Con el personal se llama Cristo sabe hablar español fue excelente de la ayuda muy amable con nosotros estamos muy contentos y agradecidos.La habitación está de impresionante con la vistacon la piscina, buena ubicación,etc….

Hotel Excelente, muy bonito y elegante, ademas de muy acojedor y tranquilo. Increíble piscina i buen servicio en el bar de la piscina, bastante simpáticos. Habitaciones excelentes, amplias y muy limpias. Recepcionistas simpaticos, hacen esfuerzos por chapurrear Español, incluso hay un Español recepcionista. Buen desyuno de buffet libre, aunque camareras muy antipáticas. La cena es un desastre, poca variedad de cosas y muy cara 24€ por persona, calidad precio fatal, ademas el camarero ed muy antipatico no hace el minimo esfuerzo por sonreir y te hace un trato muy desagradable, tambien el horario de la cena es horroroso teniendo en cuenta que todos queremos ir a ver los atardeceres . Muy buen hotel, lo recomiendo.

Met our flying dress photographer here only. Did not stay here. Front desk guy didn't give us any eye contact or even asked if we needed help. But the lobby looked amazing. It's situated on top of mountain in fira so it's near the gorgeous water views and cave hotel and blue dome for beautiful photos.

So many ways...reception staff so helpful with any questions re restaurants...local sightseeing...bus timetables...where and what's what....rooms lovely...food lovely... for me a kettle in the room for lady grey tea ..how British....and more sunbeds as by 8.00am folk had put their towels on beds which clearly stated not too...towel police necessary saying this absolutely loved it. lacking a kettle...how English...and more sunbed

I booked this hotel for my elderly parents who were travelling to Greece for the first time. I messaged the hotel asking them to please take good care of my parents and the from what my parents told me the staff went above and beyond to make sure they were taken care of like family. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and their breakfast was tasty and plentiful. I can’t thank the staff enough and will book with Santorini Palace next time we’re lucky enough to visit. Thank you Santorini Palace.

We were absolutely thrilled with Santorini Palace. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by smiles and friendly staff. They gave clear instructions,offered restaurant advice AND best of all an upgrade to our room (suite 608) . We had a beautiful room in the newest part of the hotel that shared a semi-private infinity pool with two other suites. The room and grounds were impeccably clean. Always appreciated. Thank you for that.The location was so close to Fira and the marketplace. Only an 8min walk.Food options were endless thanks to the great advice from the staff.Overall we rate this as 5 stars as it was terrific value. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Santorini.

Excelente Hotel, super bem localizado mais ou menos no centro da ilha de Santorini. Quartos espaçosos, ótimo café da manhã.

O hotel tem óptima localização, mesmo que a 5 min a pé da cidade de Fira, gostei bastante das instalações, a limpeza é excelente, mas o restaurante deixa muito a desejar. Acaba por não ser problema pois tem opções de qualidade em Firostefani e Fira para todo o tipo de carteiras.

Incredible value, and super close to the centre (shopping/restaurants) in Thira where you want to stay when visiting Santorini. If you're anything like us, we debated staying in Oia but thank goodness we didn't. IMO, Oia is best to visit as a tourist attraction/sight using the bus (1.6 Euros), but Thira is where you want to be especially during the night. Santorini Palace was super clean, our room was massive, and the included breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Definitely recommend Santorini Palace if you're planning a trip to Santorini!

Currently staying here and I can honestly say it's a lovely hotel. Staff are very helpful. A big thank you to the manager(I'm sorry I forget your name) I wasn't happy with the room we were given. He was very nice and brought me to 2 different rooms and allowed me to pick the best one. Honestly couldn't do enough for me. I really can't thank him enough. The hotel itself is in an ideal location, maybe a 15 minute walk in to town.

Very nice hotel friendly staff and helpful, very clean nice rooms, the only grope I would have is the towels etc being put on sunbeds while poeple go off for hours on end even tho notices are up saying don't reserve them but I know this goes on in a lot of hotels and staff can't watch everything breakfast buffet v good good selection of food to suit all tastes..

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and I had a view of the ocean. I really appreciated all the help from the staff. They were so friendly and available to answer any questions. They even helped with renting a motor bike and giving info about things to do and places to eat.

