Ótimo hotel, serviço eficiente

Bom lugar para ficar e limpar. A arte é muito bonita e bem selecionada. A equipe e a atmosfera em si estão bem. É uma localização conveniente com sala limpa, mas não tem grandes expectativas por causa de seu nome e preço. As avaliações de baixa classificação têm pontos sólidos, assim como as avaliações de alta classificação.Acima de tudo, bom lugar, mas não espere muito, mesmo se você for um membro ouro/platina.

Good place to stay and clean. The art is very beautiful and well selected. The staff and the atmosphere itself are okay. It’s a convenient location with clean room, but don’t have high expectations because of its name and price. The low rating reviews have solid points as well as the high rating reviews. Over all, good place but don’t expect a lot even if you are a gold/platinum member.

Um belo lugar para ficar em uma grande cidade empoeirada. Ambiente, CS, serviços e porteiros altamente experientes tornam a estadia aqui um prazer. Ir e voltar da cidade é fácil; os quartos são mantidos frescos diariamente; O café-bar automatizado no lobby da frente é um pouco caro; e por isso é a comida no restaurante, mas é excelente! E o chef é muito criativo. Esses hotéis com assinatura de autógrafos valem cada centavo. Se você tem idade suficiente para saber, vai se lembrar de quando a maioria dos hotéis era assim. Agora eles se destacam, um corte acima dos outros.

A lovely place to stay in a big dusty city. Ambience, CS, services & Highly knowledgeable doormen make staying here a pleasure. Going to and from in the city is easy; rooms are kept fresh daily; The automated coffee bar in the front lobby is a little pricey; and so is the food in the restaurant, but it is outstanding! And the chef is very creative. These autograph signature hotels are worth every penny. If you’re old enough to know you’ll remember when most hotels were like this. Now they stand out, a cut above the others.

What an incredibly great hotel stay we had.The grounds areso beautifully maintained, the hotel interior is awesome (especially the artwork on the walls). The rooms are so clean and beds so comfortable.The best part was the exceptionally pleasant and welcoming staff. The location of the hotel is very convenient--you are within walking distance of a Mall. I highly recommend The Henry.

Eu realmente gosto da nossa estadia no fim de semana. Se Hospedaram duas noites. No entanto, saímos no sábado e não voltamos por algumas horas para ver que a arrumação havia entrado e feito sua coisa. Não me oponho a isso, mas tínhamos algumas coisas pessoais por aí. Nada estava faltando apenas o fato de que eu não sabia que eles estariam enquanto estávamos fora. I really enjoy our stay over the weekend. Stayed two nights. However, we went out Saturday and didn't get back for a few hours to see that housekeeping had came in and did their thing. I'm not opposed to that, but we had some personal things laying around. Nothing was missing just the fact I did not know they would be in while we were out. I called the front desk to ask and was told first they only come in upon request then was told they come into the rooms where guests are staying multiple nights. I explained the above situation and didn't receive any sort of apology. I just left it at that. Nice and quiet hotel and classy atmosphere.

Eu e minha esposa fomos para a vila greenfield e ficamos aqui no fim de semana do dia dos pais. Foi lindo o quarto estava limpo e desinfetante. O gerente e os funcionários também eram bonitos e o restaurante uau sua comida era excelente. Eu considerei este hotel um hotel 5 estrelas 5 diamantes em Dearborn mi, é um dos melhores. Trabalhei mais de 40 anos no ramo de limpeza de zeladoria e achava que os hotéis deixariam de ser únicos e limpos assim, Acho que eu estava errado. NÓS VOLTAREMOS!

