La piscina y el jacuzzi estuvieron cerrados durante varios días de una estadía de 13 noches en una suite de un dormitorio. Bonito diseño. Solo piscina abierta por el resto de la estadía. El personal fue cortés y amable. El desayuno se volvió aburrido y solo cambió la carne del desayuno ofrecida. La habitación tenía algunas manchas cuestionables en el sofá y el sofá cama tenía muchas migas y restos de comida en la alfombra después de abrir y cerrar. Refrigerador grande, microondas y lavaplatos y triturador de basura en la cocina. El aire acondicionado más ruidoso que hemos tenido que escuchar y solo fue ahogado por el funcionamiento del lavaplatos o el triturador de basura. Muchos perros en todos los pisos, algunos tratando de entrar por la puerta cuando llamaron a la limpieza de la casa y cuando salían a caminar. Una habitación tenía 4 perros grandes con el dueño. Todos los perros ladradores y agresivos.

A piscina e a banheira de hidromassagem foram fechadas por vários dias de uma estadia de 13 noites em uma suíte de um quarto. Belo esquema. Apenas piscina aberta para o restante da estadia. A equipe foi cortês e amigável. O café da manhã ficou chato e só mudou a carne do café da manhã oferecida. O quarto tinha algumas manchas questionáveis no sofá e o sofá-cama tinha muitas migalhas e pedaços de comida deixados no tapete após a abertura e o fechamento. Frigorífico de tamanho completo, microondas e máquina de lavar louça e eliminação de lixo na cozinha. O ar-condicionado mais alto que já ouvimos e só foi abafado pela máquina de lavar louça funcionando ou pelo triturador de lixo. Muitos cães em todos os andares, alguns tentando entrar pela porta quando a limpeza da casa batia e quando saíam para passear. Um quarto tinha 4 cães grandes hospedados com o proprietário. Todos os cães latindo e agressivos.

The pool and hot tub were closed for several days of a 13 night stay in one bedroom suite. Nice layout. Only pool open for remainder of stay. Staff were courteous and friendly. Breakfast got boring and only changed out breakfast meat offered. Room had some questionable stains on the sofa and the sofa bed had lots of crumbs and food bits left on carpet after opening and closing. Full sized fridge, microwave and dishwasher and garbage disposal in kitchen. Loudest a/c we have ever had to listen to and was only drowned out by dishwasher running or the garbage disposal. Lots of dogs on every floor some trying to come through the door when house cleaning knocked and when going out for walks. One room had 4 large dogs staying with owner. All barking and aggressive dogs.

Melhor residência que já estive em um tempo! Além disso, há um belo lago público do outro lado, onde você pode passear ou pescar e alguns restaurantes para desfrutar também a uma curta distância. O café da manhã estava no ponto. Definitivamente ficar aqui novamente se eu estiver em Evansville. Mantenha o bom trabalho!

¡La mejor residencia en la que he estado en mucho tiempo! Además, hay un bonito lago público al otro lado del camino por el que puedes caminar o pescar y algunos restaurantes para disfrutar también a una corta distancia a pie. El desayuno estaba a punto. Definitivamente me quedaré aquí de nuevo si estoy en Evansville. ¡Sigan con el buen trabajo!

Best residence I’ve been in a while! Plus there’s a nice public lake across the way you can walk around or fish and a few restaurants to enjoy also in walking distance. Breakfast was on point. Definitely stay here again if I’m in Evansville. Keep up the good work!

Atualização 2022: fiquei lá pela segunda vez recentemente e a equipe foi realmente ótima. Tão agradável e acolhedor! Sempre muito amigável. Eles me deram uma sacola de brindes no check-in e sempre me forneceram garrafas de água gratuitas quando eu pedi. Bom pequeno-almoço quente gratuito. O quarto era espaçoso como a maioria das pousadas residenciais. Nosso gato estava confortável. Tive muito mau serviço desde o início da pandemia, então este hotel foi uma lufada de ar fresco :)Revisão de 2019: Nada de especial, mas nada a reclamar. É um hotel bom o suficiente.

Actualización 2022: me alojé allí por segunda vez recientemente y el personal fue realmente excelente. ¡Tan agradable y complaciente! Siempre muy amable. Me dieron una bolsa de obsequios al momento del check in y siempre me proporcionaron agua embotellada gratis cuando lo pedí. Buen desayuno caliente gratuito. La habitación era espaciosa como la mayoría de los hoteles residenciales. Nuestro gato estaba cómodo. He tenido muchos malos servicios desde el comienzo de la pandemia, así que este hotel fue un soplo de aire fresco :)Revisión de 2019: nada especial, pero nada de qué quejarse. Es un hotel bastante bueno.

