“Far below expected for an international 5 stars hotel.
1. We are not allowed to swim even the rain has stopped.
2. The bath tub drainage is broken / stuck, I asked the room service and they didn’t come
3. The receptionist rarely pick-up the phone
4. Room is too old & dusty
5. Bed sheet is not clean
Not worth for the price I’ve paid.
I stayed in a local 5 star hotel & it’s a lot better than this so called International 5 stars hotel. 👎🏻”
