“Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the palm Jumeirah. extremely clean & comfortable rooms. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Ana she made our trip more interesting with her advice & suggestions on the Hotel and city. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Also would like to thank manager Akshay & sambit for the step extra they did taking care of us. “We came for breakfast in delisserie as explained by amanda its a coffee shop within the hotel,Amanda was very patient with us and explained with a linient attitude about what we could eat as it was our first day in the hotel and being a vegan couple it was not easy for us,we did not want to bother her but she gave us a vegan option and the food was really tasty....all in all the hotel is superb!! I love it i would recommend to anyone who wants to visit dubai for the first time to come to five palm jumeirah,the service at the pool bar was excellent as well,i cant wait to come.thank you amanda i kept in coming to delliserie because of her. A GREAT SERVICE BROUGHT US BACK,Cheers to five!!!....”
