Located on Chicago’s Magnificent Mile this boutique hotel is 5 minutes' walk from Navy Pier. The hotel features a full-service restaurant rooftop bar and coffee shop. Every modern room at Hotel Audrey features large windows with iconic city views and includes a work desk with an ergonomic chair. A coffee maker is also included. “Um boutique hotel muito agradável e tranquilo. Os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis. Perto o suficiente de atrações locais que os custos de compartilhamento de passeio eram mínimos. Muitos restaurantes e cafés excelentes a uma curta distância. Ansioso para ficar novamente”

“A localização é provavelmente o único ponto brilhante deste hotel. Os quartos foram mal reformados, acho que isso provavelmente foi feito com base nos inúmeros nomes que surgem ao olhar para este hotel. Processo de check-in extremamente lento, sem comodidades reais e o banheiro não havia sido lavado e ainda tinha xixi no assento. Eles pelo menos vieram e limparam depois que ligamos. O bar parecia estar sempre fechado no lobby. A pior parte foi a nossa última noite e meia, o a/c saiu no nosso quarto. Não era apenas o nosso quarto, havia várias pessoas no lobby reclamando. Nós dissemos a eles de manhã antes de sairmos para o dia, voltamos para um quarto ainda mais quente do que quando saímos. Ligamos novamente para que eles consertassem ou nos mudassem. Uma hora depois, o engenheiro de construção apareceu e nos mostrou um interruptor que poderíamos acionar para reiniciar a unidade. Disse que tinha 13 outras ligações para o mesmo problema que ele tinha que fazer e pronto. Isso teria sido bom se funcionasse... Só funcionou por cerca de 5 minutos de cada vez. Eles sabiam sobre esse problema o dia todo e não fizeram nenhum esforço para ligar para uma empresa de reparos e realmente resolver o problema. Tivemos que dormir miseravelmente em um quarto sem ar. A única compensação que eles ofereceram foi para compensar o quarto para a última noite, lembre-se que o ar saiu na noite anterior no meio da noite, o que dissemos a eles. Então, depois que fizemos o check-out, fomos atingidos por outra taxa de US $ 300 por comodidades / taxas do hotel que não sabíamos. Fomos informados de que isso fazia parte do acordo através do serviço de reservas que usamos. Ainda não encontrei as letras miúdas que indicam isso, e o hotel não fez nada para consertar o navio. Portanto, aquela noite grátis que eles nos deram foi completamente negada por essa cobrança após o check-out. Aconselho vivamente quem procura um hotel no centro de Chicago, NÃO FIQUE AQUI! Não vale o preço semi atraente.”
