PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY. This hotel has a reputation of giving random men key cards to already occupied rooms. No IDs or anything. Its horrifying.

Nice hotel but very far from all the main attractions. The breakfast was not up to par for a Residence Inn.

Helpful staff. Room was spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast options were good. Laundry a bit confusing; machines require use of credit card or app.

Great location, only a 10-minute drive from airport. Rooms are clean and well-stocked with toiletries, has decent amenities like kitchenette but there is no where to hang wet towels in bathroom. Also didn't like having to pay $25 per day for parking. Complementary breakfast was good.

Very poor customer service, Walkingfrom the front door you see a guy and two females discussing how their schedule is supposed to be and how the other lady is telling the other employees that they must talk to their manager to be able to get the schedule fixes. Nobody greets you. When you call on the phone to ask a question, it seems as if you are bothering the employees.I walked downstairs to get breakfast this morning at 9:30 AM and while there eating another family walked in with their daughter to get some food close to 10 AM and the waitress or whoever they were started to pull the food out acting as if she did not see the Family who was coming in to get some food. When the child asked that she wanted a milk employees stared at her up and down and act as if she did not understand what she was saying. Pretty much I’m very disgusted with this place and I have been a Marriott customer for the past 16 years and I have never received such horrible customer service as I did at this place. I really think they need to work on a customer service skills and learn how to treat customers. I do understand we all do not speak Spanish Buddy would think coming to a residence Inn in the United States you do not have to speak other language and the employees will understand a bit of English to be able to tell you yes or no. This is not too much to ask. Many people might disagree with me and that is perfectly fine as well but as an immigrant myself I do respect the fact that we all must respect each other and treat others with respect.

Terrible Customer service, very rude staff unless you look like them. I was waiting at the desk and asked by female staff (thin with long dark black hair) was I checking in? I said "yes", she then went on to answer another guests' question who came in after me (whom "looked" like her). Once she was done, she then stood there and started chatting with another co-worker while I continued waiting to be helped, and then just left the front desk area. She did not excuse herself, or say I'll be right back, or anything!!!!! Which I was taken aback by. The other guy at the front desk witnessed her action and then once he was finished with his guest he was assisting he came over to assist me. I've never seen anything like it, and frankly am quite disappointed and would never stay here again. The rooms seemed cleaned until you pull out the sofa bed and see all the stains, crumbs, and smell that is on the mattress. It is in desperate need of an upgrade and there are is no air circulation in the bathrooms, which leads to mold and musty smells. Patio chairs outside were filthy with stains on them. The positives of this place was proximity to the airport and decent continental breakfast in the morning. Definitely will NOT be staying here again, mainly due to the rude and unprofessional staff. NEGATIVE STARS!!

Great for an overnight stay due to proximity to the airport. Free airport shuttle. Lovely rooms, very extensive breakfast buffet, included. Hot items, waffles, quiche, fruit, cereal etc. They have a machine that you can purchase wine and beer from, never seen one before

I'm a Marriott elite member and have been staying at Marriott properties for decades. Love the Residence Inn for spacious rooms, full kitchens, free parking at most locations. Great staff. Consistent service & amenities.

O quarto é amplo, possui cozinha, cama confortável, excelente academia, bom café da manhã e localização. Lavanderia, boa internet. Só achei ruim ter que pagar 7 dolares por cada encomenda recebida. Adoro pedir coisas na Amazon e essa taxa do hotel ninguém merece

Llegamos con mi hija el 7 de septiembre de 2021 hasta el 12, muy bonita la habitación, pero lo mejor de lo mejor fue la atención del señor Larry Rosales, un caballero, muy amable, se le nota la pasión por lo que hace, estuvo muy pendiente de nosotras y nos dio las mejores recomendaciones. Mil felicidades por tener personas así en su equipo.

Me gustó mucho esta cerca de todo, estuvimos 6 días y mis hijos estabanencantados. Lo único fue quelos jacuzzis no se pudieronusar. Entre como 5 minutos después dequeunos americanos estuvieran más de 20 minutos y nadie les dijo nada después se fueron y nosotros entramos y quenos dicen queteníamos que salir de hay 😥
