“Location over Comfort
Hotel is in a great part of town. Close to soho, west village, downtown and more.
However, the hotel is junk. I hate to say that but the beds were awful, pillows and bedding not comfortable and had the worst sleep during my stay. Walls are thin and can hear your neighbors and doors slamming all day. Windows are thin and can hear everything outside as well including construction. Rooms are extremely small and staying in the room was miserable. Hotel needs a major upgrade! You are warned!”

“Great location and friendly staff. They upgraded me to a room with a view of WTC. MY stay was pleasant for the most part, but I was awakened by the shaking of pipes within the walls next to my room(1907) from about 3:30am to 7am hence only 4 of 5 stars. The pipes vibrated for about 5-10 seconds intermittently every 3-5 minutes.”
