Voltei a visitar e voltei a adorar este espaço. Limpeza .comida . Serviços.Atendimento e acima de tudo excelente localização.Óptimo para casais com crianças.

Não há melhor em Ibiza!!! Praia praticamente privativa logo em frente! All Inclusive mais que farto! Varios restaurantes dentro do complexo! Italiano, Mediterrâneo, Mexicano e Americano! Perfeito mesmo!

Do melhor que Ibiza tem para oferecer em termos de hotelaria.

Diante mão, já fiz uma reserva para minha férias em ABRIL deste ano 2019, espero ter os mesmos requintes que tive em IMBASSAÍ PRAIA DO FORTE BAHIA/BRASIL nesta mesma rede De resorts e também PRAIA DE BÁVARO em PUNTA CANA. ADOREI TUDO MESMO, chega bater uma saudades enorme, porquê realmente uma vida de rei este resort nos oferece, e por isso a meu regresso, quem for não terá arrependimento em nada, logo mais pretendo conhecer todos da rede e irei (Jamaica em Montego Bay) e também Punta Mita e Riviera Maia no MÉXICO. Estão mais que 5 estrelas para mim.

Gostei porém as bebidas não eram tão boas.. não vale a pena em relação ao grand palladium pois não é tão exclusivo. Pela diferença de preço fique no outro pois émais barato e não muda muito. Quem já ficou em hotéis em pinta cana all inclusive esse será meio decepcionante.. não tem atrações de noite tb. A localização é muito boa fica ao lado do Ushuaia e hard hock. Da para ir à pé pela praia.

A reserva neste hotel foi feita com uns meses de antecedência por nos parecer que seria um bom hotel para uma Família onde se incluíam 2 pessoas de 88 anos e portanto com menos mobilidade , mas que teriam as condições adequadas uma vez que para além de ser um Hotel de 5 estrelas ,Com todas as características inerentes a esta categoria, seria tudo muito Próximo. A estadia era por 2 semanas para 4 pessoas e 1 semana para mais 3 pessoas da família.As férias que deveriam ser de Sonho , juntando a família num convívio agradável e de grande conforto, foi tudo menos isso!!!!!Logo que subimos ao quarto e enquanto o empregado nos explicava o funcionamento deste , abriu a porta do mini-bar e porque o chão estava molhado, caí, magoando-me no braço. Resolvi não apresentar queixa e tomar um Anti -Inflamatório.No dia seguinte, Avisei na recepção para terem mais atençãoque seria muito grave se em vez de mim tivessem sido os meus Pais ( 88 A ) a caírem, pelo chão estar molhado.Enquanto estávamos na Piscina e porque estava algum vento voou um guarda sol atingindo uma das nossas cadeiras mas sem magoar nenhum de nós. Pedimos para reverem a situação dos guarda sois por causa do vento, mas Infelizmente não apareceu ninguém !!!!Falei com a responsável Maria de Jesus que apresentou as suas desculpas e por cortesia marcaria o jantar nesse dia no Restaurante Porto Fino.Isto porque tínhamos tentado reservar o restaurante às 8h da manhã eapós 30 mn na fila, foi-nos dito que já não era possível...Também nos foi dito que As reservas para os restaurantes à lá Carte teriam que ser no próprio dia , desde as 8h da manhã e que se tivéssemos sorte conseguiríamos noutra altura !!!!Mais uma vez foi a decisão errada pois quando chegámos e depois de andar cerca de 20mn a pé, porque o Restaurante fica no outro hotel que faz parte do complexo, não tínhamos reserva para jantar !!!!!Falei novamente com a gerente Maria de Jesus , que nos deu um Vocher para o circuito Spa, mas Mais uma vez é noutro hotel e não há transporte interno para as pessoas que o necessitem.Hoje e para culminar toda esta situação tínhamos 4 cadeiras reservadas com as toalhas e os nossos pertences. Fomos à piscina e depois tomar um café, quando chegámos tinham retirado as nossas coisas e as cadeiras estavam ocupadas por outras pessoas.Mais uma vez apareceu a gerente Maria de Jesus e qual foi o nosso espanto quando nos diz que foi ela que retirou as toalhas e deu as cadeiras a outros hóspedes , porque não podíamos ir tomar café com as cadeiras reservadas...... quando até hoje não veio nenhum empregado saber se queríamos algo, tendo obrigatoriamente que ser NÓS próprios a fazê-lo..Por tudo isto e esperando que o resto da estadia seja tranquila, NÃO recomendo este hotel , principalmente porque quando surgiram os problemas nunca foi investigada a situação e apenas é pretendido que não seja feita queixa.

