“This hotel I definitely deserves for stars because because from the start when I checked in this space was amazing the people that worked in there were so helpful and wonderful and polite there was one lady in there I did not know her name but I wish I did because I would like to give her a big thumbs-up she was very helpful to me and she also called text a taxi for me so that I can go to Walmart yes the staff was so polite I ran out for dinner there and the food was actually I had one problem and that was a order that appetizer in Amman course and then Nevada came he bought everything one time so that meant that the main course was cold by the time that I got to it. I will suggest anyone going to Charlotte that they need to stop to Sheraton Airport Hotel because this place is marvelous”

“Great, clean hotel. The only complaint I have is that you have to use your key card to get to your floor and at least one of the elevators doesn't have a sign telling you that! It would be super helpful if they let you know during check in. I thought the elevator was broken. I felt dumb until I had to explain it to multiple other guests who also thought it was broken. Rooms are great. Pool area looked really nice but we didn't have the chance to enjoy it. Location was out of the way of the busy areas of time. Next to a gas station.”
