“A room was booked for 2 nights weeks before the business trip. When arriving at the hotel I got the message it was overbooked and they wanted to put me in an other hotel. I selected the hotel because this is next doors to the office, so I was not pleased with the message. For 220€ per night this cannot happen. I got another hotel in the end also in the area but not meeting the same standards. You don't play like this with your customers, this is really bad management.”

“Polite staff. Great room with great views of River Tagus. Good breakfast included with £72 room rate which is low for a 4* hotel. Great location very close to Vasco da Gama mall. 5 mins from airport. Will definitely stay there every time I go to Lisbon.”
