“This is hands-down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, starting from check-in, where they upgraded our room category.
They took excellent care of us the whole time we were here. One time, my girlfriend got sick (from heatstroke; we were traveling Aswan in June, which, in retrospect, might not have been the best idea), and they called us a doctor, as well as providing us food for her to recover at no cost whatsoever. The GM of the hotel even took us to a doctor, and drove us around to pharmacies in his personal car. This customer service was truly extraordinary.
I wish it were possible to give a sixth star to this hotel if I could in order to show my appreciation. Our experience at this hotel was truly above and beyond. We would gladly return whenever possible.”

“This hotel is incredible. It's expensive to stay but I'm so glad that my wife and I stretched the purse strings to stay a few nights here at the end of a Nile cruise. We booked a Nile view room with a terrace and spent much of our time sat there soaking up the view which is breathtaking. The hotel itself has so much bygone style and charm and the service is impeccable.”
