Hotel bem centralizado, funcionários super simpáticos e prestativos,, quartos muito limpos, café da da manhã muito bom ,além de cafezinho quentinho e chás o dia todo para os hóspedes.

Alguns dos quartos têm esse cheiro de "água estagnada". Gostaria que eles atualizassem os quartos porque eu amo este hotel e sua localização para as coisas. Não tenho certeza se o ímã geral ainda funciona lá, mas ela é a razão pela qual este lugar só tem 3 estrelas.

A equipe foi super atenciosa e agradável durante a nossa estadia. O principal problema foi com a localização do hotel. Não conseguimos dormir a noite toda devido à proximidade com a interestadual. O isolamento acústico é inexistente e parece que a janela está aberta. Mudamos de quarto para o outro lado do corredor, e isso não ajudou. The staff was super helpful and nice during our stay. The main issue was with the location of the hotel. We could not sleep all night due to it's vicinity to the interstate. The sound insulation is non-existent, and sounds like the window is open. We changed rooms to the other side of the hallway, and it did not help. You could hear every Dodge Charger on the on ramp like you were right beside it. Find something further away from the interstate, trust me

Some of the rooms have this "stagnant water" smell. Wish they would upgrade the rooms because I love this hotel and it's location to things. Not sure if the general magnet still works there but she is the reason this place only has 3 stars.

Parecia uma casa longe de casa. Era um lugar muito relaxante para trabalhar tranquilamente enquanto saía com meu filhote. O café da manhã era realmente bom. Eu estava surpreso. A kitchenette era tão conveniente e eu só desejo que eu trouxe mantimentos. A equipe foi amigável e acolhedora. O único problema foi que, depois de sair, não recebi um recibo das cobranças no meu quarto. Quando liguei para a pessoa que atendeu (com quem nunca tive interação antes) não podia simplesmente me dizer quais eram as cobranças, a resposta dela foi culpar o site de reservas, que NADA tem a ver com cobranças que o Marriot cobra do meu cartão em um viagem totalmente pré-paga. Meu cartão foi roubado e cobrado no Marriot NOT Expedia ou Hotwire! AINDA não sei para que foi a cobrança de US $ 100 e obter uma resposta neste momento está começando a me irritar além da crença. Se ela não souber responder à minha pergunta, prefiro que ela diga isso, do que culpar um terceiro que nem se beneficia dessas cobranças DEPOIS de eu pagar e reservar o quarto. Agradeceria muito o respeito e a decência comum de saber pelo que fui cobrado! Fora isso a experiência foi excelente… especialmente para um hotel localizado em Atlanta onde o atendimento ao cliente é praticamente inexistente!

Felt like a home away from home. Was a very relaxing place to work quietly while hanging out with my pup. Breakfast was actually good. I was surprised. The kitchenette was so convenient and I only wish I brought groceries. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Only snag was after leaving I didn’t get a receipt for the charges in my room. When I called the person who answered (who I never had interaction with prior) couldn’t simply tell me what the charges were, her response was to blame it on the booking website which has NOTHING to do with charges Marriot charges my card on a fully pre paid trip. My card was swiped and charged at Marriot NOT Expedia or Hotwire! I STILL don’t know what the $100 charge was for and getting an answer at this point is starting to irritate me beyond belief. If she didn’t know how to answer my question I’d rather her say that, than blame a third party who doesn’t even benefit from these charges AFTER I’ve paid for and booked the room. Would really appreciate the respect and common decency of knowing what I was charged for! Otherwise the experience was excellent… especially for a hotel located in Atlanta where customer service is virtually non-existent!

