“This hotel is an absolute joke. It is new construction and the shower never has hot water. You can let it run for five minutes and it still doesn’t heat up. You complain to the desk and they give you some lie about how everyone is arriving and that’s why the water is cold. I have stayed here twice, during different days and different months and this hotel consistently doesn’t have hot water. So you’re effectively paying higher prices for a new hotel and room where you can’t even have a shower comfortably. NEVER AGAIN. Este hotel es una auténtica broma. Es de nueva construcción y la ducha nunca tiene agua caliente. Puedes dejarlo funcionar durante cinco minutos y todavía no se calienta. Te quejas en recepción y te mienten de que como está llegando todo el mundo y por eso el agua está fría. Me he alojado aquí dos veces, durante diferentes días y diferentes meses, y este hotel siempre no tiene agua caliente. Por lo tanto, está pagando precios más altos por un hotel y una habitación nuevos en los que ni siquiera puede ducharse cómodamente. NUNCA MÁS.”

“It was a decent experience, however so many issues . When we arrived we were cutting close on time to get to a wedding while getting ready figured out there was no hot water to our room. Left came back at 11pm still no hot water as well as the AC wasn’t working it says it was but it didn’t get colder. Then morning came around for breakfast down stairs the waiter was flustered and had to ask for certain things multiple times and the breakfast potatoes were raw . The pancakes were nasty and the food was cold , the cheese in our omelets weren’t even melted . The jacuzzi also outside was barely even bath water warm . When brought it to the managers attention they only wanted to comp my meal and give some extra points . I feel like it could’ve been handled better and comped better as well.”
