Estadia em Junho 2016, a localização não podia ser melhor, a limpeza também muito boa, a simpatia dos funcionários 5 estrelas, quando voltar a Nova Iorque este é o hotel escolhido, recomendaria a todos os meus amigos. Onde se situa o hotel permite-nos fazer uma boa parte da cidade a pé, mas para quem queira metro, tem na rua do hotel quase em frente uma estação, eu diria que melhor era impossível! Voltaria.

Hotel limpo. Boas camas Ótima localização perto de tudo. Você consegue conhecer tudo a pé ou tem metro bem na frente. Atendimento maravilho.Café da manhã muito bom. Tem água cortesia e um lanche para levar em seus passeios.

A única parte positiva foi a localização!Hotel caro, com café da manhã péssimo, dado as pouquíssimas opções (tinha ovo, bacon, pão e iogurte), sem contar que o hotel tem 31 andares, milhares de hóspedes, e um espaço para café da manhã que mais parecia de um hotel de no máximo quatro andares, de tão pequeno, e apertado.Não indico ninguém a ficar nesse hotel, não compensa!Pra completar, a recepcionista, de nome Christina, passou o dia endereço do estacionamento pra onde levaram meu carro, errado. Andei quase meia-hora, voltei mais de quinze ruas novamente, pra no final, outro recepcionista dizer que o endereço que essa senhora havia me passado, estava errado.NÃO INDICO, TAMPOUCO FICAREI NOVAMENTE NESTE HOTEL!

Gostei da localização, do tamanho do quarto e banheiro, da limpeza, do café da manhã, dos cookies, café, chá e água na recepção, da guarda das malas. Acho que alguns funcionários da recepção precisam de mais treinamento e motivação para atender o hóspede. Os elevadores atendem desde que vc não queira imediato. Às vezes temos que esperar. O espaço do café não comporta todos os hóspedes o que poderia ser amenizado se usassem o espaço onde tem computador para acesso dos hóspedes para o café e colocassem o computador na lateral do balcão da recepção. Também poderiam estender o horário para até às 12 h. Ou também construir um mezanino no espaço do café o que duplicados a área. Voltaria lá com certeza.

Me hospedei com minha família (4 pessoas) de 22/03/2019 a 31/03/2019 neste hotel. Já havia me hospedado em duas viagens anteriores no Hampton Inn Times Square North, da mesma rede, então já sabia mais ou menos o que esperar do hotel.Localização do hotel é fantástica, em local praticamente estratégico. A rua é pouco movimentada, mas ao lado esquerdo se localiza o Port Authority e ao lado direito você já tem uma estação de metrô logo na esquina e se subir três quadras já cai na Times Square. O hotel fica bem no coração da cidade!Anteciparam nosso check-in para 13h (ficaram com nossas bagagens para podermos passear enquanto não dava o horário) e ficamos hospedados no 25º andar, com duas camas de casal. O quarto é muito bom cabendo quatro pessoas, quatro malas grandes e quatro bagagens de mão de maneira muito confortável.A limpeza é excelente e fornecem xampu, condicionador, sabonete para banho,sabonete para a banheira, tudo da Neutrogena. A ducha é muito gostosa também.O staff é extremamente amigável e simpático e sempre te atendem como se fosse um amigo ou membro familiar. Procuram te ver satisfeito e solucionar seus problemas. Aqui vão alguns destaques dos profissionais do hotel que seria injustiça de deixar de mencioná-los em minha avaliação: Benson, Farrell e Luis. Parabéns pelos competentes empregados e pelo treinamento dado a eles.Frente a recepção há uma bancada com chocolate quente, vários tipos de café e água gelada durante 24h. No início da noite, a recepção serve cookies deliciosos. É possível usar um dos três computadores que ficam à disposição, juntamente com uma impressora.O café da manhã é muito bom também. Sugiro chegar mais cedo para evitar grandes filas e não ficar sem lugar para sentar. Mesmo com o alto fluxo de hóspedes, o staff sempre mantém o café farto e não deixa faltar nada, sempre repondo os alimentos e mantendo o local limpo. Muito bom! Uma única sugestão é variar o cardápio, pois acaba-se enjoando um pouco das opções oferecidas.Há, também, um rooftop no hotel que permite ter a vista de alguns prédios da cidade. Um lugar muito bonito de ficar à noite para observar a cidade de Nova York iluminada.Acredito que o único porém do hotel seja a questão do elevador. Eu não tive muito problema com isso, pois, como me hospedei no 25º andar, maioria das vezes pegava o elevador vazio. Porém, na hora do rush, como pela manhã e início da noite, você pode acabar esperando alguns minutos para embarcar.Resumo da obra: localização fantástica, staff excepcional, ótimas instalações e um ótimo café da manhã. Me hospedaria no hotel novamente com certeza e recomendarei para amigos e familiares!

