.

Relaxed resort with all amenities you could want. Particularly helpful, hardworking and friendly staff, to whom nothing is too much trouble and they are genuinely happy to help. Special shout out for the serving staff who do a great job bringing the drinks while you laze around the pool, in incredibly hot and humid conditions; always with a big smile to ensure you enjoy your holiday. Massive well done and thank you to Carmella and Raymondo for their great care and keeping the drinks coming at the pool coming. Also thanks to Arturo, waiter in the restaurant; always helpful, always smiling and doing his best to make me a perfect cup of coffee. And Damaris who supervises the restaurant brilliantly and loves to practice her English! In fact thanks to all staff for a truly memorable stay. Give this place a try!

Cena en el restaurante a la carta El Dorado: no traíamos grandes expectativas pero la verdad es que los cortes de carne las han superado con creces. El punto de la carne estaba perfecto y ambos platos han sido muy sabrosos. Las guarniciones también estaban muy buenas, pero lo mejor ha sido el servicio de nuestro camarero Miguel, que nos ha atendido rápido y muy bien. De lo mejor del resort, lo recomiendo.

Llevo sólo 2 días en este maravilloso hotel y estoy muy contenta con todo el servicio y las instalaciones. Todo el mundo es muy amable y servicial. Hoy nos encontramos cenando en el restaurante El Dorado. Todo está muy bueno y el camarero Alonso es muy agradable y nos ha explicado perfectamen toda la carta y nos ha recomendado muy bien. Un 10 para él.

Todo absolutamente genial!! La única pega que si echamos en falta mis compañeros de viaje y yo fue que no hubiese ningún tipo de fiesta solo los viernes en la playa a la cual no pudimos asistir ya q llegamos un viernes y nos fuimos al siguiente viernes, tampoco sonaba apenas música en los chiringuitos o en el bar de la piscina que animase un poco el ambiente. El resort no le falta un detalle excepto una zona de discoteca o más animación para quien quiera divertirse bailando y ya sería un absoluto 10.

Nos ha encantado nuestra vacaciones en el Grand Palladium! El servicio es excelente y nuestra habitación esta muy bonita! Si es verdad, como los otros comentarios han mencionado, la playa tiene sargazos. Pero eso no es la culpa del hotel, y eso no nos amargó nuestra visita. Tuvimos una excelente semana y tenemos planes de regresar el año que viene!

This resort is just amazing! My experience here as a teen was great with the super nice workers and there is a juniors club that is so fun to interact with others. Also there is an worker who is so fun and kinda named Diego he deserves employee of the month. Then the food service is out of this world foods that will make your mouth water and don’t get me started on the gigantic pool and the bars it’s just great.

Beautiful resort, staff are very friendly and helpful. You are never left wanting and tend to your every need. Zero issues. Liz one of the pool waitresses was awesome, we had a young baby and child in our group and she never passed without saying hello and making sure we were OK and needed anything else. A credit to the hotel. Thank you for a great holiday

Elegimos este hotel para disfrutar de nuestra luna de miel y sin duda ha sido todo un acierto. Por hacer un poco de crítica, las actividades nocturnas son muy temprano, lo que si cenas un poco tarde (sobre las 9) no te permite ver el espectáculo y el wifi en las instalaciones funciona regular, existiendo zonas en el recinto en las que no funciona siquiera.Hacer sin duda una especial mención a Ana la animadora, que nos hizo pasar un rato muy agradable, siendo una chica encantadora.

We have only been here a few days & I will write a full review later.
I felt I must write to say a massive thank you to La Hacienda Manager, Alberto May. At breakfast, the last few days we have often asked for things & the staff have not been able to provide them. However, Alberto heard of our requests & without hesitation managed to find everything we needed. No request is a problem for him.
He is always smiling & very welcoming. If all the staff in this hotel were like him, we would have a fantastic stay. Thank you Alberto.

the pool was excellent , nice and large and the swim up bar was great. the activities in and around the pool were great and the POP Team were all very friendly. the food was good but not great and the service was only sometimes slow, but when it was given it was good. the rooms were great and cleaned daily . the location is great and is nice and close to lots of great excursions. DIEGO at the BLACK AND WHITE JUNIOR CLUB was great, kind, hard working, and always happy to help while you are there. i would give it 4.5 stars if possible.

Excelente hotel muy buena limpieza y habitaciones en un hábitat de selva hermoso, especial para ir con la familia, el kid club es excelente! Es la segunda vez que lo visitamos. Punto aparte ora la comida, que en esta última visita fue de terror!!!! Todo fría, muy poca variedad , para mi es consecuencia de la falta de personal en general. Ha caído muchísimo la calidad del hotel en general. Una lástima porque era un hotel que me encantaba.

We stayed for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. Our room was clean, the service was good and the people were extremely friendly.The night life parties are wonderful and pools and shows are very very nice. We lost our cell phone, but it was returned. Very friendly and English speaking staff were Edwin (bell boy), Anna (Aqua instructor), Rosa (aqua instructor), Monica (concierge at Colonial lobby) and Vanessa (Travel club White Sands). Because of these people 😀, we would return to this place. The only complaint we have is the Colonial pool always ran out of towels and certain restaurants are only open one day a week. Such restaurants should not be allowed on the resort if they can not be open at least 5 days a week. Other than that, it is a kid friendly and adult friendly clean resort.We stayed in room 1622.

We loved our time here. The resort is HUGE. We stayed a full week and never saw it all. There was some food that was amazing but the buffets are sub par. You cannot beat the staff. So pleasant and eager to help. A comment on resorts in general: they should be focused on helping you be the happiest on vacation. In some ways they are, but really have room to grow in others. For example, my daughter injured her knee while there (off resort property) and could not walk on it. Long walks are required at this resort. They had a wheelchair but we would have had to rent it for a ridiculous fee. We settled on crutches and thus had to limit what we did on resort to just what was immediately around our room. Another example, we wanted to get a pool floaty for her to use in pool so she could keep her bandage out of the water...$45. we found snorkel and goggles on property for $65... Same item is under $20 anywhere else. Lowering prices on these things would go a long way towards increasing happiness of the guests.

