“Mama Shelter Roma é verdadeiramente um local divertido e colorido para ficar, almoçar e passar uma noite agradável no terraço na companhia de boa música ao vivo. A área da piscina interior verdadeiramente característica e bem cuidada merece uma menção especial. Café da manhã excelente e abundante. Os quartos do hotel são simples, mas bem acabados (o banheiro em particular é lindo!). A localização do hotel é ideal para se locomover por Roma de transporte público e o Vaticano fica a poucos passos de distância. Equipe amigável e útil”

“Great location, a short walk from the metro. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Small issue checking in, we thought we had paid in full because we had booked through the Accor app, and it said we had paid in full, but they didn't take the money. Email confirmation said paid in full, but nothing was taken from the card. The guy confirmed this happens quite a bit but no payment is taken till on-site. Rooms were really good, nice size. Beds were very comfortable and the tvs were huge! Our shower blocked and flooded the bathroom on our first night, but they had it sorted in a few minutes. Breakfast was really good, nice range of food and juice. Gelato in the restaurant is delicious. Overall, very happy with our stay here and would love to stay here again.”
