“My husband and I had an awesome experience at the Grand Palladium Punta Cana Resort & Spa! We spent a week here to celebrate our honeymoon/anniversary. All staff were super friendly and welcoming, especially the POP staff at the pool who continually hosted fun games and activities. Yeiny, (also known as Mr.911) was very funny and made the trip especially memorable for us. He roped us into activities that we never would have though we would participate in, such as water aerobics, but it was a blast! By the end of the week most staff knew us by name. We cannot suggest this resort enough, it was all around wonderful! 10/10 would come back here again!”

“To be honest...this is not the time to travel due to Covid 19. Everything is limited, food is limited. Frankly the food choices are terrible. Yes the staff is very friendly, but I do not recommend traveling at this time if you are expecting the great experience. Even nightly entertainment is limited. They have 17 restaurants only 5 are open and only one is open daily. Half of the resort is closed down, excursion people are on you every second, coffee shop doesn't open until 10:30 am. Website gives false information. And when you ask anyone about it they only say sorry. This has been one of the worst vacations we have experienced and I am sure it is due to the virus. So stay home and wait til next year. Definitely not worth spending the money now.”
