“Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. Excelente localização, está muito perto da estaçãode metrô Plaza de España, o café da manhã é bom e variado. Porém, os quartos são muito pequenos, a decoração é antiquada. Os banheiros são pequenos, mas foram reformados. Há dois elevadores, mas cada elevador tem capacidade para apenas quatro pessoas. Outro detalhe: quem não fuma, ao fazer a reserva, deve informar esse fato para evitar ser alojado na ala de fumantes.”

“Si quieres dormir en este hotel no olvides comprar tapones para los oídos. En la planta 10 el ruido de la maquinaria del aire acondicionado es insoportable. Bajo a la 1 de la madrugada a quejarme y me dicen que corte la corriente en la habitación. Le indico que tengo el aire acondicionado apagado y me indican que no importa, que corte la corriente y desaparecerá el ruido. Bueno, subo, bajo todos los fusibles y el ruido no desaparece... Leo los comentarios de otros usuarios y veo que este problema lleva tiempo ocurriendo. En definitiva, mal servicio, lo de cortar la corriente una tomadura de pelo. Eso sí, si puedes dormir con ese ruido el hotel está bien situado.”
