“Está muy bien situado,hemos caminado por los alrededores,muy agradable,instalaciones estupendas,la habitación pequeña,pero nos hemos adaptado por dar a un jardín trasero,precioso.el personal muy atento y profesional....nos gustaría volver a Lisboa y repetiriamos de hotel.gracias por hacernos la estancia comoda”

A localização é perfeita para passear pela cidade. Os funcionários são muito amáveis e muito profissionais qualquer situação resolviam rapidamente. No local existe um parque de estacionamento privado e pago mas é partilhado também com os clientes que visitam o restaurante do hotel.

Very nice hotel. The staff was excellent on helping me with my issues and everything! Honestly everything was quite good. The pool the sky bar even the hotel music was modern and fresh I really like these details in these hotels! I'll definitely stay here again

Super nice staff, location is central and close to principe real which is full of great food and bars. My only complaint is the rooms are a bit antiquated and the bedding has holes in it. It also has a pool and gym which are nice!

Very good hotel: comfortable beds, excellent airconditioning, nice breakfast. We liked the balcony, staff and swimming pool (there was always enough beds available, and no reservations necessary).Especially thanks to Djogo, for the super friendly serves and 2 pages of tips for our next destination in the Algarve! We really appreciated it! Today we went to your tips at carve, it was fan, thank you!One minor thing: the prices for drinks at the swimming pool are very high compared to prices in the city.

We just completed a 2 week stay here. Pluses: the service is excellent, housekeeping does a nice job and the atmosphere is nice, nice decor and the best location for walking to shops, food and parks. There is a pool and bar and restaurant which are all good. The views from our room were beautiful. The pillows were not comfortable for me, it would be nice to have 2 different pillow sizes and the buffet needs to change the menu every few days because it gets boring although there is lots of selection. Maybe offer custom menu items.

Booked a room before Covid hit for a wedding.The wedding was cancelled so my trip was cancelled as well.They refuse to give a refund for a prepaid room, saying that I can use the reservation anytime over the next year. Be careful when booking - would NOT recommend.

Totally disappointed with the quality. The furniture is old, scratched, there was a hole in the bed linen. The fridge didn't work. We had to ask to change the pillow because it was dirty on one side. We couldn't sleep well because the air conditioning is very loud and we couldn't open the windows either because of the noise outside. The location and the breakfast are good, the staff in the breakfast room is also very polite and helpful. All the rest did not meet our expectations at all. One of the worst hotel experiences ever.

Amazing location, close to great shops, bars and a cinema. The hotel is very stylishly decorated and has everything one needs. The hotel staff are attentive and go over and beyond to help the guests. The breakfast is very tasty with a wide range of options available. I feel very satisfied with the measures in place to prevent the spread of Covid 19. The pool area is really nicely designed and a lovely place to relax in the afternoons. This hotel is really good value for money and I would not hesitate to return.

É para mim o hotel mais agradável de Lisboa. Tem um ambiente muito familiar edescontraído, todo o staff é muito atencioso. Os quartos são fantásticos, o estacionamento dentro do hotel é muito confortável e a localização é suberba. Além disso tem um restaurante fantástico agregado ao hotel do grupo Olivier que frequento com muita regularidade. Recomendo VIVAMENTE!

O staff do hotel é muito educado, paciente e preocupado com o bem estar de todos. Vim com uma amiga e seu cachorrinho e lhe fizeram um upgrade de suíte para que tivessem acesso a uma varanda. O hotel conta com uma academia pequena mas bem funcional para uma viagem curta a trabalho. O hotel está super bem localizado, bem no centro de Lisboa.

Buena experiencia, el servicio muy amable y dispuesto. Las habitaciones grandes y bien equipadas . La ubicación muy céntrica. El desayuno de buffet un poco escaso de variedad y muy repetitivo pero buena calidad. Cenamos una noche unas mini hamburguesas de wanyu y un magret de pato acompañado de un puré de patata trufado que estaba delicioso. Para repetir

Personal atento y amable. Habitación premium suficiente para 3 personas. Cafetera y hervidor para infusiones en la habitación. Desayuno variado con productos de calidad. Hermano menor del Tivoli Libertade con el que comparte piscina, spa y otros servicios. Para repetir y recomendar.

Buenaa instalaciones bien cuidadas destacando la piscina, un auténtico lujo en el centro de Lisboa. Todo muy limpio. En cuanto al servicio deja que desear sobre todo tratándose de un hotel de esta categoría.

Para lo viejos y caros que suelen ser los hoteles en Lisboa, este hotel no está nada mal. Desayuno decente aunque no hay una gran variedad. Y el personal muy amable. Muy completo en cuanto a productos de aseo, tienes hasta kit para el lavado de dientes y kit de afeitado.

Pasear por aquí en otoño o primavera al caer la tarde es una delicia y puedes tomar algo en alguna de las terrazas, Lisboa ❤️.El hotel es genial, reformado con gym para mí perfecto.Todos los servicios amplio y limpio.

Acogedor, elegante, bufet desayuno muy surtido, trato excelente. Un consejo cuando vayáis a Lisboa, ni coméis en restaurantes del centro? Te ofrecen el plato super barato y es para que piques!!!! Luego te cobran 4,50€ por una botella de agua de 1l o 4 € por unas natillas de postre. Hay kebak o burguer que se comen platos combinados por buen precio y para unos días.... están a dos o tres calles del centro.