Update 2022: stayed there a second time recently and the staff was really great. So nice and accommodating! Always very friendly. They gave me a goodie bag upon check in and always provided me with free bottled water when I asked. Good free hot breakfast. The room was spacious like most residence inns. Our cat was comfortable. I've had a lot of bad service since the start of the pandemic so this hotel was a breath of fresh air :) Review from 2019: Nothing special, but nothing to complain about. It's a fine enough hotel.

Eu tive uma ótima experiência. Eu tinha a suíte com a cozinha. Tinha todas as necessidades. A equipe foi muito agradável. Também ótimas opções para o café da manhã de cortesia. Eles ofereceram ovos, salsichas, torradas, bagels, frutas e sanduíches pré-fabricados. O estacionamento era gratuito também. É um lago do outro lado da rua que é bom caminhar/correr.

Tuve una gran experiencia. Tuve la suite con la cocina. Tenía todas las necesidades. El personal fue muy agradable. También excelentes opciones para el desayuno de cortesía. Ofrecieron huevos, salchichas, tostadas, bagels, frutas y sándwiches preparados. El aparcamiento también era gratuito. Es un estanque al otro lado de la calle que es agradable para caminar o correr.

I had a great experience. I had the suite with the kitchen. It had all the necessities. The staff was very pleasant. Also great options for the complimentary breakfast. They offered eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, fruit, and premade sandwiches. Parking was free as well. It's a pond across the street that is nice walking/running.

A equipe do hotel foi gentil, mas eu não consegui passar a noite. Havia um cheiro estranho no quarto que deveria ter sido a primeira bandeira vermelha porque havia percevejos! A equipe me ofereceu outro quarto no entanto, eu estava muito desconfortável. Eu aprecio que eles não me cobraram!

El personal del hotel fue amable, pero no pude pasar la noche. ¡Había un olor extraño en la habitación que debería haber sido la primera bandera roja porque había chinches! El personal me ofreció otra habitación, sin embargo, estaba demasiado incómodo. Agradezco que no me cobraron!

Hotel staff was kind but I did not make it through the night. There was a weird smell in the room which should’ve been the first red flag because there were bed bugs! The staff offered me another room however I was just too uncomfortable. I appreciate that they did not charge me!

Parece muito bom. Ajudei minha irmã e meu cunhado a mover algumas coisas para lá, enquanto alguns grandes reparos são feitos em sua casa. Ótimas comodidades localização decente quartos de tamanho justo parecia um pouco caro para mim, mas eu não sou o único ficar lá. Eles pareceram gostar, mas vão ficar lá por pelo menos um mês. Vou perguntar a eles como foi daqui a algumas semanas receber uma avaliação / opinião honesta deles. ATUALIZAÇÃO .. Após 1 mês lá, eles estavam mais do que prontos para estar em casa. A única desvantagem para esta localização Res.Inn foi mesmo com uma pequena tempestade de sua recepção de TV era muito pobre. Além disso, as comodidades eram muito agradáveis. Os quartos eram bons. Ótima piscina e área de estar ao ar livre com churrasqueira em tamanho maior que os residentes podem usar. Grande lagoa (ou pequeno lago) por perto. Áreas exteriores e interiores agradáveis e limpas. Pessoal e pessoal muito agradável e cortês. Localização no lado leste de Evansville, perto de um grande número e variedade de lojas, restaurantes e todas as suas necessidades de compras. Excelente local para uma estadia prolongada.

Looks very nice. Helped my sister and brother in law move some stuff in there while some major repair work gets done on their house. Nice amenities decent location fair sized rooms sounded a little pricey to me but I'm not the one staying there. They seemed to like it but they'll be staying there for at least a month. I'll ask them how it was a few weeks from now to get an honest evaluation/opinion from them then. UPDATE.. After 1 month there they were more than ready to be at home. The only downside to this Res.Inn location was even with a small rainstorm their tv reception was pretty poor. Other than that, the amenities were very nice. Rooms were fine. Nice pool and outdoor seating area with a full size grill the residents could use. Large pond ( or small lake) real close by. Outdoor and inside areas nice and clean. Very pleasant and courteous staff and personnel.Location on Evansville East side close to large numbers and varieties of stores restaurants and all your shopping needs. Great place for an extended stay.
