Excelentes acomodações! Bom banheiro,cama boa, café e ótima localização!

Não recomendo. Banheiros sujos, não há limpeza, ao menos reposição de sabão para lavar as mãos.

O único problema é a cosinha, sem fogao nem forno

Localização otima, porem funcionários mal humorados, mal olham na sua cara, duchas quebradas, sem suporte para prender, com agua morna, com pouquissima pressão e quase fria... Chegamos no primeiro dia 40 min antes do horario estipulado do check-in. O recepcionista nem deixou a gente entrar e sentar, tivemos que esperar na RUA o horario exato do check-in.

Os recepcionistas têm cara fechada sempre. Tive dificuldades em colocar os lençóis na cama de cima mesmo tento 1,85. Os travesseiros tem cheiro de morador de rua. O quarto onde fiquei tem 10 camas e apenas duas tomadas. Não tem luz auxiliar para uso noturno Todos os chuveiros estão com suporte quebrado e as duchas ficam no chão, a água é fraca e morna. O locker fica em uma sala de uso comum além de não ser vigiada não tem câmeras. Tive €60 roubados de dentro do locker fechado no último dia de estadia, antes de dormir coloquei €200 em notas de 20 na manhã seguinte ao fazer check-out tinha apenas €140 o locker não estava arrombado, o funcionário me disse apenas que ninguém tem cópia das chaves. Fiquei sem o dinheiro e nem ao menos consegui fazer uma ocorrência policial pra não perder meu voo Não aconselho!!! Mesmo sendo barato o desconforto e a falta de segurança não compensao. Preferia ter pago mais caro e não ter sido roubado dentro do Hostel Era no meu último dia em Madrid. O que me deixou muito chateado.

Camas sujas, armário sem nenhuma segurança. Localização excelente, mas a falta de higiene não compensa.

A localização é ótima, mas o quarto onde fiquei é super abafado e tem cheiro forte de produto de limpeza tive dificuldades para dormir, estava com mais uma pessoa e nos deram acesso apenas à um armário que não cabia nossas mochilas, isso prq viajamos com apenas uma mochila cada. O check-out era as 11h da manhã, saímos do quarto entregamos a chave e havíamos entendido que poderíamos ficar na recepção, mas não se iludão, fomos literalmente expulsas do hostel as 11:15h! E se quiséssemos ficar na recepção teríamos que pagar 5 euros por pessoa. Então, fica a dica, se forem para lá levem antialérgico caso tenham alergia, e se progame para pagar 5 euros ou sair para a rua literalmente as 11h.

A limpeza do hostel não é nada boa, tal como, as condições em geral. As janelas de tão velhas que estão, deixam entrar todo o ruído exterior. Já a cozinha, não dispõe de condições para cozinhar. As casas de banho estão em muito mau estado.

Bastante malo! La ubicación muy buena! Pero la atención de la recepcionista que era venezolana o colombiana muy mala. La atención del señor de las mañanas que es español al parecer, ya mayor, muy buena. No había agua caliente. No recomendable.

Lo único bueno, la ubicación. El agua de la ducha no sale y está fría. Los colchones tienen pelos y lamparones, al igual que las sábanas. La habitación tenía humedades pero la temática Scooby Doo estaba guay. El desayuno muy mejorable. Todo muy sucio en general. No vuelvo

Un hostel que cumple, pero no sorprende. Las habitación están bien, pero lo malo es que tiene algunos bares nocturnos al lado en dónde la gente siempre grita y dificulta dormir. El personal es amables, pero sin muchas palabras. Buena cocina y baños.

Although we stayed at the hostel for only 3 nights, we encountered many problems during our stay. From the small things such as the WiFi being too slow and locker space being too small to the big things. We stored our luggage at the deposit and my friend’s luggage got it’s lock broken. The staff told us that nobody could access the room without supervision from them, so they couldn’t find a solution and we had to travel witha broken suitcase. Furthermore, we got stolen 100 euros from our locker. Also, our neighbors were really noise and liked to chat in the room at 2 am, as well as not snoozing alarms and letting them sound for half an hour. I highly discourage anyone from staying at this hostel unless they wanna sleep hugging their belongings.

