Foi provavelmente o hotel mais caro em que já fiquei. No dia em que saí do hotel, paguei 70 dólares pelo café da manhã. 200 dólares foram escritos na minha conta pelo WIFI que usei nos 4 dias da minha estadia.

Avoid. Ask their customers to pay to watch World Cup matches. Staying for a week here with the hefty price it comes with, and they won't let us watch the games unless you pay 250SAR per game. Very cheap and unworthy of their badge.

Eu gostei da máquina de café expresso illy no entanto comida de serviço de quarto é média e com preços elevados. Eles também adicionam IVA aos preços listados, o que é ímpar, pois o preço deve incluir IVA e muito alto, considerando a qualidade e a quantidade. Acrescentam o valor acrescentado aos pedidos de quarto, mesmo que o preço seja caro e suponha-se que o valor acrescentado esteja incluído. As cortinas da sala são difíceis de abrir e fechar porque usam um sistema antigo uma vez por meio das cordas. O ar condicionado no quarto já foi frio e difícil de controlar. O hotel estava quase vazio e eu aconselharia que alterassem os preços para atrair mais pessoas. Em geral, não recomendo este hotel, e o motivo é porque é a qualidade e o preço inesperados da comida nos hotéis Ritz.

If you enjoy detailed middle eastern interior design with hand made finishes, this hotel will fascinate you. This is luxury in Saudi style. Beyond the incredible carpet design, ceiling decoration and impeccable finishes, there are great staff members ready to help you. If I ever go to Jeddah again, this would be the hotel I would like to stay.

Excellent location, very welcoming reception staff and generally courteous staff. Room was excellent with very good toiletries. Internal decor of hotel and room was grandiose. Truly enjoyed my stay. I will highly recommend stay in the hotel. Distance to Haram Mecca was 83 km or 55 min of drive.

The overall experience was excellent. The staff makes you feel welcomed and special. It was a luxury experience. The room was was ready with a fruit basket, chocolate dipped strawberry, and Arabic sweets.

I didn't book a room in the hotel unfortunately, but I was there to attend an event there, even though it was just two hours but I can't deny that I had the best hotel experience ever. My first impression was that this hotel is a mansion or a palace, it's too classy and luxurious, the decoration in reception and event's hall was fabulous, chandeliers were stylish, chairs and carpets was elegant. The receptionist who hosted us was so gentle and polite. I am so glad to visit the hotel this quick visit, but I hope to repeat my visit again but this time I hope to visit and book a room and spend a weekend.

Had a brief stay here overnight before flying back to Switzerland. The service was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and the hotel was impeccable. A grand building from the outside and inside too. The hotel offers full services from spa to gym through to buffet dinner and a wide variety of room service options. If you are going to Jeddah It is well worth staying here.
