Don't recommend this place to anyone, ever! I stayed in that hotel for about three weeks, and on the first week, my room got broken into and they took literally EVERYTHING! Clothes, computer, bags, everything. I was really patient with management, requesting for an answer or some sort of resolution for this matter, and they did nothing. They didn't even check the cameras nor gave me an explanation. Stayed there for another two weeks in a attempt to solve this and maybe get part of the money for my stuff back and nothing. Im not picky in terms of places that I stay however but this place is far from good. I have stayed in hotels way much better and organized than this hotel. Don't recommend!! Não recomende este lugar a ninguém, nunca! Fiquei naquele hotel por cerca de três semanas e, na primeira semana, meu quarto foi arrombado e levaram literalmente TUDO! Roupas, computador, bolsas, tudo. Tive muita paciência com a gerência, solicitando uma resposta ou algum tipo de resolução para esse assunto, e eles não fizeram nada. Eles nem checaram as câmeras nem me deram uma explicação. Fiquei lá mais duas semanas na tentativa de resolver isso e talvez pegar parte do dinheiro das minhas coisas de volta e nada. No entanto, não sou exigente em termos de lugares onde fico, mas este lugar está longe de ser bom. Eu já fiquei em hotéis muito melhores e organizados do que este hotel. Não recomendo!!

Ropa, computadora, bolsos, todo. Fui muy paciente con la gerencia, solicitando una respuesta o algún tipo de resolución para este asunto, y no hicieron nada. Ni siquiera revisaron las cámaras ni me dieron una explicación. Me alojé allí durante otras dos semanas en un intento de resolver esto y tal vez recuperar parte del dinero de mis cosas y nada. Sin embargo, no soy exigente con los lugares en los que me alojo, pero este lugar está lejos de ser bueno. Me he alojado en hoteles mucho mejores y organizados que este hotel. ¡¡No lo recomiendo!!

Trash, NEVER STAY HERE.I was there for 2 weeks and after day 4 I chose to see how long it would take for the to service the room. That NEVER came. The employees barely speak English, no work out center, no breakfast, thin walls, and smelled like weed inside the whole time.The only plus to this place is that is right beside, a good taco joint, a laundry mat, and convenience store.NEVER AGAIN Lixo, NUNCA FIQUE AQUI. Fiquei lá por 2 semanas e, após o dia 4, escolhi ver quanto tempo levaria para o serviço do quarto. Isso NUNCA veio. Os funcionários mal falam inglês, sem centro de exercícios, sem café da manhã, paredes finas e cheiravam a maconha o tempo todo. A única vantagem deste lugar é que fica ao lado, um bom taco, um tapete de lavanderia e uma loja de conveniência.NUNCA MAIS

Place was disgusting. Front desk man was rude. No breakfast because of covid 2 years ago. No gym because of remodeling yeah right. Avoid this place at all cost. I was duped in because I heard Red Lion which is normally a really good name however no also room smelled like pine-sol. Floor was sticky. And the roof was caving in or the ceiling was caving in in the shower. O lugar era nojento. O homem da recepção foi rude. Sem café da manhã por causa do covid há 2 anos. Sem academia por causa da reforma, sim, certo. Evite este lugar a todo custo. Fui enganado porque ouvi Red Lion, que normalmente é um nome muito bom, no entanto, nenhum quarto também cheirava a pinheiro-sol. O chão estava pegajoso. E o telhado estava desmoronando ou o teto estava desmoronando no chuveiro.