Trato preferente del personal por las propinas (si veían que no les ibas a dar nada podías llegar a estar esperando para pedir una bebida entre 20 y 30minutos) . Se nos bloqueó la caja fuerte y tardaron 5h en venir a repararla y porque llamamos a recepción 4 veces. La mayoría de los enchufes no funcionaban. Poca disponibilidad para poder cenar en los restaurantes temáticos y buffet con poca variedad. Nada de animación en la zona de las piscinas ni playas. Para salir de fiesta no tienen nada y los bares de los lobbys cierran a las 2. Una mañana nos despertaron a golpes en la puerta las chicas de la limpieza interrumpiendo nuestro descanso, además de notar que nos faltaban algunas pertenencias al volver a la habitación. Nada recomendable 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Los meseros se olvidan todos los días de la cuchara y el azúcar para el café, demoran tanto en traerla q el café se enfría, pero si vos te levantas a buscar algo vendrán en segundos a llamarte la atención. Hay que traer si o si para las propinas si no queres ser siempre el último de la fila. Lo cual al final del día resulta costoso cuando estás en constante trato con el personal y son tantos. El hotel ofrece distintos restaurantes temáticos pero conseguir lugar es casi imposible (cabe resaltar que estos solo están en la hora de la cena) pero cuando vas a las 21:00 te dicen que ya está cerrada la lista de espera. Te dicen al llegar que uses la app para reservar pero cuando te encuentras con el personal te dice que no está actualizada. En el bar de la playa quise pedir agua caliente a las 15:50 y el mesero me dijo que no porque cerraba a las 16:00 a lo que le dije que faltaban 10 minutos, me respondió “no en mi reloj” (yo estaba con mi bebé ) tuve que ir hasta el lovy más cercano. He venido años anteriores y te recibían con tequila, arreglos en las habitaciones, fruta de cortesía… en esta oportunidad llevo 3 días y ya no tengo shampoo, gel de baño, crema, alcohol ni jabón porque no lo han respuesto, tampoco el minibar. A los pocos días de estar ya empiezas a oír con frecuencia que otros huéspedes se quejan de lo mismo que tu. Y porúltimo lo peor de todo. La gente de Travel club. A no ser tengan con ustedes 10 o 30 mil dólares digan que no a cualquier invitación. Porque te tratan bien hasta que decís que no queres ser miembro, ahí empiezan a presionarte para que pagues, te preguntan de que trabajas cuánto ganas, te preguntan si no Tenes cómo conseguir el dinero, si seguís diciendo que no viene otro (de mayor cargo ) para presionarte más aún y cuando ven que no accedes ahí todo deja de ser risas y amabilidad y te sacan en 2 minutos del lugar. Es una pena porque conozco varios Palladium y siempre elegí de ojos cerrados estos hotelespor las anteriores experiencias. Definitivamente no volveré.

Desde la agencia y desde recepción nos dijeron que nos harían un detalle de bienvenida por ser nuestra luna de miel. Mañana nos vamos y no nos han ofrecido NADA. Muy feo detalle. Los restaurantes temáticos son malos en general. Las playas estrechas y llenas de algas. El personal es amable en general. Muy buena experiencia con los chicos de la zona deportiva. El buffet es abundante pero faltan algunas cosas básicas. No repetiré en este hotel ni lo recomiendo.

Os quartos são bons mas o mobiliário já antigo, merecia reforma. O serviço de frigobar funciona muito mal, estivemos 3 dias sem reporem água, foi preciso ir à receção reportar o fato. O buffet Hacienda é um dos nossos lugares preferidos. A simpatia e atenção de algumas funcionárias chamam a nossa atenção: Dorotea, Estefanía e claro a nossa querida Viridiana Naranjo.

Muy mala experiencia en el hotel! Nunca nos dijeron que la playa está llena de rocas, imposible meterse en el mar y aparte lleno de zarpazo. En los bares de las piletas pedíamos tragos y tardaban más de media hora en traerlos. Una vez fuimos a buscarlos nosotros y no tenían vasos!!! Los mozos de los restaurantes tardan muchísimo en traer las bebidas y en limpiar las mesas. Se forman largas colas para desayunar y comer La habitación con olor a humedad En la recepción no atienden bien y no indican nada. Dicen que bajemos la aplicación del hotel y en ella faltan muchos datos, por ejemplo de las actividades No volvería para nada. Lo único que realmente rescato es a Fernanda de animación. Muy simpática y agradable No recomiendo este hotel

Don't come here for the beach. It's rocky and full of sea weed!!! Yes they do try to clear it daily, but I never thought I would have to tell my child to watch out for the lorries and tractors on the beach every 10 minutes.
The pool is good although again, if you have kids that have never used a slide, the staff expect you not to accompany them even though the sign clearly tells you to do so. In the mean time they allow kids to climb up the slides.
Staff in the bars away from the main areas are very polite. Staff in the bars near the pool don't care about your order. Probably ruined by constant tiping which should be banned. Oh and there's a clearly a staff shortage. On Saturday most bars and restaurants were closed due to lack of staff.
Food wise, there are a few very good restaurants. These are let down by the front of house staff. They have no idea if a reservation is required or not, and can be very rude. The buffet reception staff are very abrupt and rude. Shame really.
So overall, a good pool, very poor beach, good choice of drinks and food and varying degrees of staff politeness.

The hotel was amazing and the food was great. Truly though the best part was Diego at the Junior Black and White Club. I met him and I just kept coming back and he helped me make friends who I want to keep in touch with. He is honestly a great person and helped me find a lot of cool places outside of the resort to go visit. I went to the junior club for 9 nights and I will be very upset when I have to finally leave.

