Hotel tem uma localização otima, suas comodidade são boas. Porém na recepção trabalham pessoas mau humoradas, arrogantes e desqualificadas.Pagamos por quartos de frente para o mar, no check-in tentaram nos dar quartos laterais. Depois de brigarmos pelo nossos diretos, veio uma outra recepcionista "Catia" e nos deu os nossos quartos de frente para o mar. Uma pena termos que passar por está situação. Na piscina 1/3 das cadeiras estão em bom estado. Piscina no terraço não tem uma sombrinha e as camas não possuem as tendas. Limpezas dos quartos ficam a desejar. No bar temo Joaquim, que sempre está com um sorriso no Rosto.Neste hotel não voltaremos e nem indicamos.

Esse hotel é uma propaganda falsa. Quarto incompatível com 4 estrelas. Higiene ruim, toalhas sujas e ainda encontrei uma barata no meu quarto. Funcionários mal educados. Piscinas que parecem mais banheiras. Não recomendo, fiquem em outros hotéis na região de Santa Ponça que é muito bonita.

Staff all very friendly. Rooms nice sized and spacious. We were on 1st floor without paying for any views however was still pleasant on the balcony. The vibe was very chilled but not boring. We payed water polo with the pool staff they were so accommodating and could tell we wanted an activity. I would definitely recommend for friends families or couples.

One of the best of not the best hotel in Santa ponsa, in terms of quality and location. 2 min walk to the beach. 1 minute walk to McDonald’s and 1 min walk to little supermarket. Unbelievable rooftop terrace with double sun beds and infinity pool. Class sunsets over the bay in the evening time. Buffet breakfast quite good too and staff helpful. Can’t ask for much more.

Just don’t go there. You can do same or better for their prices. Older crowd, weird vibe. But if you are 70+ you will enjoy it.

Everything I wanted - nice room with seaview, lovely adult only rooftop pool and bar, hotel immaculately clean, food fair, bar prices fair, staff friendly and helpful, location excellent. A lovely hassle free 2 week holiday.

Segunda vez que nos hemos alojado en este maravilloso Hotel y volveremos el año que viene. Ubicación inmejorable, trato excelente del personal, limpieza muy buena y la comida muy rica y variada. Sin duda RECOMENDAMOS este Hotel para unas buenas vacaciones en Mallorca. Enhorabuena por el trabajo de todo el personal.

Hotel bien situado, enfrente a una playa grande. Los desayunos son amplios, los camareros atentos y simpáticos, especial mención al maitre Carlos y todo su equipo, además de la gente de recepción, muy amable y atento también. Lo mejor, el ático con piscina para disfrutar de las vistas al mar y un baño refrescante! Recomendado👌

Hotel is really clean Staff very helpful and pleasant Hotel is situation on the beach also has a small private pool . It’s quiet and relaxing being adult only. Food available pool side and a bar for drinks with waiter service If you are driving Port Andratx is 5 km there is also Perguera town with an excellent hairdresser 5 mins for the ladies Palma is a 28 min drive for high end shopping and Cathedral Sunday mass at 7pm Great selection of restaurantsand the local golf club the food is only superb Airport is 40 mins from hotel Highly recommend this adult only hoteland location . I give it a 5 star rating This is our second visit

Esta foi a nossa terceira estadia no hotel, adoramos a localização e o café da manhã é sempre bom. Os quartos são bons com chuveiros. Infelizmente não voltaremos. Não conseguimos usar o bar e a piscina da cobertura porque estava cheio de pessoas barulhentas e barulhentas. Eles eram tão altos que podiam ser ouvidos claramente na praia. Fomos acordados pelo menos 3 vezes todas as noites de nossa estadia de 5 noites às 3h, 4h e 5h. Nada foi feito pelo hotel para impedir que esse comportamento afetasse a diversão de outros hóspedes.