Excellent location with subway nearby. Great service from the front desk. Superb breakfast that changed daily to keep it fresh. Server's and tables clearer were fantastic and hugely animated to make the environment friendly for all. Free hot drinks all day is an absolute delight. Small shop on site. Ice machines on some floors. Only let down is the lifts. There are only 3 lifts which can be small and extremely busy at peak times where you may have to resort to using the stairs.

This hotel is excellent! Great price for the location and everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Jonathan at the front desk deserves a raise because he made our stay wonderful! We told him we had had a horrible experience at a different hotel before transferring here and he went above and beyond! He gave us cold water before we left, always had a smile on his face, and waited with us 45 min past his shift to make sure we got our taxi to the airport! The room was spacious, well lit and had a refrigerator. The next time I’m in this part of NYC again I will be staying here, thanks to the wonderful staff. Highly recommend!

El día que llegamos Arif y Rochelle nos dieron una cálida bienvenida! Es todo un detalle las botellas de agua y las dos snacks que te dan a la llegada. Ademas Rochelle nos dio un upgrade por ser Gold y nos encantaron las vistas desde la habitación. Las habitaciones están limpias. El desayuno es sencillo y el personal también es súper agradable. El hotel está muy bien ubicadoEn principio teníamos dos noche nada más del total de 6 que íbamos a estar en NYork. Estuvimos tan agusto que decidimos cambiar las dos ultimas noches que teníamos en otro hotel y reservar de nuevo aquí! Y no nos equivocamos porque al volver conocimos a Lise que fue encantadora. Arif cada vez que nos veía nos preguntaba como había sido nuestro día! Es realmente todo un equipo con los valores Hilton!

La ubicación es excelente, cerca del metro y del time square. El desayuno necesita variedad, estuve una semana y siempre fue lo mismo. Las habitaciones muy limpias y sin ningún tipo de mal olor. Si vas a NY definitivamente deberías hospedarte ahí.

I have stayed at various Hilton properties in the Times Square area over the years, and this one was the best! Greeted kindly upon arriving on a Friday afternoon early. As a diamond member, it isn’t often I get my room early, let alone in NYC. Breakfast was included and was perfect to get a little something in us for the long days we spent enjoying the city. Property was clean. Our room overlooked the Empire State Building on the 30th floor. Staff was friendly and helpful! Thanks for making our stay a memorable one!

Personal poco agradable. Si buscas un sitio con servicio de habitaciones, no vayas... Sólo hacen la habitación si lo pides. Ni cama, ni cambios de toallas, ni de basuras.... ni nada. El cambio de toallas a diario no es necesario, pero en una semana si no lo pides, no lo hacen nunca.