Giving this place 2 stars as I sit here my second to last night (after 5 days), plenty of time to give a valued opinion.We booked 2 connections suites for 6 days, 7 people (5 adults, 2 kids).-Pros: Large sprawling resort, plenty of entertainment (mediocre), moderate sized rooms, large comfortable pull out couches, plenty of restaurants and pools.-Cons: POOR/AWFUL service!!!; Outdated accommodations down to the outlets, furniture, bathrooms mirrors, etc; broken screen doors, broken bathroom fixtures, torn furniture, etc; NO linens and don’t get any upon multiple requests every day!; NO water. This was my biggest complaint!!With 5 kids (2 < 10yo) this was ridiculous!We had to beg and plead for bottled water every day which was not replenished…ever!We had to go down to the front desk to get it for 7 people!!Not everything is all inclusive, even room service. We had to wait 2 hours for our luggage upon arrival after calling 2 times to request it.The list goes in but these are the main issues. If the staff was at least nice that may have helped our experience but very few are nice. The internet is awful!!Don’t plan to stream or use the Wi-Fi for work related tasks.UPDATE: Following this review and a formal complaint to management they took care of our concerns. The management sincerely cares about providing a good experience for all guests and took the time to chat with us on multiple occasions to ensure our requests were being fulfilled. Claudia and Lourdes spent a ample time hearing our feedback and addressing EVERY point with us. They were incredible, attentive, and most hospitable. We will give Grand Palladium a second chance in the future and are extremely grateful for their attention to our needs in the end. Thank you both for everything!!

It is an OK resort with positives and negatives Grounds are nice.Like the water features near the restaurants and the lobby Nice beach and swimming pools. We also had a nice experience at the Thai restaurant. Several things we didn't like: Distance from the Cancun airport - over 1 hour.The very slow check-in process. Only 2 clerks working and long line of people waiting.Over 30 minutes wait at the reservation deck to make a reservation at a restaurant only to be told there were no reservation available.Many of the guest services personnel's english was rather poor which was made worse by the masks.Buffet selection was limited and it took forever to get a cup ofcoffee.We had only 1 large towel in the room.We asked for towels twice! The operator said we will bring them up right away but still didn't receive them.

Tenía grandes expectativas antes de llegar al Resort, pero me equivoqué lamentablemente. La recepción a los turistas deja mucho que desear, poco amables, el check in es a las 3:00 pm, nos tocó esperar más de 40 minutos, porque no tenían lista la habitación, en el lobby la atención al cliente está por debajo de un hotel 5 estrellas, el aseo y la sanitización fue lopeor.. Había una mascarilla de pasajeros anteriores a mí, tapas de botellas, etc Si voy a destacar la comida, muy buena, la infraestructura muy bonita.

Instalaciones un tanto antiguas. Las comidas en los buffets “internacionales” no son de buena calidad y hay muy poca variedad. Tragos mal hechos en casi todos los bares del hotel. El personal es agradable pero no son muy resolutivos. Te obligan a usar barbijo y te toman la temperatura para comer en lugares abiertos, se quedaron en el 2020. No es un lugar al que volveria.

This hotel is nothing like it looks in the pictures online. It is very outdated and we were disappointed. Upon arrival the room we were given did not have working AC, there were bugs in the bathroom, the sheets smelt like sweat and mildew. We contacted the front desk 5 times and each time were told that they were about to send someone to our room to fix the ac and clean the room including putting new sheets on the bed. Nobody ever came to fix the room and we had to sleep in 85°. It was not until we went to the front desk and had to make a scene that the manager finally came out to help and we finally got to switch rooms at 10PM. For 2 days the resort was working on the water with no notice so the rooms only had the hottest water available to shower with and wash your hands. The food at the colonial hotel was awful - I don’t know how other reviews can say it was good, we had to go to a different part of the resort every time we wanted to eat. If you want room service it is a $15 charge and you can only order it if you have a phone in your room that works - which is unlikely. We were here for a wedding and upon arriving the bride informed us that other people in the group saw their room and immediately switched to a different resort because the rooms were awful. When checking out we told the man behind the front desk (Israel) about these issues and that we would like to file a complaint and he became rude and unwilling to help and told a women who barely speaks English to help us and she said all she could do was give us $10 off… The ONLY good thing about this resort is the pool and beach other than that good luck getting help from anyone that works there. If you are thinking about booking the grand palladium book the TRS resort, it’s more expensive but worth it for the amount of BS you will have to put up with at the colonial.

Wonderful experience—Clean rooms, friendly staff, great food at the buffet. Even though we did not speak Spanish, we had no difficulties. Everybody we interacted with was cordial and respectful. The beaches were private, well maintained, and 5 minutes away from the room. It was quiet and relaxing inside the rooms too. Highly recommended.

La estructura del hotel es buena. Pero el hotel es antiguo. Al llegar nos ofrecieron pagando más una habitación mejor y al llegar a la habitación el baño estaba muy sucio. Y las instalaciones son viejas y descuidadas. La atención del personal no es muy agradable y las comidas no valen nada la pena. Entre los huéspedes se van escuchando comentarios del descontento que hay en general. Precio elevado por lo que es. En nuestro viaje hemos estado en hoteles en primera línea de la playa sin ser todo incluido y vale muchísimo más la pena. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff very attentive.Setting on a very nice beach and facilities excellent. Only criticism I would add is that as with most all inclusive hotels I have been to. the food is varied and well cooked but is not kept hot enough. The hotel welcome the visitor's opinions and assure they welcome such remarks in order to improve the experience. Can'tbe a bad thing.

2 stars because the rooms are super outdated. The bathrooms/ shower were literally moldy. We stayed at 4923 for 7 nights. Most likely these rooms are used the most because of the 1st floor and very convenient with kids (this was our priority) but come on mold everywhere, and mirrors like from a horror movies. As much as it was nice fresh air there, room with mold is absolutely not acceptable! When we asked for a room change, we were told we actually were upgraded to a better room 🤷♀️🤷♀️, can only imagine what the other room looked like.
Otherwise everything was very good. But for a 4 star hotel there cannot be mold. The resort itself was nice, everyone was very welcoming and friendly.