We stayed at Santorini Palace recently for two nights and it was great. It was our first time in Santorini and it’s even more beautiful than in the pictures! The hotel staff at Santorini Palace was very kind (particularly Nikos!) and the pool is great. Our hotel rate also included the breakfast buffet each morning. The food was alright and there is plenty of seating outside to enjoy your breakfast with a beautiful view of the water. The buffet was a little hectic with people at times and not much social distancing but if you go early it may be better. The hotel is also a short 10 minute walk to fira where there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops and beautiful sights. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

It's a very nice hotel in fira, 10 - 15 minutes walking from the city center. The staff is helpful and welcoming . The only thing that I believe could be improved is the cleaning , we where at covid time so they don't regularly clean the roomsunless you ask , which is ok but the sheetsand towels where not totally clean and that's a pity because we really enjoyed our time and it is a cool 3 stars hotel.

Our economy room has no window. Not like the pictures. it seems like we got the worst room in the hotel. I'm disappointed for that price class. The staff is very nice, except when calling fora taxi. They send you the shuttlebus contractor, which always pic's up people midway and waits for 20 minutes, on top of being 20 min late. ALWAYS ask for a real taxi when you need to be on time ! They want the money from the shuttlebus contract.

Santorini PalaceIf you're looking to stay in a Hotel that has nice interior and friendly staff, then this is a place for you. Although, my stay at the hotel was pleasant I had a few areas of improvement. All of which I was willing to share with the Hotel. However, I noticed that the Customer Service changes when you have an issue or concern, so rather then complain or provide productive criticism, I left it all for this google review as I wipe my tears at the price that I was charged for a two night stay at the palace.Customer Service - 8/10Breakfast - 0/10 - The selection of food was awful and very basic. I wasn't asking for much and got less ! The bread was always hard. The fruit was clearly from a tin and lacked flavour or taste. The food tasted cheap and lacked variety and flavour !Food - 2/10 - The food provided at the hotel was tastless and seemed to be just about the amount of food rather then anything else.Value for money 2/10 - For a 2 night stay I was charge £460 (circa ). The staff were truly helpful to accommodate me, but for this price and what was provided with hmm. I would probably opt for another hotel. I know allbusiness are trying to claw back the lack of earnings, due to the pandemic, but for this price ! I was left speechless.Rooms - The rooms are very clean tidy - make sure you opt for a sea or poolside view.Location - At the top of a hill - so, have your walking shoes on.Pool side - The pool is nice. However, we were advised to wear masks when by the bar. However, not once did I see any of the staff wash their hands when making cocktails with fruit. I was grossed out , but did not dare to complain.Greece is lovely place for the views and the heat . If you're a woman of colour - you will need to get used to the stares. You also have to always double check your bill, in different places they had a tendency to double charge and offered no apology when queried. If you're looking for a country with good food, views and sun - Value for money I would opt for Portugal or ItalyI hope this review helps. x

Hotel encantador, con arquitectura típica de Santorini. Cristo, de recepción insuperable. Buffet de desayuno completo y muy rico. Ubicación perfecta a 7 min de Fira, el centro. Habitación grandes y muy limpias. Piscina muy grande con un bar para comer.

Un hotel precioso y elegante ubicado en la hermosa ciudad de santorini. Este hotel tiene el típico diseño arquitectónico griego con todas sus paredes blancas, además tiene un aire muy sofisticado. Todo el personal es muy amable y dispuesto siempre ayudar. Cuenta con una linda piscina y un bar frente a la piscina en dónde se pueden ordenar bebidas y comida.

El hotel es lo que se puede observar en la foto.No esperen otra cosa. Habitaciones amplias,limpias y lindas.El hotel grande y antiguo con normas y servicios quedados en el tiempo. La piscina bella,impecable.Sólo eso.El toilette de la piscina,en la recepción...o sea en el otro extremo del hotel atravesando escaleras y pasillos,las toallas de la piscina recordar pedirlas antes de ir porqueestán en la recepción. El desayuno pobre,con aspecto a qué vuelven a servir lo que quedó del día anterior.En nuestro caso habíamos realizado la reserva especificando que necesitábamos alimentos libres de gluten (somos celiacos)y lo único que nos dieron fueron dos rodajas de pan y dos galletas de arroz. El hotel está renovado,es amplio y el servicio es básico. La ubicación biena. Definitivamente no regresaría.