Highly recommended!I don’t usually stay in Times Square when I visit New York but I’m glad I did this time and I’m glad I chose this hotel. Staff was incredibly nice, especially the team serving breakfast who went out of their way to check on us and be as kind as possible. The room was clean and a pretty good size, considering it’s New York. The location is also super convenient to two different subway stations/stops and a few minute walk to the center of the universe. We came here for the long weekend in May, first time in NYC. After researching many places to stay and reading countless reviews, we decided on the Hampton Inn at Times Square (right around the corner, literally) on W 41st Street and couldn’t have been happier with our choice and stay. The hotel was at the perfect location for our weekend, clean, safe and welcoming for guests. The check-in with Fernando was seamless and the staff were all so kind and friendly. The rooms were just what we needed with a king size bed that’s extremely comfortable to relax and recharge. Full hot breakfast was included each morning for guests, it was always stocked and staff was so helpful - shoutout to Reza & Fatima who greeted us every morning to start our day and help us if we needed, highly appreciate the effort these folks put in! For our trip we prioritized: Location (for convenience and commuting, we don’t want to start and end our day with long journeys away from the city centre, We value our time and it was limited); Reputable brand that values guests so we can have a seamless vacation, plus I don’t want to deal with mystery charges on my CC and dealing with that aftermath that seems to be happening all over,gets messy and can be a headache; Cleanliness of the hotel and room and being a safe hotel for international visitor was extremely important for us. Plus the inclusion of hot breakfast (and coffee 24/7) sealed the deal. There was waiting for the elevator during peak times, could be up 10 minutes in the lobby waiting. The curtains are fully light blocking but a bit short for the windowsill - for an quick nap after check-in (we were at our home airport for 3AM and checked-into the hotel 12H later so it was needed) we had to roll towels and sweaters at the bottom of the windows to help with the light but it was the least of my concerns. We did diligent research before confirming our decision and are very happy. After it’s all said and done, we had a great vacation in NYC 10/10 and highly recommend this hotel and location. When I checked in on Saturday, April 23rd in the evening, the two ladies at the front desk were by far friendly, professional and overall outstanding. This began my experience at this property on a good note, the check out was good as well and Joseph bellmen was so helpful. When we left our bags with him after checking out he informed me that they had ability to arrange car service to all 3 airports in NYC and I’d be ready when we return for our bags. As promised when we returned to retrieve our bags, a nice comfy SUV was out front waiting to take us to Newark. The rooms were well kept (a bit small) and good condition. Locations was perfect a lot of options within walking distance, plenty of choices for food, entertainment and transportation. It’s in the heart of Times Square.

If you are looking for a great location right in Time Square, then you will enjoy staying here. The location is great, the staff some of the nicest you will come across. The hotel has secure entry, you must have a hotel key to enter the hotel and to even use the elevators, which I really appreciated. Considering you are steps from Time Square. There is a free complimentary breakfast each morning. Oh and did I mention how nice the staff is. The Hampton Inn Manhattan/Times Square Central is absolutely at must stay when you are in New York City.

Excellent hotel, would highly recommend. From the amazing location, close to the Subway, Times Square, restaurants etc to the amazing, courteous staff I couldn't recommend this hotel more. Staff were always welcoming and available to answer any queries. Breakfast was a great choice of fresh waffles, 3 hot items, cereals, bakery options and usual drinks. A great complimentary buffet. Room was comfortable, exactly what we needed. All in all a great stay!

Verdaderamente fue una experiencia grata la recibida en el Hotel, el trato amable, servicial, humano y profesional de su personal lo encontramos en cada área que visitamos, en especial de Camille y Leslye, área de recepción. Hotel bien ubicado, limpio y confortable, la habitación nos asignaron realmente no era de tamaño pequeño, si no que tenia mobiliario de mas para el espacio, no tuvimos problemas con la higiene en la habitación. el desayuno no es de mala calidad o abundancia, solo que deben de mejorar en cuanto a variedad de proteínas, la hora de salida es a las 12m de la habitación, pero se puede dar el caso (como nos sucedió) que la chica de conserjería te despierte a las 7.00 am, para hacer la habitación justamente el día que sales del hotel, no siendo esta costumbre en días anteriores. Por lo demás de veras todo fue de maravillas, excelente equipo de trabajo con el que cuenta este Hotel.

Malísimo Hotel. No tiene un refrigerador en la habitación. Por el COVID no hay servicio de limpieza en las habitaciones, solo funciona a pedido. (Pedí el mismo el jueves y es Sábado y todavía no vinieron) hoy pedí un sobre con azúcar y crema para tomar un café en la habitación, lo pedí a las 18 hs y a las 20 hs todavía no me lo habían traído. El desayuno bastante pobre y abarrotado de gente. Y no veo que controlen la vacunación como hacen en bares y restaurantes de la ciudad. Mal, pésimo, el peor hotel que puedan elegir. Hay otros con la misma ubicación y seguro son mejores. Recomendación, no vengan. Regalado es caro este hotel.