Todo son muy buenas palabras, pero no te solucionan los problemas que puedas tener. Muy simpáticos pero incompetentes. Solo se mueven por el dinero. Si pagas lo tienes todo. En el hotel se llevan un montón de comisiones por todo. Si reservas fuera hotel te sale mucho más barato.

Estive hospedada com minha família por 1 semana e desde o momento em que chegamos até o momento em que fomos embora, fomos muito bem tratadas por todos, sem nenhuma exceção. Todos muito cordiais, gentis e prestativos. Não nos faltou nada! Agradeço imensamente pelos dias esplêndidos que pudemos passar no Hotel. Ficamos no TRS, Villa 70, muito bem atendidas pelo Roberto, Mariana e Jhovani. Os rapazes dos bares da infinity pool com drinks maravilhosos, o atendimento dos rapazes de carrinho, Armando e Francisco. Enfim, não temos nenhuma queixa, só boas lembranças. Obrigada a todos.

O hotel é muito bom. Atendimento, variedade nos restaurantes e quartos amplos. Porém, a praia tem faixa de areia pequena e com muitas pedras e corais soltos. Fácil de se machucar.

Unas vacaciones muy padres y relajantes. El servicio del hotel es muy bueno. Las bebidas estan excelentes y el persona siempre te brinda una sonrisa, conocimos a una chica de animación Lizeth y nos ayudó a estar informadas de los show e invitarnos a los eventos del hotel lo cual esta padre por qué uno llega desorientado y cuando alguien te ayuda a que sepas los eventos de la semana es de mucha ayuda para poder disfrutar el hotel y no perderte nada.

Acabamos de regressar de uma estadia de 12 noites no palladium kantenah. Na noite de check-in,queriam nos dar um quarto mais fraco no colonial , e nos compramos no Kantenah ( melhores suites) . Depois de 24 horas entre aviões e aeroportos, tivemos de reclamar imediatamenteapos a chegada e depois deram- nos uma suíte no kantenah. O resorté o melhor que já estivemos, no meio da selva ,com os animais livres a passearem, linda natureza. Os restaurantes à la carte sao maravilhosos, opequeno almoço muito bom e o almoço também muito bom. Em relação a todas as refeições top. Os bares deveriam trabalhar com melhor qualidade e menos quantidade. A suíte grande e bonita , apenas a limpeza do quarto , não está nos padrões europeus. Piscinas grandes e limpas. Todo o staff muito prestável e simpático . Sempre perguntando se estamos bem e se precisamos de alguma coisa. A animação infantil é muito boa,muito responsável e querida com as crianças. A grande desilusão para nós, embora não sejaculpa do hotel , foram as toneladas de algas ,que todos os dias chegavam a Praia. Em 12 dias ,não fomos 1 vezes nadar no mar, para além docheiro insuportável. Conclusão: Sendo nós clientes frequentes da rede palladium , já em vários resorts,não me surpreendeu nem desiludiu. É um resort fantástico,o melhor que já visitei,como já referi, não me desiludiu,apenas encontrei o esperado , para os padrões de um palladium hotel. Têm um grave problema para resolver ( sargaço na praia). Para quem aceita bem o clima quente tropical húmido,é uma escolha fantástica, vale cada euro. O meu sincero agradecimento a todo o staff, pela simpatia e profissionalismo ( poderia relevar nomes,mas seria injusto para aqueles ,os quais os nomesnão me lembro. )

A experiência está a ser boa. Podia melhor a qualidade do atendimento nos restaurantes temáticos, o tempo de espera para servir as refeições é muito demorado e no restaurante mexicano não nos foi pedido as bebidas, ficamos pela água o que não é aceitável. Fora isso recomendo.

O staff do hotel é simpático, a animação na piscina é muito boa. O hotel possui atm para levantar pesos mexicanos. A loja de souvenirs é muito boa e a oferta de restaurantes é a melhor de todos os hotéis no complexo grand palladium.

We are half way through our holiday and so far we have really enjoyed our stay, there is a great choice of food in the buffet, my only criticism is that it isn't tbat hot. We are loving the beach, pools and surroundings.I am especially enjoying all the exercise classes with Daniel and Lisette, good variety and expertly taught- thank you

This place has a beautiful lobby, but their food and rooms are disgusting. We were at the buffet yesterday and watched the man cooking meat put tortillas in the trash with his tongs and then proceeded to push them down IN THE TRASH with those same tongs and then flip the chicken and beef on the grill. This morning at breakfast I asked for a spoon at the drink station for the strawberries and she points to the tongs for the ice. I said to her is that not for ice? Like what is someone has a strawberry allergy and I grab them and put them back in the ice? Absolutely a disgrace. I literally wish we could leave today.

I was at this hotel with my entire family for a wedding. Didn't realize no matter how much you are paying, they pick and choose who they put in the new area and then in the old area. Our room least to say was not new or impressed with it. We had get our rooms changed and it was the exact same, so we we assumed that all the rooms looked like that, till other family members showed up. We had a even offered to pay more but this was it. The food was not good at all. And they had no room to make reservations for the other restaurants. Room service took all day. I will never return to this hotel.

Muy lindo todo, amables y buen servicio, mi único comentario es que no tienen en cuenta que las habitaciones no están hechas para niños y para las personas de la tercera edad, en las habitaciones es muy complicado que un niño de 4 años pueda lavarse las manos o los dientes, el televisor en inglés por más que quisimos cambiar el traductor no se pudo. Para las personas mayores les es muy complicado bañarse ya que no pueden meterse a la tina. Por lo demás todo muy lindo, la playa, piscina, comida, los empleados del hotel muy muy amables 😊 Disfrutamos de las instalaciones 🎉🎉

Me gustó mucho el hotel, la comida es bastante buena y las actividades son bastante entretenidas. El teatro fue muy impresionante y muy profesional. Me agrado la calidad del servicio de Diego en el Junior's Club, me trató bien e hizo que mi estancia fuera más divertida y más personal.

