El hotel tiene buena infraestructura, y la atención de algunos empleados es muy buena , lo que si recomiendo que hagan una limpieza más profunda 🧐, de las camas y colchones y filtros de aire , mi esposo y mi hijo son alérgicos al polvo y cuando algo no está lavado o hay una fuente de polvo ya sea en las alfombras o débajode las camas ellos lo sienten y tengo que usar medicamentos, las almohadas tenían un olor a sudor, me entró la duda si son lavadas o no, esa duda me hizo no estar cómoda .Pero si tienes mascota esta oferta está buena, yo no tengo mascota así que nose si regresaría .

O prédio é bem novo, super limpo e tranquilo. Possui uma firepit na entrada. Infelizmente essa é uma área reservada para fumantes, então não foi muito atrativa para crianças. O café da manhã é bem espaçoso e possui muitas opções de comida. Os quartos são amplos e limpos. Há algumas construções em andamento nos arredores, mas não ouvi nenhum tipo de barulho. O hotel fica a poucos passos de um dos maiores Outlets da região de Orlando. Também fica muito próximo à International Drive e a alguns parques aquáticos. O hotel também fornece Cooktop para usar nos quartos,as é necessário solicitar na recepção.

Achamos muito bom. Pode ir de pé para o Premium Outlets da Vineland, Gilson's restaurant, Publix, aceita dogs, quarto acessível para cadeira de rodas, o banheiro e bem espaçoso e não tem banheira. Voltaria

Este hotel e muito bom, tem um quarto muito espaçoso e com diversos diferenciais como geladeira grande, lava louca e microondas. A limpeza do quarto é exemplar . Está é a segunda vez que estamos aqui e o nível é o mesmo. Tem um café da manhã muito bom e está localizado ao lado do outlet vineland.

Great stay during COVID. Great location, friendly staff, huge rooms!

Filthy! We drove over 16 hours for a 19 day stay. The first room had food all over the floor and hair all over the sheets. The second room, the smell of urine was enough to make you gag, public hair in bath tub, and toothpaste in the sink. The third room was checked by the housekeeping manager and was was supposed to be clean. I open the door, cookies on floor and hair on the sheets. I showed it to the housekeeping manager, who then told me that they don't have rooms to my standard and find a new hotel. My family is over a 1,000 miles away from home without a place to stay for the next 19 days! I called Hilton to express my outrage that they have managers who leave guests without a place to stay because they can't change sheets on the second bed in the room. Hilton's response was, most people don't use the second bed and the hotels are individually owned and operated. Unbelievable! Thankfully, we found a Marriott that is gorgeous, cleaner, larger rooms, and able to arrange a long term stay on short notice. BEWARE!!!!

It is a good hotel for the price. Friendly staff. Convenient kitchen. There was no hot breakfast, but I got a frozen breakfast sandwich, so I heated it in the microwave in my room.

Second time visiting first time was good (different location) we came back and today is basically our first day and so far we’re very disappointed horrible service rude staff, I understand that regulation for covid things need to chance but if you offer breakfast... is a bottle of water a muffin and a banana a breakfast for a child? I don’t think so, way better options for the money we never ever will come back here not even for free I could be in a better hotel for less money, no costumer service available no manager on duty.

While for the low price and free parking I gave this 3 stars, I would give 2 stars for overall quality. First, we expected everything to be extra cleaned due to COVID-19. However, the couch was covered in stains and there were a number of dirty dishes in the sink and dishwasher that we had to request they clean. We also asked for an additional towel but were told they were running low and could only get one if we brought and old one. Finally, the daily “breakfast” was a water bottle, granola bar, banana, and muffin. It was alright for one day but got a bit old so definitely plan on getting your own breakfast. The staff seemed a bit stressed so not the best atmosphere. Overall, alright experience for the price, but I’d recommend looking at other options as well.

Clean, friendly service. Sleeps 5. 2 Queen beds, and a couch bed. Almost a full kitchen, no stove but hot plates are available upon request. Fully equipped with real eating ware, plates, bowls and cups (both glass and coffee)

I’ve stayed at Hilton properties for years. Unfortunately this one falls below the standard.The gym is missing a lot of weights and looks neglected, as you can see in the pictures.The ride up the elevator was too close to an experience in the Tower of Terror. Upon survival and disembarkation, I noticed the Certificate of Operation expired over four months ago.Breakfast was a brown bag of sugary options instead of the normal wonderful options of Home2 Suites. They provided a few breakfast sandwichs from the fridge, but even those ran out.I will say most of the staff did a good job trying to help, and the location of the property is great, but the experience left much to be desired.

