“We loved the pool and waking up to watch the animals on our patio each morning. Customer service was….ok. Nothing over the top great…..nothing over the top awful. I knew going into it our room would not be attended to during our 8 night stay…. BUT if they have not intentions of cleaning/stocking the rooms could you at least leave supplies like trash bags ….more towels…. enough coffee supplies… toilet paper… etc etc. I’m on vacation I don’t want to track these items down. It’s gross walking the halls and seeing bags of trash out. Also I’m on vacation, a vacation that was not cheap, if you do not intended to give full service I feel consideration should be given to that fact that you are “charging” full price. We enjoyed our stay, loved the pool and the opportunity to experience unique animals right out our door. With that being said, the value for the price tag in our opinion did not match. Glad we did it, will not return.”
