“it was actually a huge shame the service that i got offer at the hotel. I tried to stay one night with my family (that had reserved for 7 night at the hotel) and then they couldn’t even let me enter to the hotel to pick them up.After that, I had to reserve one full night to be able to spend some hours with them. After talking to them and paying 140$ what i got was not a room, just a side bed their room, 140!! They weren’t even clear about it.I am really really disappointed with this hotel and i would not suggest to stay in this one when you have way more possibilities.I didn’t like the service at all. They were actually even rude, RUDE. to the people staying.Apart from this, after negotiating, i got to stay till 7pm the next day, when i was leaving the hotel, they even didn’t let me go saying that i was supposed to leave at 5, when it was all already arranged and written by email.”