Es la 2da vez que vamos. La anterior de lo mejor un 10. Pero ahora no lo recomiendo, quien sabe si en el futuro vuelva a ser el Palladium que en inicio conocimos. El complejo de 4 hoteles (White Sands, Colonial, Kantenah y TRS, éste último no lo conocemos, ya que es sólo para adultos) esta pasando por una transición y los afectados somos los huéspedes. Lo que destacó la vez anterior: la atención, la comida y las bebidas, ahora bajaron totalmente la calidad. La atención fría e impersonal, trabajadores con mal modo(no todos aclaro, hay algunos que sobresalen y hacen muchísimo con los pocos recursos que el complejo les da, además son los que dan la cara al cliente) como si uno estuviera pidiendo regalado, la comida genérica y en los restaurantes a la carta, ni se diga, mala calidad, aparte de que ya no puedes reservar como antes ya esta limitadísimas las reservaciones, hay poco personal, no se dan abasto para atender a todos, las bebidas que eran premium ahora tienen costo, el servicio al cuarto tiene un costo de 10 usd, cada vez que lo solicites. En esta ocasión, FUE UNA DECEPCIÓN, ESPERÁBAMOS AL MENOS LA MISMA EXPERIENCIA DEL VERANO DEL 2019 O MEJOR, FUE PEOR(Y ME QUEDO CORTO). Nuestros planes eran hacernos socios, e ir seguido, pero por esta última experiencia no lo haremos y de regresar tampoco. Iremos por otras opciones, es una lástima y tristeza que los detalles que te definen y te destacan, se pierdan y vayan en retroceso, en lugar de avanzar. La pandemia nos ha complicado a TODOS, pero también debemos innovar, adaptarnos y mejorar. Situación que en esta empresa ha sido para ahorrar quitando servicios que antes se ofrecían a los visitantes(en todos los aspectos). Añadan el tráfico del aeropuerto de Cancún hacia donde esta el hotel, otra raya al tigre, que esta ya no depende del hotel. En fin, escuché como se quejaba un huésped español y justo lo mismo nos paso.

For this resort to be moreso on the expensive sides the rooms didn’t match the price. Rooms are outdated and bathroom had mold. The electricity went out several times and took maintenance 45 mins to 1 hour to arrive. As well as housekeeping took a long time to bring fresh towels but never restock face towels. The food was absolutely horrible. But I thought the steakhouse will be better, WRONG! I went to Eldorado they overcooked my med steak and it was cold. The staff wasn’t friendly and my group often got over looked catching the carts. For my first time in Mexico this resort made it an horrible experiences.

We can only recommend the facility. Hygiene is very important here. The staff are all courteous, all very nice and helpful. The rooms / siutes are clean and tidy. The whole family felt comfortable and we had a relaxing holiday. The beach is very nice, the pools great. Maria and Jesus from the pool bar are awesome, had a lot of fun with them. All the staff from the hotel / facility are great. We as a family felt very comfortable. The area is very well cared for, (leave nature, which is very beautiful) free-roaming animals, the blast. :-) We will be back. Greetings from East Friesland

No es apto para personas con discapacidad. No hay carritos para personas con discapacidad. Hay diferentes horarios en los restaurantes. Son varios hoteles (de la misma empresa) lo que hace que el espacio es de varias hectáreas No hay organización en cuanto a los registros para habitación, aún y que se haya pagado por anticipado, al llegar no encuentran el registro en check in. Si requiere de silla de ruedas, hay un cargo de $60 dólares diarios con un depósito de $2 mil pesos sin persona que apoye. Mucha distancia entre edificios de habitaciones y restaurantes, playa, albercas.La atención del personal de restaurantes y bares limpieza, recepción de maletas, servicio a cuartos y carritos de traslado es muy buena, atentos y respetuosos.

Me ha encantado. Lo único "malo" ha sido la cantidad de mosquitos, por lo que es muy recomendable tener a mano siempre el repelente (no los ves, pero las picaduras son enormes) Por lo demás, ha sido una muy buena estancia. Lugar muy amplio. Lleno d vegetación. Muy limpio. Variedad de gastronomía (en La Hacienda, tienes de todo, aunque no abre al mediodía...y el americano 24h, ideal para comida rápida...son 2 que me han gustado, pero hay más variedad) Y un gimnasio muy aceptable. Después de haber disfrutado una semana, yo lo recomiendo en cuánto a estancia en temporada baja. No puedo opinar el resto del año, ni tampoco de sus espectáculos o atracciones ya que ha sido para mi y mi pareja un viaje de relax completo.

Estuvimos a primeros de Septiembre alojados en el hotel. Concretamente desde el día 3 al 13/09/21. En total 10 días magníficos que hemos pasado en este Resort durante nuestra luna de miel. La atención ha sido fantástica. Todo el personal es muy atento, tanto en restaurantes y piscina como en recepción, carritos.. Todos ellos, ¡un 10!Pero personalmente quisiera hacer especial honor a Santiago, un camarero que nos estuvo sirviendo el día 11/09 en una cena romántica en el Cenote del hotel.Fue muy servicial, amable, y educado. ¡Un encanto de persona! La cena la disfrutamos mucho en parte gracias a su buen servicio. También mencionar a Uziel, relaciones públicas, que se encuentra en recepción. Él fue el encargado de prepararnos la cena sorpresa que teníamos en el Cenote, y de avisarnos en todo momento. Fue muy amable y tuvo una excelente atención con nosotros. ¡Muchísimas gracias a ambos! ¡Nos encantó la cena y el lugar!En restaurante, todos trabajan genial. En todo momento se preocupan porque estés cómodo y disfrutes de la comida. Hubo una mujer, llamada Dalia, si no me equivoco, que nos sirvió el día 12/09 en el desayuno buffet, que se encargo de hacer que nuestro último desayuno allíantes de regresar a España fuese mejor aún. ¡Una trabajadora muy simpática y amable con los clientes!A este tipo de trabajadores se les debería premiar, ya que influyen mucho en que la estancia de los huéspedes sea agradable y satisfactoria.Puntuando el hotel en general, debo decir que me sorprendió la gran vegetación y animales que encuentras en él, además de ser todo precioso. Es como estar en mitad de la selva, pero a la vez en el paraíso.Por poner una única pega, es que durante varios días observamos que el servicio de habitaciones no repuso botes de aseo personal ( gel, champú..) en el baño. Incluso una de las veces no vinieron a limpiarnos la habitación. Pero hay que decir que, avisamos a recepción y en 15 minutos ya teníamos a un personal allí. Por lo cual, solventaron muy rápidamente el problema.Nos encantaría volver en un futuro próximo al mismo hotel, ya que nos llevamos un recuerdo muy bonito del lugar y conocimos a personas maravillosas.¡Muchísimas gracias a todos por hacer que nuestra luna de miel haya sido estupenda!