Five star all the way. Busses outside the resort straight into town costing around €2 each way. Beaches are clean with nice sunsets. Close to the airport so short transfer roughly 10mins. Child friendly and helpful staff. Good choice of foods, Shops within walking distance for souvenirs etc. See you again in the future

Estuvimos en este hotel en septiembre y tuvimos una buena experiencia. El personal fue atento y la habitación estaba muy limpia. Hay gran variedad en el bufet y la comida de los restaurantes temáticos es excelente; sin embargo mejoraría algunas cosas: por ejemplo, el precio de los masajes y el spa es bastante alto; hay mucha disparidad de un bar a otro, hasta el punto de que depende dónde pidas un cóctel, le pondrán alcohol o no (a pesar de ser el mismo). Nosotros fuimos de luna de miel, y el hotel no tuvo ningún detalle con nosotros. No esperamos una botella de champán en un todo incluído, pero al menos un pequeño gesto como otros hoteles sí tuvieron.

Un lugar mágicoperfecto para tus vacaciones

Whilst the hotel says it’s 5 star (debatable) it’s clientele certainly are not! If you come here expecting a quiet time forget it. Groups of rowdy, drunken, foul mouthed and loud lads (and lasses) fuelled by the all inclusive alcohol make it anything but relaxing.you might get a couple of hours peace in the morning as they sleep it off but after 11am forget it. Can’t wait to leave

That is definitely not a 5 star hotel. While the staff is extremely nice, the rooms are old and need renovation. Unfortunately the type of the guest they chose are very loud and extremely conflictive. So extreme that they had to call the cops at 3 and 4 5a.m. to stop the excessive fights! You are better off with a good 4 star hotel. You pay to get rest snd relax in a resort, not to be disturbed and scared!

Good entertainment - Friendly staff! Rooms need a big upgrade though - as many is out dated. No lifts etc. Welcome by Fati was great! True hospitality passion!

A este hotel le sobra como mínimo, una estrella… a las 8.00 no hay posibilidad d reservar en los restaurantes temáticos y a las 8:15 no quedan tumbonas en la piscina. El personal es amable pero insuficiente. Comedor con mesas sucias, no reponen la comida q se va acabando cuando aún falta media hora para cerrar. Estamos en España pero el hotel no tiene horario español. El peor hotel d 5 estrellas q he visitado. Para no volver, gracias

We stayed in September 2021 with our 18 month old who loved the pools. The food was excellent and we were on the beach front so had very quick access to the beach. The white island side of the resort is more suited to party goers and couples we thought as the children's pools and entertainment are closer to the other hotel but this wasn't a big deal. There was lots of evening entertainment (particularly liked the guitar player). We loved eating in the buffet next to a lake as we could sit outside next to it and that was a great touch, as were the violins at breakfast on one morning (wish we caught that more often!). The sports bar was a great hit for us being football fans and we were impressed that we could order burgers, chicken wings, chips etc here. The only critism I have is that the check in process was not great - we received no information so it took us a few days to realise how many facilities there were and the extent of the entertainment. Not all drinks are included in the all inclusive but I was more than happy to pay the 5,50 euros for an espresso martini, but sadly couldn't always order it as staff didn't know the price and sometimes they didn't make the drink very well. Bring back some paper menus!! Next time we visit Ibiza we will probably come back to this hotel.

Awesome resort. Pools lovely. Sports bar has good atmosphere in the evening. Entertainment was really good, what we saw of it. Food was fab. Honestly couldn't fault anything and would go back in a heart beat

Muy buen hotel con acceso directo a la playa. Las habitaciones muy bonitas y limpias . El buffet de calidad y variado. El personal muy agradable .

Espectacular. Todo parte del mismo complejo. Muchas piscinas, bares, restaurante s. Prácticamente en pleno agosto y no tienes que hacer colas. Todo bien organizado y el servicio espectacular, todos multi idiomas. Aleman, frances, ingles, español, y algunos también italiano. Hay Miniclub desde los 6 meses, SPA, Masajes, .. todo super. Lo único a mejorar es que cuentan con poquísimas tumbonas en la playa.

El hotel está al final de playa d'en bossa, el buffet es muy bueno y muy variado, además los horarios son amplios, acceso directo a la playa, te reponen diariamente varias botellas de agua, lo que me pareció un buen detalle, el personal es muy amable y atento. Tienen un snack bar abierto hasta la 1 de la madrugada en la parte del palace, incluido en el todo incluido, por si no te da tiempo a llegar a la cena buffet, que también me pareció un buen punto a favor. Lo malo es el constante ruido de los aviones al estar tan cerca del aeropuerto, esto le pasa a todos los hoteles de esa zona, por otro lado no tiene hamacas en la playa, la salida del White sand a la playa está justo entre dos beach clubes y no tienen hamacas propias ( lo que sería fantástico) aunque es verdad que al final de la playa en la zona del palace tienen unas pocas pero no incluidas, con un precio de 5 euros por hamaca y por sombrilla creo recordar. Hotel muy recomendable.