Positive vibes from all the stuff and Ms. Ebony the GM was awesome from the time Royal Experience entered the building until we left 🥰 for it to be next to the highway I heard nothing and the hotel was packed with Cheerleaders and a basketball team still was quite. Era tanta ansiedade induzindo qual era o ponto? Ligamos para a recepção uma vez e tudo o que fizemos foi nos conectar ao suporte técnico do hotel e, oh meu Deus! Eles falaram conosco como se fôssemos idiotas. Eles não tinham ideia do que estavam fazendo. Eles continuaram nos dizendo para fazer coisas que não eram possíveis. Eles estavam nos pedindo para verificar a conexão wifi como se estivéssemos perguntando sobre nossos laptops, mas era a TV do hotel que estávamos reclamando. Chamamos a recepção outra vez para reclamar e eles disseram que alguém viria ao nosso quarto para nos ajudar e ninguém nunca veio. O lugar não é bem isolado e você ouve TUDO. Receptionists were exceptionally friendly our first week but after that they seemed to lose interest in us. There were no more friendly greetings. The stovetop did not function well. It took an hour to get a small pot of water to boil.We didn't know there was a spa/hot tub until we had been there more than a week. No one told us. One day we happened to see a small little sign that said spa with an arrow. The internet was terrible. They advertise the TVs have both Netflix and Showtime but we were never able to connect in the bedroom and 75% of the time we couldn't connect in the living room and when we could connect it was almost pointless to try because the connection was so poor we could only watch a few minutes at a time because it would stop to buffer constantly. It was so anxiety inducing what was the point? We called the front desk once and all the did was connect us to the hotel tech support and oh my god! They talked down to us like we were idiots. They had no idea what they were doing. They kept telling us to do things that weren't possible. They were asking us to check the wifi connection as if we were asking about our laptops but it was the hotel TV we were complaining about. We called the desk another time to complain and they said someone would come to our room to help us and no one ever came. The place is not well insulated and you hear EVERYTHING. When drunks come back late at night it'll wake you up. When people are arguing in the hallway you'll hear it. When there's a shootout at the gas station across the street you'll hear it. I didn't post pictures because it's just a hotel room. Nothing bad but nothing good either. Just a room.

Uma senhora incrível me registrou, esqueci o nome dela. Super amigável e útil.Lembro-me do nome de Ebonys, porque ela foi rude e brusca comigo ao telefone quando liguei para perguntar sobre um check-in antecipado alguns dias antes. O quarto era bom, mas as toalhas estavam terrivelmente manchadas, mas a simpática dona de casa que estava no corredor nos deu alguns mais limpos.No geral, minha estadia foi bastante agradável para minha primeira viagem de negócios a Atlanta.

Ebony, Marie, Betty e Courtney são joias. Claro e simples. Eu estive na ATL por um longo período de tempo para trabalhar e essas senhoras realmente fizeram tudo para garantir que tivessem uma boa estadia. Minha viagem definitivamente começou agitada para ficar o mínimo, mas essas senhoras ajudaram a melhorar aquela situação ruim. Vou sentir falta de vê-los todos os dias e de interromper com eles quando sair para o trabalho ou voltar após um longo dia. Isso definitivamente não é um adeus, mas até logo.

Ebony, Marie, Betty, and Courtney are gems. Plain and simple. I was in ATL for an extended period of time for work and these ladies truly went above and beyond to ensure that had a good stay. My trip definitely started off eventful to stay the least, but these ladies helped make that bad situation better. I am going to miss seeing them everyday and cutting up with them when I leave for work or come back after a long day. This definitely isn't a goodbye but a see you later.

Awesome lady checked me in, I have forgotten her name. Super friendly and helpful. I do remember Ebonys name, because she was rude and short with me on the phone when I called to inquire about an early check in a few days before.. The room was nice but the towels were terribly stained, but the nice housekeeping lady who was in the hall gave us some cleaner ones. Overall, my stay was fairly pleasant for my first business trip to Atlanta.

Excelente lugar limpio y bien localizado todo cerca.

Estuvimos 5 adultos muy cómodos la acomodación era de dos cuartos con 3 TV dos baños sofá cama personal muy amable el lugar cerca de todo y con desayunos americano incluidos.

Habitación cómoda, limpia y en buenas condiciones con cocina integrada y utensilios para comer y cocinar cerca de malls, super recomendada.

Un hotel que cumple, no es lujoso, ni extraordinario, pero es muy buena idea para asuntos de negocios. Todos los servicios funcionaron y el personal fue muy amable. Podría mejorar mucho el desayuno y tener un mejor gimnasio, pero, insisto, es un hotel al que no le falta lo básico y todo está en buenas condiciones.

Las habitaciones son cómodas. El servicio es muy bueno. Quienes te atienden son muy amables. Gran experiencia.
