“John at front desk was great.Room was very spacious and I liked the jet tub.That's about all for the good things.There were MANY negative things- Hawthorne Grill service was terrible.Waited over 40 minutes to get diet coke after the server greeted us on 9/23/21.Buffet was closed most of our trip.Italian place closed, Asian place closed.Room service refused to answer phone. Housekeeping only upon request? Terrible! Half of Pool closed on Monday due to lifeguard shortage and no pool cafe.Salon- closed.Half of spa- closed.Grounds were not kept up- pine needles all over the place- dead herbs in starbucks garden.This hotel needs major help.They want you to pay premium price for rooms- $350+/night and over half of the amenities are CLOSED.I would NOT recommend this hotel, nor would I stay there again.And, I don't care about COVID.Get your S**t together- either run the hotel like it should be run- or close.Don't make good paying customers suffer.TERRIBLE!”
