Hotel de 1a linha de mar. Bons serviços. Local tranquilo. Praia areia branca 5 min a pé. Carece de pequenas melhorias nos quartos antigos e com alguns defeitos de construção.

Como todos los años q llevamos yendo, genial!!. Servicio estupendo y recalcar, a Jorge del restaurante, por su amabilidad de 10 y a Dani y otro compi del restaurante de la piscina q llevaban el brazo enfundado por llevar tatuajes, por favor, con todos los clientes q van tatuados y siendo un hotel de sólo adultos, eso no hace daño a nadie. Encantadores y gran trato.

Descobri o hotel em nossa viagem e fiquei curioso, então acabei de entrar. A primeira impressão foi ótima e durante minha turnê devo dizer que foi confirmada. Não posso dizer nada sobre o serviço e comida. As piscinas são de bom tamanho e o complexo é super agradável. O hotel 4 estrelas do H10 me causou uma boa e bem cuidada impressão. 👍👍👍

Las instalaciones están impecables, pero sin duda lo que hace que esté sea un gran hotel son sus trabajadores. Son atentos, amables, cercanos, te hacen pasar una estancia maravillosa. Hemos pasado una semana en el hotel y aunque Lanzarote es una isla con mucho viento y no siempre apetece bañarse en la piscina o la playa no nos hemos aburrido en ningún momento. Siempre hay actividades para hacer, para divertirse y reirse. Muchas gracias a todos los que habéis hecho esto posible!!

La habitación es amplia y muy acogedora. ¡La cama es enorme! El buffet es muy completo y variado. En general, el hotel tiene unas instalaciones cómodas y bien cuidadas.

Un hotel fantástico,una estancia maravillosa.Habitaciones muy amplias... me ha gustado mucho la variedad de tamaños de las almohadas.Bonitas vistas al mar.La comida muy variada y los camareros encantadores destacando la amabilidad y la atención de Anita,Andrea y Jorge.Fue mi cumpleaños durante mi estancia y tuvieron el detalle de sacarme una tarta con una vela,cantando todos a mi alrededor el cumpleaños feliz.También destacar la simpatía de la donostiarra Ane en recepción. Volveremos!

El hotel nos pareció increíble, estuvimos una semana y nos trataron como si estuviésemos en casa, todo el personal muy amable y muy atentos. Tanto el hotel como la habitación estaban muy limpios y tenían mucha variedad a la hora de la comida (y toda muy buena :)). Además fue nuestro cumpleaños y tuvieron un detallazo a la hora de la cena. This Hotel is amazing !! First off all the staff members are fabulous, so friendly and helpful!! Keep up the good work, love it!! The food is amazing , so much choice! Advice for those Wanna book, take the All Inclusive package, all premium branded drinks 🍹! Really relax full holiday , adult only hotel. No kids running around.

Yet again another fantastic stay in a H10 hotel. Staff just amazing, facilities outstanding. Only downside is the shower. It's a double walk in one, but the screen is not wide enough. The bathroom floor ends up swimming with water. No issue for me but in time could be an issue for the hotel. Will be back again soon.

This was our third time staying in this magnificent hotel. Staff so professional and friendly View from. our room was amazing . This is my personal opinion unfortunately some men at dinner wearing football jerseys and tee-shirt, even though hotel rules ask men to wear shirts, it's my personal opinion, majority of women dressed appropriately. Can't wait for 2023

Friendly hotel in excellent location with good facilities. Evening entertainment in both the Piano and Disco bars is varied and of a good quality. Branded drink served in both bars and at the beach bar. The buffet restaurant works hard to provide for all tastes - plenty of choice and stations are kept replenished. This is my second visit and once again, it did not disappoint.

Absolutamente maravilhoso hotel, equipe adorável, engajada, mas não em seu rosto. Serviço excepcional. Opções de comida incríveis. Entrainment cheesey mas divertido. Mas esteja avisado, este não é um hotel de festa. É predominantemente pessoas aposentadas lá para relaxar. Embora eu não possa culpar o hotel ou sua equipe de forma alguma, os hóspedes, no entanto, foram apenas rudes. Se você está feliz por estar no seu grupo sem rir ou fazer barulho, então este é o lugar para você. Este lugar é apenas para relaxar em silêncio. Não reserve este hotel se quiser um pouco mais de atmosfera, diversão etc. Isso não diminui a qualidade do hotel de forma alguma, você ficará feliz com o hotel, quartos e serviço, mas se você for mais animado pessoa/casal/grupo então reserve em outro lugar.

