“We booked 2 twin beds instead of a double, when we asked at reception they sorted the problem out very quickly and even gave us a surprise, hotel was really clean and friendly, maids are great, pool has strange opening hours but under construction in that area, only downside is the pool is cold, a warm pool is a cold country would be amazing, really good location and would stay again on next visit. The hotel states the rooms are soundproof which I strongly disagree, pretty sure next door heard us”

“I proposed to my girlfriend while on holiday here and got a bottle of Champagne delivered to the room in a bucket of ice, we didn’t drink it that night so the next day i dropped the bucket off downstairs and went out for the day, we came back and i asked for a bucket of ice for our Champagne and they just downright refused and said “We cant do that” and offered me 2 cups of ice instead 🤨. Also states the rooms are soundproof which they are not. Other than that its a nice, clean hotel good for a short stay.”