El personal de piscina es de lo mejorcito, Anaïs y Rocío muy majas 👌

This was honestly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at, don't be deceived by their 5 star claims, this hotel is barely a 3 star at best.I should have known something wasn't right when I didn't receive a reply to any of my emails asking for assistance with a hotel transfer. From the moment we arrived to the hotel our stay was pure chaos. The check-in was unfriendly and un-helpful and definitely not what you want to walk into after a 6am flight.Once we did finally check into our room we discovered the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. We were moved to their sister hotel as they felt they could offer us a better room but when we arrived we discovered stains on the pillow and bed. There were also dead bugs on the table and the floor. At this point it was 4:30pm and we had evening plans with our boss so we asked to be moved back to the original hotel into a clean room. We were offered a room that was half the size of what we paid for. We took it temporarily so we could get changed for dinner but made a note of the small size (which on their website was selling for 1000 euros cheaper than what we paid fur the duration of our stay). When we pointed this out we were shown two more rooms in the same category as what we paid for but surprise, surprise they too were not cleaned and had a weird musty smell.Maria was helping us with this problem initially but obviously grew tired of our complaints. We asked to speak to her manager and were told they weren't available. We also asked to be refunded the difference in price for the smaller room, again we were told she would need to speak to management. Eventually we gave up having stated on the first day that if they could not put us in a room that was suitable we would prefer to check out and stay somewhere else. They also tried to get us to sign a waiver stating we were happy to be in the smaller room. This was not the case and we did not sign.This hotel is all inclusive with the main restaurant serving food buffet style. All of the utensils used for each dish were used by all guests which was not covid safe at all.It was not cheap to stay here for 5 days and I would never, ever return nor would I recommend it to anybody coming to Ibiza. I can't imagine staying at any other 5 star hotel who would deny your request to speak to management and then ghost you. We heard from Maria again on day three of our stay and by that point we were merely using the hotel as somewhere to sleep so they surely made their money off of us that week.I see on these reviews the management team speak a lot about training. I highly recommend they go to another 5 star hotel for a week to experience true cleanliness and hospitality and I would even suggest some conflict resolution training as the staff do not know how to deal with problems.

Booking process was perfect, a woman named Maria Jesus called us from the hotel and spoke to us about the whole booking and helped us organise rooms. My dad is in a wheelchair so that heavily limits choices, however Maria really helped us get a good room with a walk in shower for my dad. Check in was smooth, Tony got us all checked into our rooms and showed us around what the hotel has to offer, he further told us the activities he thought we would like and events happening nearby. Overall, real smooth and enjoyable experience.

Sencillamente genial espectacular, es difícil encontrar un completo 5 estrellas donde la atención de todos y cada uno de su staff sea las 24 horas exquisito, una atención constante por todos los detalles y una limpieza impresionante de todas las areas. A destacar la calidad del producto y el mimo en los platos de todos sus restaurantes. Un lugar 100% recomendable desde el que poderdisfrutar de Ibiza solo o en familia.

Great all in inclusive resort. Family friendly and next to the beach. It's just a short drive from the airport. The hotel check in was very slow, and they always seemed to be long lines. The rooms on arrival were simply not ready for guests. Damp and smelly, with several guests complaining and asking to be moved. Our second room was perfect and although we had the issues the rest of the holiday was ok. There are 3 speciality restaurants on site which during the Covid19 epidemic are serving reduced menus. This was perfectly fine but my openly feedback would be to speed up the service. Very slow with around 40 minutes between courses. Also one night the lights went out and the staff seemed to think it was fine to sit in the dark and eat. Some diners were moved but others just left to figure out where the food on the plate was. Disappointing. That said it's a large resort right on the beach. You can use the adjoining hotel facilities also. I probably wouldn't go again on the basis that I didn't think it was worth the 5 stars and the cost associated with it.

I was looking forward to vacationing at Gran Palladium White Island Resort. My airline along with other airline flights were cancelled therefore unable to visit. Grand Palladium refused to reimburse due to their policy. Very disappointed at their customer service.

This hotel is a scam. I booked my room through their online website for $3800 euros. I called an hour later asking to cancel my room and refund. The worker at the hotel cancelled my reservation and now they won’t issue me a refund because In the fine print it says “no refunds”. I said to them, if it’s non-refundable, then give me back my room. “Sorry it is gone” I’ve been trying to call everyone there for the last 3 days. No one will do anything. They kept my money and won’t give me my room. The booking was for 4 months from now!!

This hotel is NOT all inclusive as stated, the spa is 25 euros for 2 hours and it was one of the reasons we went there. Beware there's an island tax which is collected by the hotel when you book in, it cost us over 70 euros for 10 day on top of your holiday cost which we weren't aware of. This hotel is on the ibiza airport flight path so can get very noisy at times. We were on our honeymoon which they were aware of in advance but disappointed as nothing special. We booked a superior room and got a bigger balcony which over looked the flat roof with all the big air con ducting and there motors of the dinning room. The food was nice and staff pleasant but overall would never go back.

Extremely beautiful and comfortable property. All inclusive is the best deal one can get. My suggestion always book from the hotel website! Staff is very polite and fun to talk with. We arrived early and was given a room right away. The day we checked out we still used all the amenities after check out - the pool and unlimited drinks and food and then the courtesy rooms with shower areas for people leaving at night. Both the palladium hotels are resorts are accessible to all the guests, and trust me you would love it! Had an amazing experience with my girlfriend. I hope we go again there one day. 🏝🏊