Servicio y atención muy agradable. Todo muy limpio y muy buen ambiente. Incluye desayunos. La unica "pega" es que las duchas tienen poca presión. Esta a 5 minutos de la parada de Metro de Tribunal y muy céntrico. Muy económico.

Es económico, agradable para pasar la noche.El desayuno es básico( pan de molde, mantequilla, mermelada, té verde, café, leche, zumo, de naranja, croissant) y gratis. Las maletas grandes puedes dejarlas entre los camarotes. Wifi bueno, sábanas limpias. Dejas fianzade 10€ por llaves (habitación, locker, y puerta principal). Entrada 24h.. Baño simple. Kitchen sin cocina(equipo), pero si hay refri, microondas, tostadora, hervidor.

Por el precio de una noche el sitio está mucho mejor de lo esperado. Buen ambiente internacional, personal muy agradable y humano, duchas en condiciones (lleva gel, solo eso), desayunito incluido en el precio y taquillas con llave. Repetiré cuando vuelva a tener que hacer noche en Madrid.

Buena hospedaje, pero el hostel no es de los mejores. Las duchas no tienes el soporte, el agua no es caliente (a lo mejor está casi caliente), y los funcionarios no son simpáticos ni preocupados en ayudarte. Hay pocos baños y duchas para la cantidad de habitaciones.

Muy buen servicio y trato de la mayoría de sus encargados. Buenos precios y acceso a cocina por lo del desayuno incluido o si compras y quieres comer ahí. Lugar limpio y cerca de zonas importantes en el centro de Madrid, prácticamente puedes llegar a todo caminando o si vas a zonas distantes una estación de metro está a media cuadra.

Location is very good and service is fine. Furniture and sanitary could use some maintenance but is cleaned regularly. On weekend nights there is a lot of noise from the streets.

It's okay. They have weekday rates and weekend rates. For people staying 7 to 10 days it should be a fixed price. They also charge people 5 euro if they don't leave at 1100 o'clock. They have air conditioning but you have to ask them to cut on. Clean up staff will open windows with air conditioning on.

Very unfriendly staff, but I met some nice people there :) The hostel really needs to be renovated! The rooms are okay for one night but that’s everything. The showers are to tiny for a person over 1,8m. If you want to stay longer search for an other hostel.

Terrible. The building is old so the floors creak and can be heard throughout the rooms. Bunk beds also make a lot of noise and the room was freezing. The blankets are old and are not washed between guests. They refold them and leave them on bed. They would come to clean the rooms at 8 am while you're sleeping. Showers are even worse - no wall fixture for the shower hose, and the water was barely warm. No water pressure either, it just falls out of the shower head, like pouring water from a tea pot. 2 washrooms for each gender and that's it. Breakfast was toast and that's it. Staff make you pay for everything. I've never stayed in a hostel that made you pay to use the common areas before or after checkout and they even charged to hold baggage after check out. There is only wifi in the common lounge area and did not work in the rooms. This place is not worth your money.

The location was good and the staff were kind. My shower was only warm however and the wifi was very slow. Also my laundry was returned to me still very damp.

Smelled vaguely of bad feminine hygiene a lot, had 2 maids come in within 5 minutes without knocking, one of them just stared at me and left when I said "buenos dias";didn't change the other beds sheets from when there was another person in 2 nights prior, were extremely rude (also got yelled at by another maid the day before for trying to fill up my water bottle). My sheets were covered in filth, dirt and trash. 1/2 showers didn't work; main desk attendant (forgot his name) was attentive, kind, efficient and a genuine pleasure to have worked with (5 stars for him!)Pluses: Kitchen w fridge, breakfast, sink, water heater Common areas 2 bathroom areas Great check in and out process Linens provided Beds comfortable Curtains for daytime sleep Bar crawls (€10?) Perfect location but loud. Beds are like typical bunk beds nothing to praise about. However highly recommended for 24hr service and providing more thansuitable room and board for the price. Have had definitely worse hostel experiences and for cheap this hostel is one of the best

Really great hostel!! Good reception service (specially Francisco), good breakfast (cereal, bread, little muffins and more milk if you wanted), very clean and good rooms. Only aspect I would change would be the bathrooms, they should have a bit more, but otherwise awesome. Definitely recommended.

I have booked for 3 nights in this please but I left the hostel after 5 min because the reception was very rude , unfriendly and with out education . Really don’t stay there just for good location...