Hemos estado 6 dias-5 noches en Semana Santa y ha estado genial. Las instalaciones exteriores del hotel, piscinas etc, son amplias y siempre hay hamacas libres. Aunque las exteriores no están climatizadas, yo que soy friolera, me bañé en pleno mes de Abril. De todos modos, también hay una piscina cubierta climatizada. Las habitaciones están todas o casi todas, totalmente reformadas y solo les faltaría reformar las zonas de acceso,a las mismas quitando la moqueta y dándole un lavado de cara. Para nosotros, el buffet ha sido muy bueno. Variedad, y comida bien preparada, plancha en directo y disponen de Buffet dietetico y vegetariano, por si fuese necesario. Los postres muy buenos y ricos, con pinta de caseros. Tienen también un restaurante a la carta, donde la comida es un espectáculo de sabores! El hotel es muy amplio, está bien ubicado, a un paseo del centro de playa blanca y a 1 minuto de Playa Flamingo.En cuanto terminen las reformas que están llevando a cabo, estará aún mejor. Para finalizar,el personal del hotel es agradable y atento, ¿qué más se puede pedir?

El Hotel y el personal es una maravilla , nos atendieron estupendamente,la verdad que tiene buenas vistas y no le falta detalle los servicios de comida y bebidas son muy buenos riquísimos, sin duda volveremos a repetir ya que la ubicación es muy buena,nos encantó el gran trato que nos dieron y el súper hotel gracias.

Nice hotel, perfectly situated on the coast, just above Playa Flamingo. We were half board and enjoyed the breakfasts, in particular the food cooked fresh in front of you, such as omelettes, fried eggs, pancakes etc. The buffet breakfast selection was generally repeated, but with a reasonable range of food. The evenings were more varied, although on the 'theme' nights, there were only a selection of dishes that were themed to that particular cuisine. The restaurant position was great, with full glass windows overlooking the pool and the sea. We were lucky to time it right to get a table at the window most days. The pools were nice, though a bit cool for staying in for too long. It's a pity so many of the guests adopted the technique of reserving their sunbed at breakfast and then leaving them empty apart from their towels for long periods of time. Very selfish and unecessary. The rooms were a good size, though they were probably due for a refurbishment. Disappointing the safes were extra cost, rather than being included.

Absolutely wonderful hotel,staff lovely,engaged but not in your face. Service exceptional.Food options amazing.Entrainment cheesey but fun. But Be warned,This is not a party hotel.It is predominantly retired folks there to chill.Although I cannot fault the hotel or its staff in any way at all,the guests however, were just rude.If you are happy to be in your group without laughing or taking loudly then this is the place for you. This place is to just chill in silence. Do not book this hotel if you want a bit more atmosphere, fun etc.This is not diminishing the quality of the hotel in any way though, you'll be happy with the hotel,rooms and service but if you're a more lively person/ couple/ group then book somewhere else.

Hotel está bem equipado se não um pouco datado. Os funcionários são muito bons, exceto para o gerente que foi um pouco desdenhoso quando reclamamos sobre o ruído de trabalho às 07h30, sobre o qual poderíamos ter sido avisados, mas não fomos. A comida estava bem preparada e quente. A desvantagem de não ser tudo incluído é que você tem que pagar pela água com o jantar e não pode trazer o seu próprio. Obviamente eles cobram preços altos por sua água. As bebidas, se não tudo incluído, custam 10 euros cada destilado sem misturador. Esteja preparado para pagar 17 euros por 1 semana de uso do cofre e 10 euros por 3 dias de uso do ferro. Vai voltar como o bom superou o ruim e o hotel está em uma localização ideal. Recomendaria.

Mediocre es poco…. La experiencia ha sido malísima, estaría bien que avisaran que no es un hotel para eapañoles, ni la comida, ni el ambiente está a la altura de lo que se busca cuando eliges un todo incluido para descansar y desconectar unos días. Menos mal que es uno de sus mejores hoteles…. No Me quiero imaginar el resto cómo serán. Por no hablar de los más de 200 eur que cuesta la noche que para nada quedan justificados. Ha sido un desastre total! No se lo recomiendo a NADIELo único bueno, el personal que la verdad nos vieron tan desubicados q hasta se sentían mal por nosotros. Creo q alucinaron de vernos allí

Hotel is well equipped if not a little dated. Staff are very good except for the manager who was a little dismissive when we complained about work noise at 07.30am which we could have been warned about but weren't. The food was well prepared and hot. The down side of not being all inclusive is you have to pay for water with dinner and you cannot bring your own. Obviously they charge top prices for their water. The drinks if not all inclusive are 10 euros each spirit without a mixer. Be prepared to pay 17 euros for 1 weeks use of the safe and 10 euros for 3 days use of an iron. Will go back as the good outweighed the bad and the hotel is in an ideal location. Would recommend.