July 2022I've had accommodations at a few different Red Lion Locations, in Washington state.Specifically, this one is on the smaller side & is barely pushing maybe a hundred rooms.I suspect this is why it usually seems relatively calm & quiet around here.Please know, that at the time this review was written in the summer of 2022, the exercise equipment/room is being serviced & is temporarily unavailable.(I will update when equipment is in use again. It seems a rather drawn out process unfortunately.)Front desk & ancillary staff: seem overall pleasant, with check in/out & other interactions with guests (& are even cool with their guest's temporary visitors).Housekeeping: cleanliness & upkeep of the rooms seem standard & meet my expectations.I'm loving the rather large TV.As well as the contemporary decor.It's kind of disappointing your snacks & drink supply isn't kept stocked. Oct 2022 I don't believe they are serving breakfast here.Nor have they replaced the bottles of soda or snacks they sold in the past.There's a little mini mart next door & a laundromat (almost $10 to wash AND dry 1 load).There's on-site washing here that I believe costs a bit less. Especificamente, este está no lado menor e mal está empurrando talvez uma centena de quartos. Eu suspeito que é por isso que geralmente parece relativamente calmo e tranquilo por aqui. Por favor, saiba que, no momento em que esta revisão foi escrita, no verão de 2022, o equipamento/sala de exercícios estava em manutenção e temporariamente indisponível. (Vou atualizar quando o equipamento estiver em uso novamente. Parece um processo bastante demorado, infelizmente.) Recepção e funcionários auxiliares: parecem agradáveis, com check-in / check-out e outras interações com os hóspedes (e são até legais com os hóspedes temporários visitantes). Limpeza: limpeza e manutenção dos quartos parecem padrão e atendem às minhas expectativas. Estou amando a TV bastante grande. Assim como a decoração contemporânea. É meio decepcionante que seus lanches e bebidas não sejam mantidos abastecidos. Out 2022 Eu não acredito que eles estejam servindo café da manhã aqui. Tampouco substituíram as garrafas de refrigerante ou salgadinhos que vendiam no passado. Há um pequeno mini-mercado ao lado e uma lavanderia (quase US $ 10 para lavar e secar 1 carga). Há lavagem no local aqui que acredito que custa um pouco menos. A sala de ginástica e outras comodidades ainda não estão prontas, mas estão cada vez mais próximas da conclusão.

The spa tub I paid for was unusable. disgusting. The person at the front desk was obviously not all there. Fighting with her boyfriend. Just bad. Large semen stains on the chairs. If you are desperate for a roof over your head this is a place for you. If you have any wish to have a clean peaceful stay this is not for you. Horrible state absolutely unbelievable. Usually I’m not that picky and usually don’t write reviews.I am compelled to do it this time.The rooms were dirty.The sheets were also dirty.Our sheetsappeared to not have to been changed and the comforter was also dirty.The floors were also really dirty. Our TV was relatively new but didn’t work.It mysteriously came on and was apparently being controlled by a remote in another room.I ended up having to unplug it.The elevator was broken.I understand that since covid hit, it’s been tough to find staff and that certainly has an effect.That said, we should still expect a basic level of cleanliness.I would not stay at this hotel again.There are better budget hotel choices out there. Normalmente eu não sou tão exigente e geralmente não escrevo comentários. Eu sou obrigado a fazê-lo desta vez. Os quartos estavam sujos. Os lençóis também estavam sujos. Nossos lençóis pareciam não ter que ser trocados e o edredom também estava sujo. Os pisos também estavam muito sujos. Nossa TV era relativamente nova, mas não funcionava. Entendo que desde que o covid chegou, tem sido difícil encontrar funcionários e isso certamente tem um efeito. Dito isto, ainda devemos esperar um nível básico de limpeza. Eu não ficaria neste hotel novamente. Existem melhores opções de hotéis econômicos por aí.

