“Still waiting on refund since 9/3/22 for a short, yet terrible 10 minute stay. Yes, you read that right. After sitting in our room for 10 mins, I told my family we were leaving. To shorten this tragedy, let's just say customer service could use a real polishing. The woman I had to deal with should abandon her customer service badge for something she would be good at, like Policy Reminder Chief-in-Charge. So many ways this situation could have been handled better, thus ending differently. Lastly, talking through your teeth at customers should be practiced by only those who have their mouths wired partially shut. Big shake of the head on that practice. Go elsewhere with your time and money.”

“I would give it zero stars if I could. The area is sketchy at best, next time I will spend the extra $10 and stay in a nicer area. The place needs upgrades or rebuilt, the staff is unfriendly and could careless about your stay. The other guest (which the hotel have little to do with) are terrible. Our child was trying to sleep, we had drug deals, other screaming children which seemed like for hours and prank calls. The hotel was also dirty, bugs and etc. Usually a big fan of choice hotels, but we will never stay here again. It was so bad, we got up at 1 am and left to go home. Stay away, far away.
Update 1/2/2023 Choice Hotels does not care about fixing the issue. Instead they want to blame there customers. As I said stay far away.”

This isnt an insult, its just what I noticed: It's a basic amenity hotel. Outdated with old carpet, and a stale scent. It has everything you need for a simple styled, short or long stay. Only thing that bothered me was the shower heads were molded.

I was passing through the capital city on my way to my vacation destination, and I'm happy to say, this place was as clean and well serviced as it was affordable!
All the standard hotel amenities you would expect, such as ice, vending machines, the pool, conference rooms, a gym, and a free breakfast were all there and accounted for!
They also have brochures and pamphlets in the lobby about nearby areas, and you can even get pizza delivered right to your room!

We had to stay here as a Vet before a VA hospital procedure. The staff is great. Very clean comfortable rooms. We didn't get to rate breakfast as we had to leave by 420am. Very easy to find.

We stayed here for one night, and I wasn't a fan. I didn't love the area the hotel was in, and even though it was right on the highway, you couldn't get directly onto it if you were going south but...