Great hotel. My only disappointment is the window table reserving by restaurant staff. Reserving tables for holiday repeaters seems wrong when they send you messages to say don't reserve sunbeds! Otherwise the all inclusive option is excellent and everything clean and well managed. Great coffee shop too.

We had an excellent holiday here. The staff were lovely, and the whole place was kept clean. Only slight criticisms was that our room was in need of refurbishment. The furniture in the room was chipped and tired, but I understand that some of the rooms had already been updated. It is an adults only hotel so it was peaceful. We were only half board, the breakfast was excellent, and the evening meal buffet was ok , but some of the food wasn’t hot enough for my liking. My wife, who is a vegetarian struggled a bit to find something she liked, although there was always something on offer that she could eat (she often didn’t enjoy it though).(So we went out to eat several times, there are lots of restaurants nearby)We liked the location of the hotel, next to the sea and and the paseo maritime

Ficamos por 3 semanas, pela primeira vez neste hotel, mas conhecemos bem a área, fica perto de Flamingo Bay e a uma caminhada tranquila em Playa Blanca, tão boa localização. Muito limpo, mesmo ao redor das áreas da piscina e isso não foi tarefa fácil, pois o tempo estava muito ventoso durante parte da nossa estadia, e a areia foi soprada por toda parte. Tínhamos um quarto no terceiro andar com vista para a piscina e varanda, o que era muito bom, mas infelizmente não há tapete no corredor fora dos quartos desse andar (é uma espécie de pátio aberto para o céu) e pode ser um pouco barulhento com passos e casos passando. A comida era de boa qualidade, mas para mim ficou um pouco repetitiva por 3 semanas, as mesmas noites temáticas todas as semanas. Eles têm alguns excelentes cozinheiros lá e acho que seus talentos estão sendo um pouco desperdiçados.A melhor parte do hotel é sem dúvida a equipe, extremamente charmosa e prestativa. Menção especial para o pessoal do restaurante Ahmed, que é eficiente, prestativo e tem super poderes que podem detectar uma leve rachadura em um copo a 50 passos e saber que você precisa de outra colher antes de perceber, e Maria Carmen ( acho que é o nome dela ) que é sempre agradável com um sorriso que nenhuma máscara pode esconder. Se houver um esquema de recompensa do pessoal, seus nomes devem ser mencionados. Devemos também mencionar as atividades, que são ótimas se você quiser uma pausa na espreguiçadeira. Definitivamente recomendamos este hotel para quem quer umas férias relaxantes, apenas para adultos.

We stayed for 3 weeks, first time in this hotel but we know the area well, it is close to Flamingo Bay and a leisurely walk into Playa Blanca, so good location. Very clean, even around the pool areas and that was no mean feat as the weather was very windy for part of our stay, and sand was blown everywhere. We had a third floor room with a pool view and balcony, which was very nice, but unfortunately there is no carpet in the corridor outside the rooms on that floor ( it's a sort of open to the sky courtyard) and it could be a bit noisy with footsteps and cases going passed. Food was good quality but for me it got a little repetitive for 3 weeks, the same theme evenings every week. They have some excellent cooks there and I think their talents are being wasted a little.The best part of the hotel is undoubtedly the staff, extremely charming and helpful. Special mention for restaurant staff Ahmed, who is efficient, helpful and has super powers that can detect a slight crack in a cup at 50 paces and know you need another spoon before you realise it yourself, and Maria Carmen ( I think that is her name) who is ever pleasant with a smile that no mask can hide. If there is a staff reward scheme, then their names should be mentioned. We should also mention the activities, which are great if you want a break from lying on a sunbed. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a relaxing, adult only holiday.

Casa para o pessoal! Normalmente não gosto de 'tudo incluído', mas este lugar é a exceção. Hotel incrível, ótima comida com coisas diferentes no enorme buffet todos os dias, localização excepcional e muito mais. Mas a melhor parte é, sem dúvida, a equipe. Quem está encarregado de recrutar aqui merece um aumento. Os funcionários são todos incrivelmente gentis e generosos. Eu nunca vou ao mesmo lugar duas vezes, mas este hotel me dá seriamente o desejo de quebrar minha própria regra.

Brilliant staff, fantastic choices of food. Staff always cleaning. Nothing seems too much trouble for the staff. The only down sides are, air conditioning on all the time everywhere, not much information notification for guests, hotel getting ready for decorating. Apart from that, we enjoyed a very good 2 weeks Christmas, New Year holiday. 😁 👍

Home for the staff! I’m usually not fond of ‘all inclusive’, but this place is the exception. Amazing hotel, great food with different things on the huge buffet every day, exceptional location and more. But the best part is, hands down, the staff. Whoever is in charge of recruiting here deserves a raise. The staff are all incredibly kind and generous. I never go to the same place twice, but this hotel seriously gives me the urge to break my own rule.
