Worst we have stayed in.Service at check in was good. Service at checkout bad. Women didn't smile, had me reach over counter to get my receipt off the printer.Then questioned me about us filling travel mugs with coffee.Told her one pot was empty and she didn't even acknowledge it.Room in poor condition.Carpet had huge wrinkles as it wasn't stretched tight.Won't stay here again.Response to our complaint was hope we would stay again. OMG. Pior que já ficamos. Serviço no check-in foi bom. Serviço no check-out ruim. As mulheres não sorriam, me faziam chegar ao balcão para tirar meu recibo da impressora. Então me questionou sobre nós enchermos canecas de viagem com café. Disse a ela que um pote estava vazio e ela nem mesmo reconheceu. Quarto em mau estado. Tapete tinha enormes rugas, pois não estava esticado. Não vou ficar aqui novamente. A resposta à nossa reclamação foi espero que ficaríamos novamente. OH MEU DEUS.

Room not the cleanest. Toilet was dirty and things were left undusted for long periods of time. Older- showing wear. Service adequate but not friendly. Location: no decent restaurants within 18 minutes. Fast food but not real food. Would not stay again. Quarto não o mais limpo. O banheiro estava sujo e as coisas foram deixadas sem poeira por longos períodos de tempo. Velho - mostrando desgaste. Serviço adequado, mas não amigável. Localização: não há restaurantes decentes em 18 minutos. Fast food, mas não comida de verdade. Não ficaria novamente.

Ms. Sandra at the front desk is AMAZING!!! She truly made my night way better than it started. She helped me get a room. I really wanted a bathtub in my room and to be in an area that’s quiet. She put on the 3rd floor in a room with a bathtub. She truly went the extra mile to meet my requested accommodations. Ms. Sandra, you’re amazing and I appreciate your dedication to customer service. My room is wonderful and I can restfully enjoy my night. Thank you, I wish I could give her multiple stars!! She deserves it! Ms. Sandra na recepção é INCRÍVEL!!! Let me say I noted the bad reviews about this place but they must have had a retrofit as it has no wallpaper and everything seems to have been remodeled.I did not experience bugs or anything bad.I'm not easy to please at all.This should be at the least 3 stars.Very clean and big lobby.Hot free breakfast.Office computer in lobby with desk.Well secured building with elevator.Bathrooms huge compared to most and clean.Need clean. Floors clean.Tv large and many cable channels.Floors are no carpet with faux wood. Very nice staff. Lots of places in area to eat and had Chinese delivery and pizza delivery.Waffle house next door open all night.In my travels to and from Florida rarely do i get a hotel that I really find worth a hundred with tax.This would be worth more but it's not.That was with a pet charge. Eu não experimentei bugs ou qualquer coisa ruim. Não sou nada fácil de agradar.Isso deve ter pelo menos 3 estrelas. Muito limpo e grande lobby. Pequeno-almoço quente gratuito. Computador de escritório no lobby com mesa. Prédio bem protegido com elevador. Banheiros enormes em comparação com a maioria e limpos. Precisa limpo. Pisos limpos. Tv grande e muitos canais a cabo. Os pisos não são carpetes com madeira falsa. Muito bom pessoal. Muitos lugares na área para comer e tinha entrega chinesa e entrega de pizza. Casa de waffles ao lado aberta a noite toda. Nas minhas viagens de e para a Flórida raramente consigo um hotel que realmente valha cem com impostos. Isso valeria mais, mas não é. Isso foi com uma carga de estimação.

Chuveiro era bom o suficiente. Café-da-manhã foi acervo considerável para o café-da-manhã incluso considerando o Place foi nojento. Foi ok para 1 parada de noite, mas eu não ficaria lá novamente.