Mesmo que eu tenha feito uma reclamação formal, sem resposta desde então, eu quero expor a falta de cuidado de um hotel Hilton Home 2. Cheguei ao hotel na última sexta-feira para passar duas noites com a minha família. Entretanto o estado do hotel foi tão precário, com sacos de lixo espalhados nos corredores, sofás rasgados dentro dos quartos, que solicitei a mudança de hotel. Como de costume,antes de sair do hotel, por precaução, resolvi usar o hand sanitizer que estava disposição dos hóspedes no balcão de chegada. A garrafa era de uma marca conhecida americana (Germ-x), porém quando apertei a garrafa, saiu um líquido com textura diferente de um gel, parecido com água... após menos de cinco minutos comecei a sentir a pele a coçar e ao chegar no outro hotel da mesma rede, a minha mão já estava queimando. Assim, a primeira coisa que disse ao gerente do hotel foi: ligue para a gerência do hotel em que eu estava e os avise que eles estão usando algum produto químico que não é adequado para Higienização das mãos no lobby de entrada. Não obtive respostas Dele... Dois dias depois sair do hotel minha mão continua piorar e hoje faz cinco dias e olha o estado que ela ficou mesmo sendo acompanhado por uma dermatologista. Entrei em contato com Hilton honors, fiz uma reclamação formal, e recebi um mero “desculpe-me por qualquer inconveniência“. É um absurdo a falta de cuidado nesses momentos. Como uma rede tão importante de hotéis tem a coragem de usar um produto absolutamente perigoso no lobby de entrada de um hotel familiar, que deve receber todos os dias inclusive crianças? O Hotel emquestão é o Hilton Home 2, na InternationalDrive South, próximo ao Lake Buena Vista em Orlando. Então amigos, cuidado! Leve o seu álcool gel, sempre.

Very good value and very nice, large room. I perfer to stay at this brand for specific features like the roll around desk (don't underestimate how useful this is) and full glass and silverware. I use this brand for single night stays but could see how this room would be great for groups and families, for the same price as hotels with less features. Full size sink and large fridge also a plus. Home 2 is definitely one of the best deals out there right now. Priced like a value extended stay but feels very upscale.

Nice place and we have stayed at 6 across the US. Room didn't have soap for washing our hands....we bought our own. Could not figure out why the room had a smell. After looking, the air-conditioning filters in the room had not been cleaned in quite some time. With the corona being airborne..you would think these two items would be the first to clean or have on hand in the room....

Es la segunda vez que me quedo. Me estoy quedando en el segundo piso. Cuando hice la entrada tuve que pedirque limpiarán mejor el cuarto. Avia polvo y partes de la cocina sucias. Pero para colmos cuando me fui a Acostar la cama olía mal olía a sucio y estaba manchada. Clara mente las sábanas no eran limpias. También cuando desperté lo hice con alergias, cuando revisé el aire los filtros estaban tapados con polvo se veía que hace tiempo no los limpiaban yo los tuve que limpiar. Las sábanas las cambiaron pero eso desagrada más con esta pandemia del covi19. Aclaró las sábanas no era la humedad era a sucio y las almoedad olía a podrido.

Muito bom e seguro! Quarto amplo e confortável, bom café da manhã. A tarde, fica à disposição dos hóspedes, café, água saborizada e maçã. Ótima localização. Porém o colchão do sofá cama é péssimo, dá para sentir as molas. E não é sempre que a internet entra.

O hotel tem muito potencial, mas a internet é um lixo. A pior de todos os hotéis que já fiquei em Orlando/Kissimmee, incluindo alguns bem mais baratos que tinham ótimo wi-fi. O café da manhã é ruim, mas isso já é esperado em Orlando. O estacionamento lota e acabam as vagas cedo. Fora isso é tudo maravilhoso, especialmente o quarto, a localização e o atendimento.