Quite honestly the worst hotel I've been to in my life. We check in at 11pm, assuming there was plenty of time to get the room ready, and the lady says, sorry but her housekeepers didn't clean my room so she has to go do it really quick and to give her 10 minutes. We gave her 20 and come in to her still cleaning which was fine, but she said she had only been able to do the bathroom. There was "substance" all over the headboard as well the the chair. There were crumbs on the carpet. It was filthy. The lady let me know they only had bedding to make 1 of the beds in our 2 bed room so I said that was fine. I actually felt bad for her as she was clearly understaffed on a full night. But I pull back the sheets of the "made" bed and there are what appear to be ashes in the sheets. I asked her for new bedding and made it myself. After the 2 hour ordeal of the very dirty room, I try to turn on the TV and it does not work. I ask the (now) man at front for help after messing with it for 20 minutes and he says he can not get it to work. I let him know about how nasty everything has been and show him, and he offers to give us the night for free. I said thank you and went to bed. When I woke I checked my bank account and saw I was charged DOUBLE, aka for 2 rooms PLUS the deposit. I went to the front and the different man said that no refund had been issued and offered to issue me a refund for 1 room (half the cost). After another 30 minutes of back and forth he finally said he refunded the full amount. It did take 3 days but finally got my refund. The lady Meghn, was very sweet and she really tried her best to help out but the housekeepers need some training. Also breakfast room was closed until further notice. Strong smell of smoke through building. Sinceramente, o pior hotel que já estive na minha vida. Fazemos o check-in às 23h, supondo que havia tempo de sobra para preparar o quarto, e a senhora diz, desculpe, mas suas governantas não limparam meu quarto, então ela tem que ir fazer isso muito rápido e dar a ela 10 minutos. Nós demos a ela 20 e fomos até ela ainda limpando o que estava bem, mas ela disse que só tinha conseguido fazer o banheiro. Havia "substância" em toda a cabeceira da cama, bem como na cadeira. Havia migalhas no tapete. Era imundo. A senhora me avise que eles só tinham roupa de cama para fazer 1 das camas em nosso quarto de 2 camas, então eu disse que estava tudo bem. Na verdade, eu me senti mal por ela, pois ela estava claramente com falta de pessoal em uma noite inteira. Mas eu puxo os lençóis da cama "feita" e há o que parecem ser cinzas nos lençóis. Pedi a ela uma roupa de cama nova e fiz eu mesma. Após o calvário de 2 horas do quarto muito sujo, tento ligar a TV e ela não funciona. Peço ajuda ao (agora) homem da frente depois de mexer com ele por 20 minutos e ele diz que não consegue fazê-lo funcionar. Eu o deixo saber como tudo foi desagradável e mostro a ele, e ele se oferece para nos dar a noite de graça. Agradeci e fui dormir. Quando acordei, verifiquei minha conta bancária e vi que fui cobrado DUPLO, também conhecido como 2 quartos MAIS o depósito. Fui para a frente e o homem diferente disse que nenhum reembolso havia sido emitido e se ofereceu para me emitir um reembolso por 1 quarto (metade do custo). Depois de mais 30 minutos de idas e vindas, ele finalmente disse que reembolsou o valor total. Demorou 3 dias, mas finalmente recebi meu reembolso. A senhora Meghn, foi muito doce e ela realmente tentou o seu melhor para ajudar, mas as governantas precisam de algum treinamento. Também sala de café-da-manhã foi fechada até novo aviso. Forte cheiro de fumaça através do prédio.

Después de otros 30 minutos de ida y vuelta, finalmente dijo que reembolsó el monto total. Tomó 3 días pero finalmente obtuve mi reembolso. La dama Meghn fue muy dulce y realmente hizo todo lo posible para ayudar, pero las amas de llaves necesitan algo de capacitación. También la sala de desayunos estuvo cerrada hasta nuevo aviso. Fuerte olor a humo a través del edificio.

Holy moley.That was one of the worst hotels ever. We are literally sitting in our car waiting for my husband to check out.No one at the desk. We waited for more than 15 minutes to get someone to check us in (ringing the bell repeatedly).The room was old and filthy. It smells old and mildewy except when you get spritzed by the motion detected air freshener as you walk down the hall. When we decided we needed more that 2 bath towels for our double room,we had to go get them ourselves since the phone didn't work. Last night our key just stopped working so we had to go stand at the front desk waiting for someone to show up to get us new cards. She finally comes up to see if our cards really don't work, when she is satisfied that they really don't work,she opens the door with her key to make sure hers does, then proceeds to close it and take my husband down to the desk to get new keys,leaving my and my sons standing outside the locked room.You can't make this stuff up.

La habitacón es muy amplia, super cómoda y todo estaba muy nuevo y limpio. La persona de recepción que nos atemdió a la llegada hablaba español y era encantadora. Aparcamiento y wifi gratuito y desayuno estupendo.Todo genial. Zona con restaurantes próximos.
