O apartamento é grande, comporta tranquilamente 4 pessoas. Bem localizado, próximo ao metrô e com boa oferta de linhas de ônibus. Também tem farmácia, um ótimo mercado, cafés e restaurantes no entorno. Fica pertinho do estádio do Real Madrid.

Hotel excelente. Pode se hospedar sem arrependimento, pois mesmo não sendo perto do centro o sistema de transporte espanhol é excelente.Madrid e arredores tem muitas opções de passeios históricos e divertidos. É uma das cidades com mais alegria estampada no rosto das pessoas.

Algumas situações desagradáveis, tendo vindo por parte do hotel um pedido de desculpa formal. Staff de recepção pouco orientado ao cliente. Má insonorização. Hotel moderno, bons quartos e otimo pequeno almoço.

Mis padres y sus amigos fueron a celebrar las bodas de oro de un par de ellos, y optaron por hacerlo viviendo "Las noches de la suite". Ya no es que disfrutaran de la obra, es que el trato fue espectacular y la cena impresionante. Las habitaciones estupendas y para rematar un desayuno muy variado y de calidad. Sin duda, una experiencia única!!! Gracias al personal del hotel por vuestra atención!!

Perfect location, incredible room service, best breakfast with vegan and gluten-free option (alacart) The 14th floor has a terrace with direct view to the Real Madrid stadium and the 5 towers business are of Madrid. I highly recommend this place!

Maravilloso hotel. Limpieza de 10, cama comodísima, baño muy amplio con una ducha enorme. Las habitaciones son grandes y confortables. Nunca había estado en un hotel con un desayuno tan variado y de tanta calidad. Es una auténtica pasada.

Execelente servicio y atención, nuestra hija es celiaca y hasta le sirvieron los zumos para que no tuviera que tocar la máquina expendedora. Las personas encargadas de preparar tortillas, huevos, etc en el desayuno encantadoras. Volveremos sin duda

Hemos comido en varias ocasiones en Domo. Nos gusta mucho. Relación calidad precio es bueno. El menú degustación de fines de semana son 35€ por persona. Bien de cantidad...no es el típico grande enorme con una "pizquita" de comida. El trato es buenísimo. Para mí un 10 😊

Had the pleasure of staying at this NH three times the past 4 weeks. I would like to write a special thanks to the breakfast cook who prepares the delish Omelettes ( sorry didn’t get her name ). Always a smile ,always very friendly and consistently great Omelettes. Also Mario from the Front Desk. Always very professional, empathetic and always very helpful. Pasamos la noche de San Valentín. Era la primera vez que visitaba ese hotel y me encantó. La habitación que nos tocó era espectacular 😍 con unas vistas increíbles de Madrid, con 3 terrazas wow, la habitación de tamaño enorme y un baño precioso. Y mejor aún cuando vimos todo lo que nos habían puesto de atenciones como detalle por San Valentín. (foto). A la mañana siguiente el desayuno buffet que nos esperaba de los mejores y más variados que hemos probado, incluyendodesayuno oriental. Una experiencia magnífica y estamos deseando repetir.

Extraordinary service! The property is very well located as you have many connections to all parts of the city. If you travel for business the hotel have more than 30 meeting rooms, a wonderful spa and a super gym! The breakfast buffet is perfect!

Está um pouco 'usado', alguns sofás já pedem 'reforma', ambiente acolhedor, moderno, tudo muito limpo, pessoal simpático, fica perto do Estádio do R. Madrid, nos dias de jogos há muito movimento, porque como o estádio está em obras o Welcome drink faz-se aqui. Pequeno almoço com várias opções de cereais, sumos, fruta.

En este hotel hemos estado de lujo, la habitación confortable, cálida y con unas vistas excelentes a la ciudad, muy silenciosa, cosa que se agradece. El buffet de desayuno es muy completo, hasta cuenta con un pequeño espacio de estilo oriental. El personal ,tanto aquí como en recepción , es muy amable; especial mención a la cocinera del buffet que fue muy cariñosa con nuestro hijo de 2 años. Gracias a todos , volveremos cuando repitamos el viaje.

I have booked a “Junior Suite with View and Terrace” in “NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding Hotel - Madrid - Spain. The Suite is supposed to have a seating area on one floor and the bed room on the upper floor. However when my wife and I checked in we found the AC on the upper floor was not working. We notified the hotel front desk about it and they have sent a technician to look. After 2 hours they found that the problem cannot be solved so they moved us to 2-connected rooms. We were not happy with this change and the hotel didn't offer us any alternative or at least a compensation. The car parking is shared with different businesses and there are no signs pointing to the hotel entrance, you need to wander around the underground parking to find the hotel access. In addition the main hotel entrance has no accessibility for wheelchairs or the trolly to carry our luggage!!. The water flow of the shower has no control to manage the water flow, so there is huge water waste!!. Moreover some of the hotel staff are not friendly especially Mr. Carlos Prado who introduced himself as the Manager on Duty. Mr Carlos Prado was very rude in his responses and he tends to raise his voice to the customers.

This hotel clearly used to be four/five stars but has been neglected for whatever reason by NH, maybe Covid hit it harder than other NH locations.The pros: * Clean, although not immaculate * Cheap, less than 100 euros per night for my stay including breakfast * Attached to a great gym/spa (spa costs an extra ~30 euros though, and since it is attached to the gym some people just do not pay since the gym is free) * Room in general has a very nice setup, was able to set up my entire remote working rig (monitor, speaker, keyboard, mouse etc) with no issueThe cons: * Do not plan on using WiFi here except maybe to find a restaurant or something. It is slow to the point of being unusable (you can pay 10 euros extra for "premium wifi" which is marginally faster). Every time you want "premium wifi" you have to request a voucher from the front desk which is time consuming. It is not automated at all. * The air conditioning in the room was broken the entire time even after a maintenance person looked at it. Full disclosure: it was not completely broken, but one vent did not work at all and the other was very weak. It would also just turn off about every hour. * Room had a dent in the wall, some weird stains, not a huge deal but could have been cleaner.All in all for a basic room that you are not planning on using internet in for anything more than google maps (and even that is pushing it) it's a good deal. Anything else you should stay elsewhere.

One the best hotels I have stayed in. It was easy to locate and surrounded by lots of nice restaurants and stores. A walking distance from Santiago Benabeu stadium.The rooms we spacious, very modern and minimal with the deco. The house-keeping was also good. All little toiletries were replaced and rooms cleaned well.The food was great. Lots of variety at the buffet to cater to lots of different dietary requirements and preferences. The bar was also well stocked and the service exceptional. My colleague left her wedding rings in the bathroom and we were able to retrieve them.Next time I'm Madrid, I will definitely be staying there again.