El hotel en general está precioso,así como sus instalaciones y el personal de trabajo,super amables y atentos,la verdad el trato del personal de trabajo es una de las mejores cosas que nos llevamos. Como dato a mejorar,resaltamos la limpieza y estado de la habitación puesto que al llegar,nos encontramos pelos en la bañeray en general el baño no muy limpio, el colchón estaba manchado.Solo como dato a mejorar la limpieza debería ser más completa en plena pandemia. Por lo demás como ya dije muy bien,nos llevamos una gran experiencia y ennorahuena a todo el personal de trabajo por lo bueno que sois!!

We went to Grand Palladium Kantenah in May of 2021.We stayed in room that were awful. (Dirty & no air conditioning) 2 whole days We had maintenance in our room trying to fix the AC and water dripping on the floor (big puddles).No money back for wasting 2 of our days on vacation even after both situations we had complained about.Finally. The 3rd day I has to request another building because it was happening in mine and my husband's room along with a second room we had bought for our 2 adult kids.They finally upgraded us to White Sand suites for both of the rooms we bought.The last 2 days we had there were amazing after.Those rooms were clean, remodeled, bug free, and air-conditioning that worked.I would absolutely love to go back if I knew for certain they were going to get us free rooms at White Sands since they never compensated us for the 2 rooms we bought that wasted 2 whole days of our vacation that we can get back.Definitely, anyone looking to go to Grand Palladium in Maya Rivers book the White Sands rooms.Any other building will not be worth it. I will post pictures of the nice room we had stayed in.Staff was amazing & food was okay.I will also post pictures from the room we were in for 2 days with no AC at the end if May, it was miserable.

10-17 Julio 2021 Vacaciones Familiares.Generales: Hotel muy amplio, perfectamente adecuado por la pandemia. Sufrio un accidente que inhabilito un lobby pero el registro fue rapido y amable aunque la habitación tardo un poco en estar disponible. Es un poco complejo al principio ya que las instalaciones abarcan 3 hoteles y los restaurantes, bares y servicios están repartidos por todo el ancho de los mismos; pero es toda una experiencia ir descubriendo cada uno de los espacios y secretos de este complejo hotelero. Tristemente su ubicación es una de las zonas mas afectadas por el sargazo lo que impide mucho el uso de la playa; pero las albercas son mas que suficientes y con excelente ambiente.El Personal: En su mayoría amable, hostess, meseros y personal de los restaurantes de especialidad, sin embargo algunos de la gente de servicio y auxiliares de cocina y bartenders tendían a ser menos serviciales y en ocasiones mal encarados, aunque se entiende pues son quienes cargaban con la mayor parte del trabajo.Quienes se llevan definitivamente el punto de excelencia son los chicos del Mini Club y anfitriones de actividades. Maicu, Abril, Fernanda, Andy, Celeste y varios chicos mas cuyos nombres no recuerdo fueron muy amables y ayudaron en gran parte a que sobre todo mis hijos tuvieran una muy grata experiencia. Luna se los agradece muchisimo chicas!La Habitacion: Funcional, comoda, nada espectacular, algunos detalles por su antiguedad (es el hotel mas viejo de la cadena) pero arriba de la media de otros, bastante aceptable; la gente se queja del olor a humedad pero asi es vivir en la playa. Nos asignaron una habitacion en el sector del Colonial y ascenso a Jr Suite aunque nuestra reservación era para Standard Room en KantenahEn resumen 4 detalles al respecto: 1. La bañera no tenia tapon, pero lo resolvieron a la mañana siguiente de nuestra llegada. 2. El mosquitero estaba desmontado, nunca se corrigio pero no habia moscos en las instalaciones. 3. Tuve un percance con un cuadro en la habitación mal instalado, cayo sobre mi pierna provocandome un raspón algo grande; lo reporte y hasta ahi quedo aunque no hubo ninguna disculpa oficial ni revisión por parte de la gerencia del hotel. 4. La habitacion cuenta con sensores de movimiento que desactivan la luz; el problema es que tambien desconecta el frigobar por lo que JAMAS tendras bebidas frias si pasas todo el dia fuera.Los Servicios: No usamos el gimnasio y el spa, y el restaurant de mariscos estaba cerrado debido al sargazo; la mayoria de las instalaciones estan en funcionamiento, en general en muy buenas condiciones y facil accesibilidad. Las albercas del Secreto (Adultos) y El Rinconcito (Familiar) son ideales para alejarte un rato de la fiesta y pasar un excelente momento con tu pareja o tus hijos de manera tranquila; cuentan conbar y servicio de toallas. Las albercas generales ofrecen diversas actividades para distraerse pero la que mayor numero de facilidades y diversión ofrece definitivamente es la que esta del lado del Colonial/Kantenah, la del White Sands es mucho mas relajada y menos gente si prefieres un ambiente mas relajado. El transporte es es un problema, los carritos son insuficientes PERO OJO; la realidad es que es muy agradable caminar las instalaciones. Aun asi, es cosa de esperar unos minutos si no quieres caminar unos 200 o 300 metros y el hotel tiene muchos atajos para llegar de forma mas rapida a sus areas.La Comida: Buffet aceptable, cumple con su función. Hay 9 restaurantes de especialidad, los mejores definitivamente Sumptuori, Chang Thai y mi mayor sorpresa La Lola. El mas decepcionante fue Portofino y Bahia e Brasa pero en mayor o menor grado vale la pena probarlos todos.Tips indispensables: 1. Descarga la app, es fundamental para reservar cenas y el programa de actividades 2. Los restaurantes de especialidad abren a las 6 y la ultima reserva es a las 10. Con suerte puedes probar 2 el mismo día. 3. A veces hay reservaciones disponibles para menos personas pero puedes tener suerte y que te acepten una de 2 para 4; yo la tuve.