This was our third stay at the hotel we love the location and the breakfast is always good. The rooms are good with walk in showers. Unfortunately we will not be returning. We were unable to use the rooftop bar and pool because it was filled with noisy loutish people. They were so loud they could be heard clearly down the beach. We were woken at least 3 times every night of our 5 night stay at 3am 4am and 5am. Nothing was done by the hotel to stop this behaviour affecting other guests enjoyment.

The hotel is beautiful in such a great location near all bars, shops, restaurants and just over the road from the beach !! All staff we interacted with were very nice and helpful the only downside was the adults only pool upstairs, everytime we went up it was overtook by the same group of loud guests with their own music on so it was abit intimidating sat there with them and we definitely didn’t want to get in the pool while they were surrounding it but the main pool was great plenty of sunbeds and the cabana beds were amazingtoo great for sunbathing, the breakfast was ok something for everyone.We will definitely be going back !!

Ive stayed previously at this same hotel. Came many years ago and found it rather pleasant but with several issues which are still the same today but worse. Starting with the rooms we are in the far end of the hotel which is still in need of a refurb even reading prev reviews nothing has been done with this building 4 years on. The beds are the worst ive ever experienced.Hard is an understatment. The handle on the sauna came off with a customer. The gym equipment only one off is beyond its usefullness. A multimachine thats been there years. The indoor jakuzzi was freezing too. The upstairs roof top is dark on a night and people dont want to sit up there when usualy the pool is lit up. I asked the bar tender he rang down and said its not working. The rooms have no air con. I asked why at the desk they replied we dont switch it on until end of may. Bear in mind its 24 degrees and 19 on a night. The food has gone downhill half board and you have to pay for water ect. Theres no entertainment at all. Even on our last visit in july there was 1 woman singing on one day of the week..so this week we travelled to universal also another hotel up the road and enjoyed heated pool and entertainment every nite. Sorry h10 but we wont be coming back. Also in the extention the carpets were awfully stained please get this sorted as looking at previous posts you reply and nothing has been done to improve standards. Its like you are open but we dont feel like doing anything however you can stay just dont expect much until season starts..h10 gets away with this because its on the beach a stone throw from the sea. But its worth the 500 meter walk to get a better stay. If you have kids then keep the door on the balcony closed as all the drunk kids come back at 2.30am shouting singing. I rarely leave reviews but im awake at 3.30am because its warm uncomfortable and xant wait to go home for a good nites sleep. A holiday ruined by this stay. 😪im bound to get a review sayi g sorry we will look into this..but it never will..

The renovated rooms very nice. On the top floor with balcony looking sports area. Was noisy at night due to an event but the Aircon kept room cool without needing windows open. Nice spread for breakfast and dinner

Lovely hotel ,shame the view from our balcony was the back yard though ,did ask to be moved but fully booked unless we paid for an upgrade ,having said that overall its a lovely hotel

We had a great stay at H10, service was great, clean rooms, reception is awesome. Compliments for all employees! Except for 1 waiter downstairs bar, sorry to inform. Without following experience my rate would be 5 stars.First evening we would like to use our voucher for free drinks in the bar next to the reception, de waiter, I believe the oldest and also the smallest of them was very stressful, doesn't speak English and not friendly at all. Maybe a miscommunication, but ok.After that evening we finished our evening daily at the terrace on street side and being served by a nice lady waitress. But then 'that' day.. :-(. The waiter I mentioned saw us coming in sitting at a table. Watched us several times and let us wait for more 15 minutes! A group of Non-Guest came to sit next to our table and the waiter didn't pass our table on front, but decided to pass us at our back and serviced the group immediately, within a minute.I called him saying "We were her first and sitting here for al long time"He made fool of me by just ignoring me totally... Not even a look.I was soooo mad that we didn't drink at that bar anymore.An earlier review there is someone with similar experience. I wouldn't be surprised it was the same waiterMy message to this person is "Never ignore customers based on personal preferences!" It's damaging for the hotel, especially in these hard times. I would wait for 30 minutes if it was crowded and not be avoided and ignored.But still happy I was in H10. No worries!
