“Location is wonderful. Everyone there was great. The front desk people while staying there were helpful. Besides a mix up with our room. They had us as checked out when were still there. After refreshing our keys everything was fine.
It was after leaving that it took a change. We were told to expect our deposit back after a couple of days. Which is perfectly fine and was expected. What wasn't expected was that we were charged more for supposed damages. We only stayed for a short bit and made sure that the room was nice and cleaned and reorganized when leaving. We even gathered all of the laundry in one area so that it would be easier for cleaning staff. When called and asked what damages there were we were told that they didn't have the specifics in front of them and couldn't give us an answer as to what damages there were to anything in the room. It was upsetting to be charged so much and not know what for.”