Lugar indescriptible hay que vivirlo.. Trato del personal fantástico e inmejorable ubicación fabulosa.. Vistas maravillosas.. Sin duda queremos regresar y repetiríamos hotel... La playa tiene un poco de sargazo pero la van limpiando cada día. Si te gustan los animales hay fauna local libre no hacen nada y es maravilloso si te gustan de verlos por tu paso an el hotel

Very average hotel. Rooms and hotel in general is old and not very well maintained. A hurricane passed during our stay and were without power for a full day; staff reacted well to the circumstances, but the communication as to the status was terrible. Their COVID protocols are just in place to show off but truly ineffective as almost no one makes sure place is clean (specially the buffets) or people comply with mask rules (except with the staff, 90% of them do wear a mask all the time). In the end you came at your own risk, but the place doesn’t really make you feel safe.

Ha sido nuestra primera vez y la verdad que el lugar impresiona! Con mucha vegetación en todos los rincones del hotel y unos servicios bastante buenos! El único inconveniente es que no podían tener la playa limpia de algas. También en algunos restaurantes nos querían echar bastante rápido sin darnos opción de postre diciendo que no tenían pero en la mesa de al lado que había clientes americanos si se lo ofrecieron. Aunque se reserve mesa en algún restaurante no se asegura que tengas sitio!

we have been to many resorts and Riviera Maya over the last few years including During the pandemic this hotel resort was awful he was a bad experience and very pricey 1-The check-in took over 1.5 hours very slow and confusing. 2- Ones checked-in it took about 20-30 minutes to get a ride to our room. 3- The food at the buffet and restaurant was Average but the food from the snack bar was Awful!! room service is not free!! 4-The drink were cheap Liquor and inconsistent from one bar to the other, just bad!! 5- most of the staff Was very disrespectful mostly in the bars 6- The Rooms were outdated and had molein the bathroom the amenities didn’t work properly and the cleaning service was very poor!! 7- The Waiting time to get from your room or any part of the resort to the lobby and back to your room was a two hour process wait on cars/golf carts as the hotel is very big. 8- we had are reservations with palladium kantenah but ones we got to the resort they made us check-in at the palladium white sand which was at the opposite side of the resort. 9-The entertainment/activities in the pools and beach was pretty bad. 10-The night shows were very good!! Overall it was a bad experience never going back would not recommend you can get much more for your money!!!

This was a very bad experience. It was our first time in Mexico and we are very disappointed. Check-in took a very long time. The reception guy kept saying that there was an error in our reservation, made us cancel the reservation we had and go online because he couldn’t do it him self ( mind you he is right there in front of us) to make another reservation to “fix the issue”. Of course we ended up spending more at that point. But what are we going to do? We were there already and the kids were tired of waiting. When we finally got to the rooms (we had two connecting rooms for us and the kids), we find them to be in very poor conditions both the rooms and bathrooms. Went to bed just to find out there was an AWFUL SMELL coming out of both my pillow and the mattress. We called reception and asked for a change of linens and a new Pillow. This process started at 11:00 pm. By the time the pillows came we had figure out where the smell was coming from.. it was a big puddle of still somewhat WET URINE in the mattress right under my pillow!!!! URINE!!I have pictures of the rooms and the mattress. Will find a way to upload them. The cleaning guy’s solution: I can use 3 sheets instead of one that way you sleep better. Yes, you read it correctly, they wanted to cover urine in the mattress with 3 sheets and leave it at that!!! It wasn’t until 2:30 am and after a lot of back and forth with the night manager (or whatever he is called) that they finally gave us a different room. It took them that long!! He said they were checking the other room making sure that it was properly cleaned so we didn’t complain again?!! At that time during the night we had to move the kids only to find out that the rooms they moved us to were NOT similar to the ones we paid for. We didn’t have connection with the other room so I spent our entire vacation going from one room to the other or bringing my youngest one into our room so we could take care of them. We spent most of our time in tours and activities out of the hotel. We didn’t want to be there. Food was not the best. Transportation inside the hotel (it’s big so you depend on those golf carts things) was very slow and they sometimes would keep going without stopping or asking us if we needed a ride. Drinks and service at the bars are very poor quality. To me, this was like a bad motel. So cheap and dirty. The service is awful, no one cares. I was surprised. You would think since they’ve struggled after COVID they would appreciate visitors more, but they don’t. They treated us very poorly. We will never come back.

Where do I start with this place. I will start with the pros. The pools and pool bars are awesome. This was the best part of the property. The maintenance of the grounds are beautiful and breathtaking. I enjoyed the animals and the jungle.Now to the bad. I didn't feel welcomed by the staff at all during my stay. I stood in line on several of occasions and was ignored by the staff. One time the gentleman just simply started serving the guest behind me, even though I was next in line. I'm thinking to myself, you don't see my 265lb a×× standing here. The food is terrible, tasteless, and half of the time, not even edible. I ordered a turkey club, and they made my sandwich with the chopped cubed turkey that you garnish a salad with. The bread on the sandwich was hard and seemed like it had been sitting out for sometime. I went into several restaurants and didn't receive service. Not even a glass of water. I work in the food industry and tip very well, but you can't tip someone who didn't provide you service. At one point I pulled out $20 just walked over to the cook and paid her to make my food. This was the only time I had hot fresh food at this establishment. The housekeeping on several of days would put towels in my room but no wash cloths. I would go to the front desk and ask for wash cloths and it would take hours to receive them from housekeeping. After being in the pool all day, I didn't feel like I should have to beg for wash cloths out of all things. I had to walk to other areas of the resort about 80% of the time I was on the property because the gentleman driving the carts would tell me, the cart was private or they wasn't going where I asked them to go on several occasions. I think I only got a ride on the carts a handful of times out of the 20 or 30 times, I asked for a ride. To be honest, the place is short staffed because of COVID, I was one of the ones who got it, but the racism I felt from the staff was unprofessional, and extremely just flat out rude. I was excited about going here, but left extremely disappointed with my experience. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THE GRAND PALLADIUM.

