“The front desk manager/supervisor was amazing! I was the mother of the bride at a wedding over the weekend. He was fabulous to the guests and cared for everyone! I can't say enough about this guy. I wish I had gotten his name. We felt very welcomed by the staff at the Rival House during the rehearsal dinner and we ate the breakfast on Sunday. The server was very efficient and was available for coffee/water refreshers constantly. The food buffet was hot and seemed to have a little of everything for people to choose from.”

“My stay at the DoubleTree Hotel St. Paul Downtown was great! I had a block of rooms there for my wedding which was 10/29 nearby this hotel! It was the perfect location to be close to public transportation for my out of town guests as well as walking distance to my venue!
I worked with several people along the way, each of which made my stay exactly perfect!
The hotel was able to provide a few extra items for us the first night (extension cord, glue gun and extra garbage bags) because we were making bouquets in my room for the wedding! They were super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.
I was able to get a late checkout on Sunday which was great since we wanted to have breakfast with our friends and do gift opening in our room prior to leaving.
Overall great experience and I'd highly recommend staying here!”