Eu nunca recomendaria que alguém fique aqui apenas pela falta de atendimento ao cliente.Minha esposa e eu chegamos para o parto em um hospital próximo - um dia antes do parto. Chegamos ao hotel e a equipe nos diz que teremos que esperar para fazer o check-in porque o sistema deles estava inoperante. Perguntei se era de 5 a 10 minutos de espera ou era mais - o membro da equipe declarou 5 minutos. Depois de esperar 30 minutos, minha esposa explicou sua situação e um dos membros da equipe estava tentando encontrar um quarto para nós manualmente para que minha esposa pudesse se trocar e ir ao hospital. No entanto, esse membro da equipe foi instruído a não fazer isso por outro membro da equipe que revirou os olhos e disse: "senhora, não fazemos isso, você terá que esperar". Então ela começou a ajudar outro homem a fazer o check-in do lado manualmente - assim como pedimos, dadas as nossas circunstâncias. Esperamos mais 30 minutos e depois dissemos a eles que tínhamos que sair por causa da condição da minha esposa. Dica: há uma razão pela qual você encontrará este hotel a uma taxa muito mais barata em sites de terceiros.

As other reviewers have said, don’t be fooled by the name. This hotel’s staff presents as though they are running a cheap motel. I would never recommend that anyone stay here for the lack of customer service alone. My wife and I came in for her delivery at a nearby hospital- the day before she was due. We arrive at the hotel and the staff tells us we will have to wait to check in because their system was down. I asked if it was 5 to 10 minutes of a wait or was it longer- the staff member stated 5 minutes. After waiting 30 min, my wife explained her situation and one of the staff members was attempting to find a room for us manually so my wife could change and go to the hospital. However, this staff member was told not to by another staff member that rolled her eyes and said “ma’am, we don’t do that you’re just going to have to wait.” Then she proceeded to help another man check in on the side manually- just as we asked given our circumstances. We waited another 30 minutes and then told them we had to leave because of my wife’s condition. The rude staff member just said “okay” without any apology. Needless to say, we didn’t stay there and never will in the future. We checked in to the Renaissance in Detroit and received the level of service we expect from our Ambassador Elite status with Marriot. If you want a high end experience, stay anywhere but here. If you want to be treated like a second class customer, stay at the Henry. Hint: there is a reason you will find this hotel at a much cheaper rate on third party sites.

Me and my wife we went to greenfield village and stayed here father's day weekend. It was beautiful the room was clean and disinfectant. The manager and employees was beautiful also and the restaurant wow their food was excellent. I considered this hotel a 5 stars 5 diamond hotel in dearborn mi,it's one of the the best. I worked in the janitorial cleaning business over 40 years and I just thought that hotels stop being unique and clean like this anymore, I guess I was wrong. WE WILL BE BACK!

Ficamos na cidade apenas alguns dias. O lobby do hotel e as áreas comuns são muito agradáveis. Aproveite o tempo e aprecie a arte nas paredes ou, se estiver aqui no inverno, aproveite a aconchegante lareira. Os funcionários (TODOS, desde os porteiros, a recepção, os donos da casa) são top de linha em hospitalidade, sempre disponíveis para ajudar no que for possível. Os quartos poderiam precisar de alguma atualização com os móveis (estava completamente rasgado e descascando), o papel de parede descascado. As camas e travesseiros eram realmente confortáveis. O wifi não estava funcionando durante a maior parte da nossa estadia, mas com tantos planos de telefone oferecendo dados ilimitados, isso não foi um problema. O hotel fica em uma parte tranquila da cidade, o que contribui para uma noite de descanso tranquila após um longo dia.

We were in town only a couple of days. The hotel lobby and common areas are really nice. Take your time and enjoy the art on the walls or if your here in the winter, enjoy the cozy fireplace. The staff (ALL, from the door attendants, to front desk, to the house keepers) are top of the line in hospitality, always readily available to assist in any way possible. The rooms could use some updating with the furniture (it was completely torn and peeling), the peeling wallpaper. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The wifi wasn't working for most of our stay, but with so many phone plans offering unlimited data, that wasn’t a problem. The hotel is in a quiet part of town, which made for a peaceful night's rest after a long day.

Hotel muy amplio, excelente decoración y mobiliario estilo contemporáneo. Red wifi de la compañía abierta como si estuvieras en tu oficina.

El hotel estaba muy lujoso desde la entrada hasta la sala de conferencia que atendí. No me hospede pero estoy segura que los cuartos tan estarán limpios y confortables. La comida de la conferencia esta muy deliciosa y también tienen Valet parking. La ubicación está muy central.