As stated before this place Grand Palladium has so much potential IF money is invested into the property and staff.. Management needs to be changed and rooms upgraded to reflect a resort style vacation area... until that is done it is nothing but a hotel pretending to be a resort.. Restaurants aren't open every day and require 24hr reservations...

Escolhemos este hotel devido a excelente experiência de duas vezes que ficamos no palladium Punta cana e as expectativas não saíram defraudadas... Hotel ao nível da excelencia com qualidade no buffet e restaurantes tematicos que adoramos. Apenas um ligeiro reparo..o carrinho do transporte devia passar com mais frequência e no restaurante Bahia e brasa sentimos que mesmo estando pouca gente davam nshs atençao a quem dava propina..ficamos cerca de 20 m a espera que nos servissem comida... Acabamos por desistir e ir ao buffet mas diga se que foi o único em que isso se sucedeu. Fica a vontade de voltar ❤️ obrigado pelas maravilhosas férias 😁

Great hotel! The restraints were absolutely amazing. The pools were nice and there were so many activities. Special thanks to Abraham for doing archery and shooting with us. He did such a great job and made it so fun despite the rain. Adriana gave out such fun Spanish lessons and was so sweet to us. Pablo and Daniel ran black jack and bingo and were so kind to us. Celeste taught us salsa and was so energetic and kind. We loved every one of them and became friends. They had such a great entertainment staff!

Beautiful resort with a nice gym and some of the best sit down restaurants! Brazilian steak house, hibachi, sushi, Thai to name a few. We had a sit down dinner ever night except the first night when we just got there.
Unfortunately it rained every day we were there but the entertainment staff still made it wonderful. Special thanks to Adriana for teaching us Spanish, Pilates and yoga on paddle board! Very cool! Celeste and Gabrielle for teaching us salsa! Abraham for teaching us Archery and shooting, Pablo, Daniel and Margarita for blackjack and Bingo! You guys were awesome!

It was a little hectic checking in. Lots of people, so it took some time. Not sure because it was Friday, or of it's the same everyday. Highly recommend the Romance Villa for couples. Very nice rooms. If you like hotels that are a spread out and don't want to feel there's hundreds of people on top of each other, this is the place for you. The natural flora and fauna and wildlife are well preserved here. This is June 2021, I noticed some of the restaurants were not operating. They have electric trams for you to go from one area to another. This place is so huge, you need that. The staff are really hard working. Doing the best they can always. I also liked that they were following Covid protocols.

Mangroves,flowers,animals...Love the strolls along the boardwalks, natural beauty and wildlife everywhere.
The food, drinks, cleanliness and most importantly the staff was 100%.
Variety of restaurant was great and the buffet La Dalia was amazing. Shout out to the omelette lady,her smile in the morning was contagious.
Been to alot of all inclusive resorts but this will be our new favorite place.
Staff is really amazing !!!
We definitely will be back,thanks again for the great service from the wonderful staff.

Férias de muita diversão e comilança...Já conhecemos outros países e resorts de outras cadeiras, mas esse foi uma grata surpresa.Lugar enorme e bem cuidado.Restaurante com muitas variedades.Praia não é bonita, mas as piscinas suprem bem.Bebidas e drinks no bar de qualidade.Quarto sempre limpo com roupas de cama cheirosas.Bar na beira da praia com café e capuccino servidos desde bem cedo, o que permite ficar horas admirando o nascer do sol.Super recomendo!!!

This is a five star hotel? The food and service is terrible. My friends and I got food poisoning from the food here and when I called them to bring water to the room, they said they would be here in 40 min but they never came. We had to walk at 4 am to get some water. In my entire life, I never thought it would be possible to eat crappy food in Mexico until I came here and that's saying a lot considering I'm from Mexico. Honestly, not worth your money. You can get a better hotel with better food and service at the same price or even cheaper.

The service is disgusting, the rooms horrible. The air conditioner never serves, it smells like damp and many cockroaches. Everything was awful. Really one of the worst hotels I've been. Don't waste your money in this place, there are a thousand times better around.

According to photographs and video, the employees of the place removed about 50 signs that served as location marking of the nests, which each had an average of 50 eggs, that is, there was damage to approximately 2,500 eggs.
Please spend your money elsewhere, these are not the type of scum bags that need our money.

Great staff.
Food was amazing at the buffets, beach snack bar, and the sports bar.
The hotel was the SUPERB when it came to cleanliness. Honestly, even comparing to any place i've ever stayed and been in any country/resort this was truly the cleanest. The staff tales so much pride in their working and making the guests happy. EVERYONE was so polite, we had one little bump along the trip and the hotel staff was so accommodating in making us feel safe and taken care of. Priscilla at the front desk was very helpful through it all.
The room was awesome, air conditioning worked amazing and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job at replenishing everything we needed without us asking.
I can not say enough good about our stay.

Beautiful large resort surrounded by the beach and the wood with a lot of activities and native friendly animals. The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make your vacation memorable. Kudos to the yoga instructors, the archery and rifle instructors (Alexa and Emanuel), and the dance instructors (Omar and Daniel). You all were awesome. The mini club was great too. My two boys 6 and 8 years old had a blast with the inflatable game. Definitely will come back!!
