“Ruim, simplesmente ruim. As "toalhas limpas" tinham cabelos de hóspedes anteriores, a banheira estava suja e também tinha cabelos. A geladeira estava desligada devido a ter sido conectada a um filtro de linha e eu não conseguia armazenar meus itens frios. Eu tive que levar minhas compras para a recepção para armazenamento. A banheira de hidromassagem está fora há meses, a julgar por outros comentários, e ainda não foi substituída. Não me ofereceram nenhum tipo de desconto pelos inconvenientes.”

“O quarto em que ficamos era um pouco pequeno, especialmente o banheiro, e o hotel era muito barulhento. Ficamos em um quarto perto do lobby e podíamos ouvir a maior parte do tráfego de pedestres, incluindo algumas crianças correndo pelos corredores. O hotel aceita animais de estimação, mas eu não recomendo pessoas com cães ansiosos. O nosso não gostou do barulho. Não foi particularmente caro, então você obtém o que você paga.”
